1பென்யமீன், பேலா என்னும் தன்னுடைய மூத்த மகனையும், அஸ்பால் என்னும் இரண்டாம் மகனையும், அகராக் என்னும் மூன்றாம் மகனையும்,Benjamin was the father of Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, Aharah the third,

2நோகா என்னும் நான்காம் மகனையும், ரப்பா என்னும் ஐந்தாம் மகனையும் பெற்றான்.Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.

3பேலாவுக்கு இருந்த மகன்கள் ஆதார், கேரா, அபியூத் என்பவர்கள்.The sons of Bela: Addar, Gera, Abihud,

4அபிசுவா, நாமான், அகோவா,Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah,

5கேரா, செப்புப்பான், ஊராம் என்பவர்கள் எகூதின் மகன்கள்.Gera, Shephuphan, and Huram.

6கேபாவின் குடிகளுக்கு முக்கிய தலைவர்களாக இருந்து, இவர்களை மனாகாத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோனவர்கள், நாமான், அகியா, கேரா என்பவர்களே.These were the descendants of Ehud who were the heads of the families living in Geba and were exiled to Manahath:

13பெரீயாவும் சேமாவும் ஆயலோன் குடிகளுடைய பிதாக்களிலே தலைவர்களாக இருந்தார்கள்; இவர்கள் காத்தின் குடிகளைத் துரத்திவிட்டார்கள்.and Beriah and Shema (who were the heads of families living in Aijalon and who drove out the inhabitants of Gath).

14அகியோ, சாஷாக், எரேமோத்,Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth,

15செபதியா, ஆராத், ஆதேர்,Zebadiah, Arad, Eder,

16மிகாயேஸ், இஸ்பா, யோகா என்பவர்கள் பெரீயாவின் மகன்கள்.Michael, Ishpah, and Joha were the sons of Beriah.

17செபதியா, மெசுல்லாம், இஸ்கி, ஏபேர்,Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber,

18இஸ்மெராயி, இஸ்லியா, யோபாப் என்பவர்கள் எல்பாலின் மகன்கள்.Ishmerai, Izliah, and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.

19யாக்கிம், சிக்ரி, சப்தி,Jakim, Zichri, Zabdi,

20எலியேனாய், சில்தாய், எலியேல்,Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel,

21அதாயா, பெராயா, சிம்ராத் என்பவர்கள் சிமியின் மகன்கள்.Adaiah, Beraiah, and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.

26சம்சேராய், செகரியா, அத்தாலியா,Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah,

27யரெஷியா, எலியா, சிக்ரி என்பவர்கள் எரொகாமின் மகன்கள்.Jaareshiah, Elijah, and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham.

28இவர்கள் தங்களுடைய சந்ததிகளின் பிதாக்களிலே தலைவர்களாக இருந்து, எருசலேமிலே குடியிருந்தார்கள்.All these were heads of families, the chiefs according to their genealogies, and they lived in Jerusalem.

29கிபியோனிலே குடியிருந்தவன் யேயேல், இவன் கிபியோனின் மூப்பன்; அவனுடைய மனைவியின் பெயர் மாக்காள்.Jeiel the father of Gibeon lived in Gibeon. His wife’s name was Maacah,

30அவனுடைய மூத்த மகன் அப்தோன் என்பவன்; மற்றவர்கள், சூர், கீஸ், பாகால், நாதாப்,and Abdon was his firstborn son, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab,

31கேதோர், அகியோ, சேகேர் என்பவர்கள்.Gedor, Ahio, Zecher,

32மிக்லோத் சிமியாவைப் பெற்றான்; இவர்களும் தங்களுடைய சகோதரர்களோடு எருசலேமிலே தங்களுடைய சகோதரர்களுக்கு அருகில் குடியிருந்தார்கள்.and Mikloth, who was the father of Shimeah. They too lived alongside their relatives in Jerusalem.

33நேர் கீசைப் பெற்றான்; கீஸ் சவுலைப் பெற்றான்; சவுல் யோனத்தானையும், மல்கிசூவாவையும், அபினதாபையும், எஸ்பாலையும் பெற்றான்.Ner was the father of Kish, Kish was the father of Saul, and Saul was the father of Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Esh-baal.

34யோனத்தானின் மகன் மேரிபால்; மேரிபால் மீகாவைப் பெற்றான்.The son of Jonathan: Merib-baal, and Merib-baal was the father of Micah.

35மீகாவின் மகன்கள் பித்தோன், மேலேக், தரேயா, ஆகாஸ் என்பவர்கள்.The sons of Micah: Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz.

36ஆகாஸ் யோகதாவைப் பெற்றான்; யோகதா அலமேத்தையும், அஸ்மாவேத்தையும், சிம்ரியையும் பெற்றான்; சிம்ரி மோசாவைப் பெற்றான்.Ahaz was the father of Jehoaddah, Jehoaddah was the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri, and Zimri was the father of Moza.

37மோசா பினியாவைப் பெற்றான்; இவனுடைய மகன் ரப்பா; இவன் மகன் எலியாசா; இவனுடைய மகன் ஆத்சேல்.Moza was the father of Binea. Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, and Azel his son.

38ஆத்சேலுக்கு ஆறு மகன்கள் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் பெயர்களாவன, அஸ்ரீக்காம், பொக்குரு, இஸ்மவேல், செகரியா, ஒபதியா, ஆனான்; இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் ஆத்சேலின் மகன்கள்.Azel had six sons, and these were their names: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

39அவனுடைய சகோதரனாகிய எசேக்கின் மகன்கள் ஊலாம் என்னும் மூத்தமகனும், ஏகூஸ் என்னும் இரண்டாம் மகனும், எலிபேலேத் என்னும் மூன்றாம் மகனுமே.The sons of his brother Eshek: Ulam was his firstborn, Jeush second, and Eliphelet third.

40ஊலாமின் மகன்கள் பலசாலிகளான வில்வீரர்களாக இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்களுக்கு அநேக மகன்களும் பேரன்களும் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் எண்ணிக்கை நூற்றைம்பதுபேர்கள்; இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் பென்யமீன் சந்ததிகள்.The sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and they had many sons and grandsons—150 in all. All these were the descendants of Benjamin.
