BSB BSB: Beloved, I am not writing to you a new commandment, but an old one, which you have had from the beginning. This commandment is the message you have heard.

BSB BSB: Children, it is the last hour; and just as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have appeared. This is how we know it is the last hour.

BSB BSB: I have not written to you because you lack knowledge of the truth, but because you have it, and because no lie comes from the truth.

BSB BSB: As for you, let what you have heard from the beginning remain in you. If it does, you will also remain in the Son and in the Father.
25 ULB நித்தியஜீவனை கொடுப்பேன் என்பதே அவர் நமக்குச் செய்த வாக்குத்தத்தம். BSB BSB: And this is the promise that He Himself made to us: eternal life.
26 ULB உங்களை ஏமாற்றுகிறவர்களைக்குறித்து இவைகளை உங்களுக்கு எழுதியிருக்கிறேன். BSB BSB: I have written these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you.
27 ULB நீங்கள் அவராலே பெற்ற அபிஷேகம் உங்களில் நிலைத்திருக்கிறது, ஒருவரும் உங்களுக்குப் போதிக்கவேண்டியதில்லை; அந்த அபிஷேகம் எல்லாவற்றையும்குறித்து உங்களுக்குப் போதிக்கிறது; அது சத்தியமாக இருக்கிறது, பொய்யல்ல, அது உங்களுக்குப் போதித்தபடியே அவரில் நிலைத்திருப்பீர்களாக. BSB BSB: And as for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But just as His true and genuine anointing teaches you about all things, so remain in Him as you have been taught.

BSB BSB: And now, little children, remain in Christ, so that when He appears, we may be confident and unashamed before Him at His coming.
29 ULB அவர் நீதியுள்ளவராக இருக்கிறாரென்று உங்களுக்குத் தெரிந்திருப்பதினால், நீதியைச் செய்கிறவன் எவனும் அவரில் பிறந்தவனென்று அறிந்திருக்கிறீர்கள். BSB BSB: If you know that He is righteous, you also know that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of Him.
