1 ULB வனாந்திரமும் வறண்ட நிலமும் மகிழ்ந்து, பாலைவனம் மகிழ்ந்து, மலரைப்போல செழிக்கும். BSB BSB: The wilderness and the dry land will be glad; the desert will rejoice and blossom like a rose.
2 ULB அது மிகுதியாகச் செழித்து பூரித்து ஆனந்தக்களிப்புடன் பாடும்; லீபனோனின் மகிமையும், கர்மேல் சாரோன் என்பவைகளின் அலங்காரமும் அதற்குக் கொடுக்கப்படும்; அவர்கள் கர்த்தருடைய மகிமையையும், நமது தேவனுடைய மகத்துவத்தையும் காண்பார்கள். 3 ULB தளர்ந்த கைகளைத் திடப்படுத்தி, தள்ளாடுகிற முழங்கால்களைப் பலப்படுத்துங்கள். BSB BSB: Strengthen the limp hands and steady the feeble knees!
4 ULB மனம் பதறுகிறவர்களைப் பார்த்து: நீங்கள் பயப்படாதிருங்கள், திடன் கொள்ளுங்கள்; இதோ, உங்கள் தேவன் நீதியைச் சரிக்கட்டவும், உங்கள் தேவன் பதிலளிக்கவும் வருவார்; அவர் வந்து உங்களைக் காப்பாற்றுவார் என்று சொல்லுங்கள். BSB BSB: Say to those with anxious hearts: “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance. With divine retribution He will come to save you.”
5 ULB அப்பொழுது குருடரின் கண்கள் திறக்கப்பட்டு, செவிடரின் செவிகள் திறவுண்டுபோகும். BSB BSB: Then the eyes of the blind will be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped.
6 ULB அப்பொழுது முடவன் மானைப்போல் குதிப்பான்; ஊமையன் நாவும் கெம்பீரிக்கும்; வனாந்திரத்திலே தண்ணீர்களும், பாலைவனத்திலே ஆறுகளும் பாய்ந்தோடும். BSB BSB: Then the lame will leap like a deer and the mute tongue will shout for joy. For waters will gush forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert.
7 ULB வெட்டாந்தரை தண்ணீர் குளமும், வறண்ட நிலம் நீரூற்றுகளுமாகும், வலுசர்ப்பங்கள் இருந்த இடங்களிலே புல்லும் கோரையும் நாணலும் உண்டாகும். BSB BSB: The parched ground will become a pool, the thirsty land springs of water. In the haunt where jackals once lay, there will be grass and reeds and papyrus.
8 ULB அங்கே பெரும்பாதையான வழியும் இருக்கும்; அது பரிசுத்த வழி என்னப்படும்; தீட்டுள்ளவன் அதிலே நடந்துவருவதில்லை; அந்த வழியில் நடக்கிறவர்கள் பேதையராயிருந்தாலும் திசைகெட்டுப் போவதில்லை. BSB BSB: And there will be a highway called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not travel it—only those who walk in the Way—and fools will not stray onto it.
9 ULB அங்கே சிங்கம் இருப்பதில்லை; கொடியமிருகம் அங்கே போவதுமில்லை, அங்கே காணப்படவுமாட்டாது; மீட்கப்பட்டவர்களே அதில் நடப்பார்கள். BSB BSB: No lion will be there, and no vicious beast will go up on it. Such will not be found there, but the redeemed will walk upon it.
10 ULB கர்த்தரால் மீட்கப்பட்டவர்கள் திரும்பி, ஆனந்தக்களிப்புடன் பாடி, சீயோனுக்கு வருவார்கள்; நித்திய மகிழ்ச்சி அவர்கள் தலையின்மேலிருக்கும்; சந்தோஷமும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் அடைவார்கள்; சஞ்சலமும் தவிப்பும் ஓடிப்போகும். BSB BSB: So the redeemed of the LORD will return and enter Zion with singing, crowned with everlasting joy. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee.
