1. 1STFDozivljem vam, braco, u pamet evandelje koje vam navijestih, koje primiste, u kome stojite,BSBBSB: Now, brothers, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, and in which you stand firm.
2. 2STFpo kojem se spasavate, ako drћite љto sam vam navijestio; osim ako uzalud povjerovaste.BSBBSB: By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.
3. 3STFDoista, predadoh vam ponajprije љto i primih: Krist umrije za grijehe naљe po Pismima;BSBBSB: For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
4. 4STFbi pokopan i uskriљen treci dan po Pismima;BSBBSB: that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,
5. 5STFukaza se Kefi, zatim dvanaestorici.BSBBSB: and that He appeared to Cephas and then to the Twelve.
6. 6STFPotom se ukaza braci, kojih bijaљe viљe od pet stotina zajedno; vecina ih joљ i sada ћivi, a neki usnuљe.BSBBSB: After that, He appeared to more than five hundred brothers at once, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep.
7. 7STFZatim se ukaza Jakovu, onda svim apostolima.BSBBSB: Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles.
8. 8STFNajposlije, kao nedonoљcetu, ukaza se i meni.BSBBSB: And last of all He appeared to me also, as to one of untimely birth.
9. 9STFDa, ja sam najmanji medu apostolima i nisam dostojan zvati se apostolom jer sam progonio Crkvu Boћju.BSBBSB: For I am the least of the apostles and am unworthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
10. 10STFAli miloљcu Boћjom jesam љto jesam i njegova milost prema meni ne bijaљe zaludna; љtoviљe, trudio sam se viљe nego svi oni- ali ne ja, nego milost Boћja sa mnom.BSBBSB: But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me was not in vain. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.
11. 11STFIli dakle ja ili oni: tako propovijedamo, tako vjerujete.BSBBSB: Whether, then, it was I or they, this is what we preach, and this is what you believed.
12. 12STFNo ako se propovijeda da je Krist od mrtvih uskrsnuo, kako neki medu vama govore da nema uskrsnuca mrtvih?BSBBSB: But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
13. 13STFAko nema uskrsnuca mrtvih, ni Krist nije uskrsnuo.BSBBSB: If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised.
14. 14STFAko pak Krist nije uskrsnuo, uzalud je doista propovijedanje naљe, uzalud i vjera vaљa.BSBBSB: And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is worthless, and so is your faith.
15. 15STFZatekli bismo se i kao laћni svjedoci Boћji љto posvjedocismo protiv Boga: da je uskrisio Krista, kojega nije uskrisio, ako doista mrtvi ne uskrљavaju.BSBBSB: In that case, we are also exposed as false witnesses about God. For we have testified about God that He raised Christ from the dead, but He did not raise Him if in fact the dead are not raised.
16. 16STFJer ako mrtvi ne uskrљavaju, ni Krist nije uskrsnuo.BSBBSB: For if the dead are not raised, then not even Christ has been raised.
17. 17STFA ako Krist nije uskrsnuo, uzaludna je vjera vaљa, joљ ste u grijesima.BSBBSB: And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins.
18. 18STFOnda i oni koji usnuљe u Kristu, propadoљe.BSBBSB: Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
19. 19STFAko se samo u ovom ћivotu u Krista ufamo, najbjedniji smo od svih ljudi.BSBBSB: If our hope in Christ is for this life alone, we are to be pitied more than all men.
20. 20STFAli sada: Krist uskrsnu od mrtvih, prvina usnulih!BSBBSB: But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
21. 21STFDoista po covjeku smrt, po Covjeku i uskrsnuce od mrtvih!BSBBSB: For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.
22. 22STFJer kao љto u Adamu svi umiru, tako ce i u Kristu svi biti oћivljeni.BSBBSB: For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.
23. 23STFAli svatko u svom redu: prvina Krist, a zatim koji su Kristovi, o njegovu Dolasku;BSBBSB: But each in his own turn: Christ the firstfruits; then at His coming, those who belong to Him.
24. 24STFpotom- svrљetak, kad preda kraljevstvo Bogu i Ocu, poљto obeskrijepi svako Vrhovniљtvo, svaku Vlast i Silu.BSBBSB: Then the end will come, when He hands over the kingdom to God the Father after He has destroyed all dominion, authority, and power.
25. 25STFDoista, on treba da kraljuje dok ne podloћi sve neprijatelje pod noge svoje.BSBBSB: For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.
26. 26STFKao posljednji neprijatelj bit ce obeskrijepljena SmrtBSBBSB: The last enemy to be destroyed is death.
27. 27STFjer sve podloћi nogama njegovim. A kad veli: Sve je podloћeno, jasno- sve osim Onoga koji mu je sve podloћio.BSBBSB: For “God has put everything under His feet.” Now when it says that everything has been put under Him, this clearly does not include the One who put everything under Him.
28. 28STFI kad mu sve bude podloћeno, tada ce se i on sam, Sin, podloћiti Onomu koji je njemu sve podloћio da Bog bude sve u svemu.BSBBSB: And when all things have been subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will be made subject to Him who put all things under Him, so that God may be all in all.
29. 29STFЉto onda cine oni koji se krste za mrtve? Ako mrtvi uopce ne uskrљavaju, љto se krste za njih?BSBBSB: If these things are not so, what will those do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why are people baptized for them?
