Therefore I will now return it to you.”

BSB BSB: So he returned the silver to his mother, and she took two hundred shekels of silver and gave them to a silversmith, who made them into a graven image and a molten idol. And they were placed in the house of Micah.

BSB BSB: Now this man Micah had a shrine, and he made an ephod and some household idols, and ordained one of his sons as his priest.

8 ULB அந்த மனிதன் எங்கேயாவது போய்த் தங்கும்படி, யூதாவிலுள்ள பெத்லெகேம் ஊரைவிட்டுப் புறப்பட்டுப் பயணம்போகும்போது, எப்பிராயீம் மலைத்தேசத்தில் இருக்கிற மீகாவின் வீட்டில் வந்து சேர்ந்தான். BSB BSB: This man left the city of Bethlehem in Judah to settle where he could find a place. And as he traveled, he came to Micah’s house in the hill country of Ephraim.
9 ULB எங்கே இருந்து வந்தாய் என்று மீகா அவனைக் கேட்டதற்கு, அவன்: நான் யூதாவிலுள்ள பெத்லெகேம் ஊரானாகிய லேவியன், எங்கேயாவது போய்த் தங்கப்போகிறேன் என்றான். BSB BSB: “Where are you from?” Micah asked him. “I am a Levite from Bethlehem in Judah,” he replied, “and I am on my way to settle wherever I can find a place.”
10 ULB அப்பொழுது மீகா: நீ என்னிடத்தில் இரு, நீ எனக்குத் தகப்பனும் ஆசாரியனுமாக இருப்பாய்; நான் உனக்கு வருடத்திலே பத்து வெள்ளிக்காசையும், மாற்று ஆடைகளையும், உனக்கு வேண்டிய ஆகாரத்தையும் கொடுப்பேன் என்று அவனிடத்தில் சொன்னான்; அப்படியே லேவியன் உள்ளே போனான். BSB BSB: “Stay with me,” Micah said to him, “and be my father and priest, and I will give you ten shekels of silver per year, a suit of clothes, and your provisions.” So the Levite went in
11 ULB அந்த லேவியன் அந்த மனிதனிடத்தில் இருக்கச் சம்மதித்தான்; அந்த வாலிபன் அவனுக்கு அவனுடைய மகன்களில் ஒருவனைப்போல் இருந்தான். BSB BSB: and agreed to stay with him, and the young man became like a son to Micah.
12 ULB மீகா அந்த லேவியனைப் புனிதமான வேலைக்கு அர்ப்பணம் செய்தான்; அந்த வாலிபன் அவனுக்கு ஆசாரியனாகி, மீகாவின் வீட்டில் இருந்தான். BSB BSB: Micah ordained the Levite, and the young man became his priest and lived in his house.
13 ULB அப்பொழுது மீகா: எனக்கு ஆசாரியனாக ஒரு லேவியன் அகப்பட்டபடியினால், கர்த்தர் எனக்கு நன்மை செய்வார் என்று இப்பொழுது அறிந்திருக்கிறேன் என்றான். BSB BSB: Then Micah said, “Now I know that the LORD will be good to me, because a Levite has become my priest.”
