2 SPABES porque la vida fue manifestada, y nosotros la hemos visto, damos testimonio y les anunciamos la vida eterna, que estaba con el Padre y nos fue manifestada. BSB BSB: And this is the life that was revealed; we have seen it and testified to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life that was with the Father and was revealed to us.
3 SPABES Lo que hemos visto y oído, eso les anunciamos también a ustedes, para que ustedes tengan comunión con nosotros. Y nuestra comunión es con el Padre y con su Hijo Jesucristo. BSB BSB: We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And this fellowship of ours is with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ.
4 SPABES Les escribimos estas cosas para que nuestro gozo sea completo. BSB BSB: We write these things so that our joy may be complete.
5 SPABES Este es el mensaje que hemos oído de él y que les anunciamos: Dios es luz, y en él no hay ninguna oscuridad. BSB BSB: And this is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you: God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.
6 SPABES Si decimos que tenemos comunión con él, pero caminamos en oscuridad, mentimos y no practicamos la verdad. BSB BSB: If we say we have fellowship with Him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
7 SPABES Pero si caminamos en la luz, como él está en la luz, tenemos comunión unos con otros, y la sangre de Jesucristo, su Hijo, nos limpia de todo pecado. BSB BSB: But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
9 SPABES Si confesamos nuestros pecados, él es fiel y justo para perdonar nuestros pecados y limpiarnos de toda maldad. BSB BSB: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 SPABES Si decimos que no hemos pecado, lo hacemos mentiroso, y su palabra no está en nosotros. BSB BSB: If we say we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar, and His word is not in us.