30. 30STFЉto se onda i mi svaki cas izlaћemo pogiblima?BSBBSB: And why do we endanger ourselves every hour?
31. 31STFDan za danom umirem, tako mi slave vaљe, braco, koju imam u Kristu Isusu, Gospodinu naљem!BSBBSB: I face death every day, brothers, as surely as I boast about you in Christ Jesus our Lord.
32. 32STFAko sam se po ljudsku borio sa zvijerima u Efezu, kakva mi korist? Ako mrtvi ne uskrљavaju, jedimo i pijmo jer sutra nam je umrijeti.BSBBSB: If I fought wild beasts in Ephesus for human motives, what did I gain? If the dead are not raised, “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”
33. 33STFNe varajte se: "Zli razgovori kvare dobre obicaje."BSBBSB: Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good character.”
34. 34STFOtrijeznite se kako valja i ne grijeљite jer neki, na sramotu vam kaћem, ne znaju za Boga.BSBBSB: Sober up as you ought, and stop sinning; for some of you are ignorant of God. I say this to your shame.
35. 35STFAli reci ce netko: Kako uskrљavaju mrtvi? I s kakvim li ce tijelom doci?BSBBSB: But someone will ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?”
36. 36STFBezumnice! Љto sijeљ, ne oћivljuje ako ne umre.BSBBSB: You fool! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies.
37. 37STFI љto sijeљ, ne sijeљ tijelo buduce, vec golo zrno, pљenice- recimo- ili cega drugoga.BSBBSB: And what you sow is not the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or something else.
38. 38STFA Bog mu daje tijelo kakvo hoce, i to svakom sjemenu svoje tijelo.BSBBSB: But God gives it a body as He has designed, and to each kind of seed He gives its own body.
39. 39STFNije svako tijelo isto tijelo; drugo je tijelo covjecje, drugo tijelo stoke, drugo tijelo pticje, a drugo riblje.BSBBSB: Not all flesh is the same: Men have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another, and fish another.
40. 40STFIma tjelesa nebeskih i tjelesa zemaljskih, ali drugi je sjaj nebeskih, a drugi zemaljskih.BSBBSB: There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies. But the splendor of the heavenly bodies is of one degree, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is of another.
41. 41STFDrugi je sjaj sunca, drugi sjaj mjeseca i drugi sjaj zvijezda; jer zvijezda se od zvijezde razlikuje u sjaju.BSBBSB: The sun has one degree of splendor, the moon another, and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor.
42. 42STFTako i uskrsnuce mrtvih: sije se u raspadljivosti, uskrљava u neraspadljivosti;BSBBSB: So will it be with the resurrection of the dead: What is sown is perishable; it is raised imperishable.
43. 43STFsije se u sramoti, uskrљava u slavi; sije se u slabosti, uskrљava u snazi;BSBBSB: It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power.
44. 44STFsije se tijelo naravno, uskrљava tijelo duhovno. Ako ima tijelo naravno, ima i duhovno.BSBBSB: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
45. 45STFTako je i pisano: Prvi covjek, Adam, postade ћiva duљa, posljednji Adam- duh ћivotvorni.BSBBSB: So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam a life-giving spirit.
46. 46STFAli ne bi najprije duhovno, nego naravno pa onda duhovno.BSBBSB: The spiritual, however, was not first, but the natural, and then the spiritual.
47. 47STFPrvi je covjek od zemlje, zemljan; drugi covjek- s neba.BSBBSB: The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven.
48. 48STFKakav je zemljani takvi su i zemljani, a kakav je nebeski takvi su i nebeski.BSBBSB: As was the earthly man, so also are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven.
49. 49STFI kao љto smo nosili sliku zemljanoga, nosit cemo i sliku nebeskoga.BSBBSB: And just as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so also shall we bear the likeness of the heavenly man.
50. 50STFA ovo, braco, tvrdim: tijelo i krv ne mogu baљtiniti kraljevstva Boћjega i raspadljivost ne baљtini neraspadljivosti.BSBBSB: Now I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
51. 51STFEvo otajstvo vam kazujem: svi doduљe necemo usnuti, ali svi cemo se izmijeniti.BSBBSB: Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—
52. 52STFOdjednom, u tren oka, na posljednju trublju- jer zatrubit ce- i mrtvi ce uskrsnuti neraspadljivi i mi cemo se izmijeniti.BSBBSB: in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
53. 53STFJer ovo raspadljivo treba da se obuce u neraspadljivost i ovo smrtno da se obuce u besmrtnost.BSBBSB: For the perishable must be clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.
54. 54STFA kad se ovo raspadljivo obuce u neraspadljivost i ovo smrtno obuce u besmrtnost, tada ce se obistiniti rijec napisana: Pobjeda iskapi smrt.BSBBSB: When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come to pass: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”
55. 55STFGdje je, smrti, pobjeda tvoja? Gdje je, smrti, ћalac tvoj?BSBBSB: “Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?”
56. 56STFЋalac je smrti grijeh, snaga je grijeha Zakon.BSBBSB: The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
57. 57STFA hvala Bogu koji nam daje pobjedu po Gospodinu naљem Isusu Kristu!BSBBSB: But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!
58. 58STFTako, braco moja ljubljena, budite postojani, nepokolebljivi, i obilujte svagda u djelu Gospodnjem znajuci da trud vaљ nije neplodan u Gospodinu.BSBBSB: Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast and immovable. Always excel in the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
