1. 1ULBஎனவே, நாம் கேட்டவைகளைவிட்டு விலகாமல் இருக்க, அவைகளை அதிக கவனமாகக் கவனிக்கவேண்டும்.BSBBSB: We must pay closer attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.
2. 2ULBஏனென்றால், தேவதூதர்கள் மூலமாகச் சொல்லப்பட்ட வசனத்திற்கு எதிரான எந்தச் செய்கைக்கும் கீழ்ப்படியாமைக்கும் நீதியான தண்டனை வரத்தக்கதாக அவர்களுடைய வசனம் உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.BSBBSB: For if the message spoken by angels was binding, and every transgression and disobedience received its just punishment,

5. 5ULBஇனிவரும் உலகத்தைப்பற்றிப் பேசுகிறோமே, அதை அவர் தூதர்களுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படுத்தவில்லை.BSBBSB: For it is not to angels that He has subjected the world to come, about which we are speaking.

11. 11ULBஎப்படியென்றால், பரிசுத்தம் பண்ணுகிறவரும் பரிசுத்தம் பண்ணப்பட்டவர்களுமாகிய எல்லோரும் ஒருவராலே உண்டாயிருக்கிறார்கள்; இதினால் அவர்களைச் சகோதரர்கள் என்று சொல்ல அவர் வெட்கப்படாமல்:BSBBSB: For both the One who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers.
12. 12ULBஉம்முடைய நாமத்தை என் சகோதரர்களுக்கு அறிவித்து, சபை நடுவில் உம்மைத் துதித்துப்பாடுவேன் என்றும்;BSBBSB: He says: “I will proclaim Your name to My brothers; I will sing Your praises in the assembly.”
13. 13ULBநான் அவரிடம் நம்பிக்கையாக இருப்பேன் என்றும்; இதோ, நானும், தேவன் எனக்குக் கொடுத்த பிள்ளைகளும் என்றும் சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்.BSBBSB: And again: “I will put My trust in Him.” And once again: “Here am I, and the children God has given Me.”
14. 14ULBஎனவே, பிள்ளைகள் சரீரத்தையும் இரத்தத்தையும் உடையவர்களாக இருக்க, அவரும் அவர்களைப்போல சரீரத்தையும் இரத்தத்தையும் உடையவரானார்; மரணத்திற்கு அதிகாரியாகிய பிசாசானவனைத் தமது மரணத்தினாலே அழிப்பதற்கும்,BSBBSB: Now since the children have flesh and blood, He too shared in their humanity, so that by His death He might destroy him who holds the power of death, that is, the devil,

16. 16ULBஎனவே, அவர் தேவதூதர்களுக்கு உதவியாகக் கைகொடுக்காமல், ஆபிரகாமின் வம்சத்திற்கு உதவியாகக் கைகொடுத்தார்.BSBBSB: For surely it is not the angels He helps, but the descendants of Abraham.
