1 ULB அக்கிரமங்களினாலும் பாவங்களினாலும் மரித்தவர்களாக இருந்த உங்களை உயிர்ப்பித்தார். BSB BSB: And you were dead in your trespasses and sins,

BSB BSB: in which you used to walk when you conformed to the ways of this world and of the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit who is now at work in the sons of disobedience.
3 ULB அவர்களுக்குள்ளே நாமெல்லோரும் முற்காலத்திலே நமது சரீர விருப்பத்தின்படியே நடந்து, நமது சரீரமும் மனதும் விரும்பினவைகளைச் செய்து, சுபாவத்தினாலே மற்றவர்களைப்போலக் கோபத்தின் பிள்ளைகளாக இருந்தோம். BSB BSB: All of us also lived among them at one time, fulfilling the cravings of our flesh and indulging its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature children of wrath.
4 ULB தேவனோ இரக்கத்தில் செல்வந்தமுள்ளவராக நம்மில் அன்புகூர்ந்த தம்முடைய மிகுந்த அன்பினாலே, BSB BSB: But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,
5 ULB அக்கிரமங்களில் மரித்தவர்களாக இருந்த நம்மைக் கிறிஸ்துவோடு உயிர்ப்பித்தார்; கிருபையினாலே இரட்சிக்கப்பட்டீர்கள்; BSB BSB: made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in our trespasses. It is by grace you have been saved!
6 ULB கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவிற்குள் அவர் நம்மேல் வைத்த தயவினாலே, தம்முடைய கிருபையின் மகா மேன்மையான செல்வத்தை வருங்காலங்களில் விளங்கச்செய்வதற்காக, BSB BSB: And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,

BSB BSB: For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.

12 ULB அக்காலத்திலே கிறிஸ்துவைச் சேராதவர்களும், இஸ்ரவேலுடைய குடியுரிமைக்குப் புறம்பானவர்களும், வாக்குத்தத்தத்தின் உடன்படிக்கைகளுக்கு அந்நியர்களாகவும், நம்பிக்கை இல்லாதவர்களும், இந்த உலகத்தில் தேவனில்லாதவர்களுமாக இருந்தீர்கள் என்பதை நினைத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள். BSB BSB: remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world.
15 ULB சட்டதிட்டங்களாகிய நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தைத் தம்முடைய சரீரத்தினாலே ஒழித்து, இருகூட்டத்தாரையும் அவருக்குள்ளாக ஒரே புதிய மனிதனாக உருவாக்கி, இப்படிச் சமாதானம்பண்ணி, BSB BSB: by abolishing in His flesh the law of commandments and decrees. He did this to create in Himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace
16 ULB பகையைச் சிலுவையினால் கொன்று, அதினாலே இருகூட்டத்தாரையும் ஒரே சரீரமாக தேவனுக்கு ஒப்புரவாக்கினார். BSB BSB: and reconciling both of them to God in one body through the cross, by which He put to death their hostility.
17 ULB அல்லாமலும், அவர் வந்து, தூரத்தில் இருந்த உங்களுக்கும், அருகில் இருந்த அவர்களுக்கும், சமாதானத்தை நற்செய்தியாக அறிவித்தார். BSB BSB: He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.

19 ULB ஆகவே, நீங்கள் இனி அந்நியர்களும் பரதேசிகளுமாக இல்லாமல், பரிசுத்தவான்களோடு ஒரே நகரத்தாரும் தேவனுடைய குடும்பத்தினராக இருந்து, BSB BSB: Therefore you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of God’s household,
20 ULB அப்போஸ்தலர்கள் தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் என்பவர்களுடைய அஸ்திபாரத்தின்மேல் கட்டப்பட்டவர்களுமாக இருக்கிறீர்கள்; அதற்கு இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவே மூலைக்கல்லாக இருக்கிறார்; BSB BSB: built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the cornerstone.
21 ULB அவர்மேல் மாளிகை முழுவதும் சீராக இணைக்கப்பட்டு, கர்த்தருக்குள் பரிசுத்த ஆலயமாக எழும்புகிறது; BSB BSB: In Him the whole building is fitted together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord.
22 ULB அவர்மேல் நீங்களும் ஆவியானவராலே தேவன் தங்கும் இடமாகச் சேர்த்துக் கட்டப்பட்டுவருகிறீர்கள். BSB BSB: And in Him you too are being built together into a dwelling place for God in His Spirit.
