1. 1SRPONSTLČujte ovu reč, jer Gospod protiv vas govori, deco Izrailjeva. Govori protiv vas i sveg roda koji sam izveo iz egipatske zemlje:BSBBSB: Hear this word that the LORD has spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family that I brought up out of the land of Egypt:
2. 2SRPONSTL„Samo sam vas poznavao više od svih rodova na zemlji. Zato ću vas i kazniti za sve vaše krivice.“BSBBSB: “Only you have I known from all the families of the earth; therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.”
3. 3SRPONSTLIdu li dvoje zajedno, a da se nisu sreli?BSBBSB: Can two walk together without agreeing where to go?
4. 4SRPONSTLRiče li lav u šumi ako nema plena? Javlja li se rikom lavić iz brloga svoga, ako nije nešto uhvatio?BSBBSB: Does a lion roar in the forest when he has no prey? Does a young lion growl in his den if he has caught nothing?
5. 5SRPONSTLSleće li ptica u zamku na tle, ako nema mamca? Sklanja li se ptičija zamka sa tla, ako ništa uhvaćeno nije?BSBBSB: Does a bird land in a snare where no bait has been set? Does a trap spring from the ground when it has nothing to catch?
6. 6SRPONSTLOglasi li se truba u gradu, a da narod ne zadrhti? Zar postoji nesreća u gradu, a da nije od Gospoda?BSBBSB: If a ram’s horn sounds in a city, do the people not tremble? If calamity comes to a city, has not the LORD caused it?
7. 7SRPONSTLJer Gospod ne čini ništa, a da tajnu svoju ne objavi prorocima, slugama svojim.BSBBSB: Surely the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.
8. 8SRPONSTLZarikao je lav! I ko da se ne prepadne?! Progovorio je Gospod Bog! I ko da ne prorokuje?!BSBBSB: The lion has roared—who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken—who will not prophesy?
9. 9SRPONSTLObjavite po utvrđenjima u Azotu i po utvrđenjima egipatske zemlje. Recite: „Saberite se po brdima Samarije, gledajte velike nemire sred nje i nasilje u njoj.“BSBBSB: Proclaim to the citadels of Ashdod and to the citadels of Egypt: “Assemble on the mountains of Samaria; see the great unrest in the city and the acts of oppression in her midst.”

12. 12SRPONSTLOvako kaže Gospod: „Kao kada pastir istrgne iz lavljih čeljusti par nogu ili komad uva, tako će istrgnuti decu Izrailjevu koja u Samariji prebivaju na uglu postelje, na svilenom krevetu.BSBBSB: This is what the LORD says: “As the shepherd snatches from the mouth of the lion two legs or a piece of an ear, so the Israelites dwelling in Samaria will be rescued having just the corner of a bed or the cushion of a couch.
13. 13SRPONSTLČuj i svedoči domu Jakovljevom, govori Gospod, Gospod Bog nad vojskama:BSBBSB: Hear and testify against the house of Jacob, declares the Lord GOD, the God of Hosts.
14. 14SRPONSTLNa dan kada kaznim Izrailj za prestupe njegove kazniću i žrtvenike Vetilja. Odseće se rogovi žrtvenika i popadaće na tle.BSBBSB: On the day I punish Israel for their transgressions, I will visit destruction on the altars of Bethel; the horns of the altar will be cut off, and they will fall to the ground.
15. 15SRPONSTLI zimsku i letnju ću kuću udariti. Srušiće se kuće pune slonovače i mnogi će domovi biti zbrisani – govori Gospod.“BSBBSB: I will tear down the winter house along with the summer house; the houses of ivory will also perish, and the great houses will come to an end,” declares the LORD.
