1 ULB உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்குச் சொந்தமாகக் கொடுக்கும் தேசத்தில், கொலை செய்யப்பட்டுக்கிடக்கிற ஒருவனை வெளியிலே கண்டு, அவனைக் கொன்றவன் யார் என்று தெரியாதிருந்தால், BSB BSB: If one is found slain, lying in a field in the land that the LORD your God is giving you to possess, and it is not known who killed him,

5 ULB உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் தமக்கு ஆராதனை செய்யவும் கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்திலே ஆசீர்வதிக்கவும் லேவியின் மகன்களாகிய ஆசாரியர்களைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டதால், அவர்களும் அச்சமயத்தில் வந்திருக்கவேண்டும்; அவர்கள் வாக்கின்படியே எல்லா வழக்கும் எல்லா காயப்பாதிப்புகளும் தீர்மானிக்கப்படவேண்டும். BSB BSB: And the priests, the sons of Levi, shall come forward, for the LORD your God has chosen them to serve Him and pronounce blessings in His name and to give a ruling in every dispute and case of assault.

BSB BSB: Accept this atonement, O LORD, for Your people Israel whom You have redeemed, and do not hold the shedding of innocent blood against them.” And the bloodshed will be atoned for.
9 ULB இப்படிக் கர்த்தரின் பார்வைக்குச் செம்மையானதை நீ செய்வாயாகில், குற்றமில்லாத இரத்தப்பழியை உன் நடுவிலிருந்து விலக்கிப்போடுவாய். BSB BSB: So you shall purge from among you the guilt of shedding innocent blood, since you have done what is right in the eyes of the LORD.
10 ULB நீ உன் விரோதிகளுக்கு எதிராக போர்செய்யப் புறப்பட்டு, உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் அவர்களை உன் கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கிறதினால், அவர்களைச் சிறைபிடித்துவந்து, BSB BSB: When you go to war against your enemies and the LORD your God delivers them into your hand and you take them captive,

BSB BSB: and put aside the clothing of her captivity. After she has lived in your house a full month and mourned her father and mother, you may have relations with her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.
14 ULB அவள்மேல் உனக்குப் பிரியமில்லாமற்போனால், நீ அவளைப் பணத்திற்கு விற்காமல், அவளைத் தன் விருப்பப்படி போகவிடலாம்; நீ அவளைத் தாழ்மைப்படுத்தினதினால் அவளாலே ஆதாயம் பெறும்படி தேடவேண்டாம். BSB BSB: And if you are not pleased with her, you are to let her go wherever she wishes. But you must not sell her for money or treat her as a slave, since you have dishonored her.
16 ULB தகப்பன் தனக்கு உண்டான சொத்தைத் தன் பிள்ளைகளுக்குப் பங்கிடும் நாளில், வெறுக்கப்பட்டவளிடத்தில் பிறந்த முதற்பேறானவனுக்கு மூத்தமகனின் உரிமையைக் கொடுக்கவேண்டுமேயல்லாமல், விரும்பப்பட்டவளிடத்தில் பிறந்தவனுக்குக் கொடுக்கக்கூடாது. BSB BSB: when that man assigns his inheritance to his sons he must not appoint the son of the beloved wife as the firstborn over the son of the unloved wife.
17 ULB வெறுக்கப்பட்டவளிடத்தில் பிறந்தவனை மூத்தமகனாக அங்கீகரித்து, தனக்கு உண்டான சொத்துக்களிலெல்லாம் இரண்டு பங்கை அவனுக்குக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்; அவன் தன் தகப்பனுடைய முதற்பலன், மூத்தமகனின் உரிமை அவனுக்கே உரியது. BSB BSB: Instead, he must acknowledge the firstborn, the son of his unloved wife, by giving him a double portion of all that he has. For that son is the firstfruits of his father’s strength; the right of the firstborn belongs to him.

BSB BSB: and say to the elders, “This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious; he does not obey us. He is a glutton and a drunkard.”
21 ULB அப்பொழுது அவன் சாகும்படி அந்தப் பட்டணத்து மனிதர்கள் எல்லோரும் அவன்மேல் கல்லெறியக்கடவர்கள்; இப்படியே தீமையை உன் நடுவிலிருந்து விலக்கிப்போடவேண்டும்; இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் எல்லோரும் அதைக் கேட்டு பயப்படுவார்கள். BSB BSB: Then all the men of his city will stone him to death. So you must purge the evil from among you, and all Israel will hear and be afraid.
22 ULB கொலைசெய்யப்பட ஒருவன்மேல் சாவுக்குப் பாத்திரமான பாவம் உண்டாயிருக்க அவனைக் கொலைசெய்யும்படி மரத்திலே தூக்கிப்போடுவாயானால், BSB BSB: If a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is executed, and you hang his body on a tree,
