1. 1ULBКогда же Иисус родился в Вифлееме Иудеи, во время царствования царя Ирода, в Иерусалим пришли мудрецы с востока и говорят:BSBBSB: After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem,
2. 2ULB«Где родившийся Иудейский Царь? Потому что мы видели звезду Его на востоке и пришли поклониться Ему».BSBBSB: asking, “Where is the One who has been born King of the Jews? We saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”
3. 3ULBУслышав это, царь Ирод встревожился, а с ним и весь Иерусалим.BSBBSB: When King Herod heard this, he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him.
4. 4ULBИ собрав всех первосвященников и книжников, спрашивал у них: «Где же должен родиться Христос?».BSBBSB: And when he had assembled all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he asked them where the Christ was to be born.
5. 5ULBОни отвечали ему: «В Вифлееме Иудеи, потому что пророком написано так:BSBBSB: “In Bethlehem in Judea,” they replied, “for this is what the prophet has written:
6. 6ULB"И ты, Вифлеем, земля Иудеи, ничем не меньше других вождей Иудеи, потому что из твоего народа появится Вождь, Который сбережёт Мой народ— Израиль"».BSBBSB: ‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah, for out of you will come a ruler who will be the shepherd of My people Israel.’”
7. 7ULBТогда Ирод, тайно позвав к себе тех мудрецов, выведал у них о времени появления звездыBSBBSB: Then Herod called the Magi secretly and learned from them the exact time the star had appeared.
8. 8ULBи, послав их в Вифлеем, сказал: «Пойдите, тщательно разведайте о Младенце и когда найдёте, сообщите об этом мне, чтобы и я мог пойти и поклониться Ему».BSBBSB: And sending them to Bethlehem, he said: “Go and search carefully for the Child, and when you find Him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship Him.”
9. 9ULBМудрецы, выслушав царя, пошли. И вот, звезда, которую они видели на востоке, шла перед ними и наконец пришла и остановилась над тем местом, где был Младенец.BSBBSB: After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen in the east went ahead of them until it stood over the place where the Child was.
10. 10ULBУвидев же звезду, мудрецы очень обрадовались,BSBBSB: When they saw the star, they rejoiced with great delight.
11. 11ULBи войдя в дом, увидели Младенца с Марией, матерью Его, и пав ниц, поклонились Ему, открыв сокровища свои, преподнесли Ему дары: золото, ладан и смирну.BSBBSB: On coming to the house, they saw the Child with His mother Mary, and they fell down and worshiped Him. Then they opened their treasures and presented Him with gifts of gold and frankincense and myrrh.
12. 12ULBИ, получив через сновидение откровение не возвращаться к Ироду, они другим путём пошли в свою страну.BSBBSB: And having been warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they withdrew to their country by another route.
13. 13ULBКогда же они ушли, вот, ангел Господа является во сне Иосифу и говорит: «Встань, возьми младенца и Его мать и беги в Египет, и будь там до тех пор, пока не скажу тебе, потому что Ирод хочет найти младенца, чтобы убить Его».BSBBSB: When the Magi had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. “Get up!” he said. “Take the Child and His mother and flee to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the Child to kill Him.”
14. 14ULBОн встал ночью, взял младенца и мать Его и пошёл в ЕгипетBSBBSB: So he got up, took the Child and His mother by night, and withdrew to Egypt,
15. 15ULBи был там до смерти Ирода, чтобы сбылось сказанное Господом через пророка, который говорит: «Из Египта вызвал Я Сына Моего».BSBBSB: where he stayed until the death of Herod. This fulfilled what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: “Out of Egypt I called My Son.”
16. 16ULBТогда Ирод, увидев себя осмеянным мудрецами, очень разгневался и послал истребить всех младенцев от двух лет и младше в Вифлееме и в его окрестностях— по времени, которое выведал у мудрецов.BSBBSB: When Herod saw that he had been outwitted by the Magi, he was filled with rage. Sending orders, he put to death all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity who were two years old and under, according to the time he had learned from the Magi.
17. 17ULBТогда сбылось сказанное Господом через пророка Иеремию, который говорит:BSBBSB: Then what was spoken through the prophet Jeremiah was fulfilled:
18. 18ULB«Голос в Раме слышен, плач и рыдание, и вопль великий. Рахиль плачет о своих детях и не хочет утешиться, потому что их нет».BSBBSB: “A voice is heard in Ramah, weeping and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because they are no more.”
19. 19ULBПосле смерти Ирода, вот, ангел Господа является во сне Иосифу в ЕгиптеBSBBSB: After Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt.
20. 20ULBи говорит: «Встань, возьми младенца и Его мать и иди в землю Израиля, потому что умерли те, кто хотел убить младенца».BSBBSB: “Get up!” he said. “Take the Child and His mother and go to the land of Israel, for those seeking the Child’s life are now dead.”
21. 21ULBОн встал, взял младенца и Его мать и пошёл в землю Израиля.BSBBSB: So Joseph got up, took the Child and His mother, and went to the land of Israel.
22. 22ULBУслышав же, что Архелай царствует в Иудее вместо Ирода, своего отца, побоялся идти туда, но, получив во сне откровение, пошёл в ГалилеюBSBBSB: But when he learned that Archelaus was reigning in Judea in place of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there. And having been warned in a dream, he withdrew to the district of Galilee,
23. 23ULBи, придя, поселился в городе Назарет, чтобы исполнилось сказанное через пророков, что Он будет назван назаретянином.BSBBSB: and he went and lived in a town called Nazareth. So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophets: “He will be called a Nazarene.”
