Philippians 1 (ULB)

1Павел и Тимофей, рабы Иисуса Христа, всем святым во Христе Иисусе, находящимся в Филиппах, с епископами и дьяконами:Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus, To all the saints in Christ Jesus at Philippi, together with the overseers and deacons:

2благодать вам и мир от Бога Отца нашего и Господа Иисуса Христа.Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

3Благодарю моего Бога при каждом воспоминании о вас,I thank my God every time I remember you.

4всегда в каждой моей молитве за всех вас молюсь с радостьюIn every prayer for all of you, I always pray with joy,

5за ваше участие в благовествовании с первого дня и даже до этого времени.because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now,

6Я уверен в том, что начавший в вас доброе дело будет совершать его даже до дня Иисуса Христа,being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

7как и следует мне думать о всех вас,- ведь вы в моём сердце, в моём тюремном заключении, при защите и утверждении евангельской истины,- о всех вас, как моих соучастников в благодати.It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart. For in my chains and in my defense and confirmation of the gospel, you are all partners in grace with me.

8Бог– свидетель, что я люблю всех вас любовью Иисуса ХристаGod is my witness how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus.

9и молюсь о том, чтобы ваша любовь ещё больше и больше возрастала в познании и всяком чувстве,And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight,

10чтобы, узнавая лучшее, вы были чисты и безупречны в день Христа,so that you may be able to test and prove what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,

11наполнены плодами праведности через Иисуса Христа для Божьей славы и похвалы.filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

12Хочу, братья, чтобы вы знали, что мои обстоятельства послужили к большему успеху благовествования,Now I want you to know, brothers, that my circumstances have actually served to advance the gospel.

13так что моё заключение ради Христа стало известно всей дворцовой охране и всем остальным,As a result, it has become clear throughout the whole palace guard and to everyone else that I am in chains for Christ.

14и большая часть из братьев в Господе, ободрившись моим заключением, начала ещё смелее, без страха проповедовать Божье слово.And most of the brothers, confident in the Lord by my chains, now dare more greatly to speak the word without fear.

15Некоторые, правда, из зависти и соперничества, а другие с добрым намерением проповедуют Христа.It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill.

16Одни из соперничества проповедуют Христа корыстно, думая увеличить тяжесть моего заключения,The latter do so in love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the gospel.

17а другие– из любви, зная, что я поставлен защищать благовествование.The former, however, preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can add to the distress of my chains.

18И что с того? Как бы ни проповедали Христа, притворяясь или искренно, я и тому радуюсь и буду радоваться,What then is the issue? Just this: that in every way, whether by false motives or true, Christ is preached. And in this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice,

19так как знаю, что это послужит к моему освобождению по вашей молитве и поддержке Духа Иисуса Христа,because I know that through your prayers and the provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, my distress will turn out for my deliverance.

20при моей уверенности и надежде, что я ни в чём не буду постыжен, но при всяком дерзновении, как ныне, так и всегда, возвеличится Христос в моём теле, жизнью или смертью.I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have complete boldness so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.

21Потому что для меня жизнь– Христос, и смерть– приобретение.For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

22Если же жизнь в теле доставляет плод моему делу, то не знаю, что выбрать.But if I go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. So what shall I choose? I do not know.

23Влечёт меня и то, и другое: желаю умереть и быть с Христом, потому что это намного лучше,I am torn between the two. I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better indeed.

24а оставаться живым нужнее для вас.But it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.

25И я точно знаю, что останусь и буду со всеми вами для вашего успеха и радости в вере,Convinced of this, I know that I will remain and will continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith,

26чтобы когда вновь приду к вам, ваша похвала во Христе Иисусе увеличилась через меня.so that through my coming to you again your exultation in Christ Jesus will resound on account of me.

27Только живите достойно благовествования Христа, чтобы мне, приду ли я и увижу вас, или не приду, слышать о вас, что вы в одном духе стоите, единодушно сражаясь за евангельскую веру,Nevertheless, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in one spirit, contending together as one for the faith of the gospel,

28и ни в чём не бойтесь противников: это для них знак погибели, а для вас– спасения. И это от Бога,without being frightened in any way by those who oppose you. This is a clear sign of their destruction but of your salvation, and it is from God.

29потому что вам ради Христа дано не только верить в Него, но и страдать за НегоFor it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for Him,

30таким же подвигом, какой вы видели во мне и слышите сейчас обо мне.since you are encountering the same struggle you saw I had, and now hear that I still have.
