They turn the grace of our God into a license for immorality, and they deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

They have traveled the path of Cain; they have rushed for profit into the error of Balaam; they have perished in Korah’s rebellion.

They are clouds without water, carried along by the wind; fruitless trees in autumn, twice dead after being uprooted.

BSB BSB: They are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever.

18 ULB கடைசிக்காலத்திலே தங்களுடைய துன்மார்க்கமான இச்சைகளின்படி நடக்கிற பரிகாசக்காரர்கள் தோன்றுவார்கள் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொன்னார்களே. BSB BSB: when they said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow after their own ungodly desires.”
19 ULB இவர்கள் பிரிந்துபோகிறவர்களும், ஜென்மசுபாவம் உள்ளவர்களும், ஆவியானவர் இல்லாதவர்களுமாமே. BSB BSB: These are the ones who cause divisions, who are worldly and devoid of the Spirit.

21 ULB தேவனுடைய அன்பிலே உங்களைக் காத்துக்கொண்டு, நித்தியஜீவனுக்குரிய நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினுடைய இரக்கத்தைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளக் காத்திருங்கள். BSB BSB: keep yourselves in the love of God as you await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you eternal life.
22 ULB அல்லாமலும், நீங்கள் பகுத்தறிவு உள்ளவர்களாக இருந்து, சிலருக்கு இரக்கம் காட்டி, சிலரை அக்கினியில் இருந்து இழுத்துவிட்டு, பயத்தோடு இரட்சித்து, BSB BSB: And indeed, have mercy on those who doubt;
23 ULB பாவத்தினால் கறைப்பட்டிருக்கிற அவர்களுடைய ஆடையையும்கூட வெறுத்துத்தள்ளுங்கள். BSB BSB: save others by snatching them from the fire; and to still others show mercy tempered with fear, hating even the clothing stained by the flesh.
