Leviticus 27 (ULB)

1பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:Then the LORD said to Moses,

2நீ இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களிடம் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: யாராவது ஒருவர் ஒரு விசேஷித்த பொருத்தனை செய்திருந்தால், பொருத்தனை செய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் உன் மதிப்பின்படி கர்த்தருக்கு உரியவர்கள்.“Speak to the Israelites and say to them, ‘When someone makes a special vow to the LORD involving the value of persons,

3இருபது வயதுமுதல் அறுபது வயதிற்கு உட்பட்ட ஆண் ஒருவனை நீ பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் சேக்கலாகிய ஐம்பது வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும்,if the valuation concerns a male from twenty to sixty years of age, then your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the sanctuary shekel.

4பெண் ஒருவளை முப்பது சேக்கலாகவும் மதிப்பாயாக.Or if it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

5ஐந்து வயதுமுதல் இருபது வயதிற்கு உட்பட்ட ஆண்பிள்ளையை இருபது சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்பிள்ளையைப் பத்துச்சேக்கலாகவும்,And if the person is from five to twenty years of age, then your valuation for the male shall be twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

6ஒரு மாதம்முதல் ஐந்து வயதிற்கு உட்பட்ட ஆண்பிள்ளையை ஐந்து வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்பிள்ளையை மூன்று வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும்,Now if the person is from one month to five years of age, then your valuation for the male shall be five shekels of silver, and for the female three shekels of silver.

7அறுபது வயதுதொடங்கி, அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள ஆண்களைப் பதினைந்து சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்களைப் பத்துச் சேக்கலாகவும் மதிக்கக்கடவாய்.And if the person is sixty years of age or older, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels for the male and ten shekels for the female.

8உன் மதிப்பின்படி செலுத்தமுடியாத ஏழையாக இருந்தால், அவன் ஆசாரியனுக்கு முன்பாக வந்து நிற்கக்கடவன்; ஆசாரியன் அவனை மதிப்பானாக; பொருத்தனைசெய்தவனுடைய தகுதிக்குத் தக்கபடி ஆசாரியன் அவனை மதிக்கக்கடவன்.But if the one making the vow is too poor to pay the valuation, he is to present the person before the priest, who shall set the value according to what the one making the vow can afford.

9ஒருவன் பொருத்தனைசெய்தது கர்த்தருக்குப் பலியிடப்படத்தக்க மிருகமானால் அவன் கர்த்தருக்குக் கொடுக்கிற அவைகளெல்லாம் பரிசுத்தமாக இருப்பதாக.If he vows an animal that may be brought as an offering to the LORD, any such animal given to the LORD shall be holy.

10அதை மாற்றாமலும் வேறுபடுத்தாமலும் இருப்பானாக; இளைத்துப்போனதற்குப் பதிலாக நலமானதையும், நலமானதற்குப் பதிலாக இளைத்துப்போனதையும் செலுத்தாமல் இருப்பானாக; அவன் மிருகத்திற்குப் பதிலாக மிருகத்தை மாற்றிக் கொடுப்பானாகில், அப்பொழுது அதுவும் அதற்குப் பதிலாகக் கொடுத்ததும் பரிசுத்தமாக இருப்பதாக.He must not replace it or exchange it, either good for bad or bad for good. But if he does substitute one animal for another, both that animal and its substitute will be holy.

11அது கர்த்தருக்குப் பலியிடப்படத்தகாத சுத்தமில்லாத மிருகமானால், அதை ஆசாரியனுக்கு முன்பாக நிறுத்தக்கடவன்.But if the vow involves any of the unclean animals that may not be brought as an offering to the LORD, the animal must be presented before the priest.

12ஆசாரியன் அது நல்லதானாலும் இளைத்ததானாலும் அதை மதிப்பீடு செய்வானாக; உன் மதிப்பின்படியே இருக்கக்கடவது.The priest shall set its value, whether high or low; as the priest values it, the price will be set.

13அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ள மனதாயிருந்தானாகில், உன் மதிப்போடே ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.If, however, the owner decides to redeem the animal, he must add a fifth to its value.

14ஒருவன் தன் வீட்டைக் கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால், ஆசாரியன் அதின் நலத்திற்கும், குறைபாடுக்கும் தக்கதாக அதை மதிக்கக்கடவன்; ஆசாரியன் மதிக்கிறபடி அது இருக்கக்கடவது.Now if a man consecrates his house as holy to the LORD, then the priest shall value it either as good or bad. The price will stand just as the priest values it.

15தன் வீட்டைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டவன் அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ள மனதாயிருந்தால், நீ மதிக்கும் பொருளுடன் ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது அது அவனுடையதாகும்.But if he who consecrated his house redeems it, he must add a fifth to the assessed value, and it will belong to him.

16ஒருவன் தனக்குச் சொந்தமான வயலில் யாதொரு பங்கைக் கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால், உன் மதிப்பு அதின் விதைப்புக்குத்தக்கதாக இருக்கவேண்டும்; ஒரு கலம் வாற்கோதுமை விதைக்கிற வயல் ஐம்பது வெள்ளிச் சேக்கலாக மதிக்கப்படவேண்டும்.If a man consecrates to the LORD a parcel of his land, then your valuation shall be proportional to the seed required for it—fifty shekels of silver for every homer of barley seed.

17யூபிலி வருடம்முதல் அவன் தன் வயலைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால், அது உன் மதிப்பின்படி இருக்கவேண்டும்.If he consecrates his field during the Year of Jubilee, the price will stand according to your valuation.

18யூபிலி வருடத்திற்குப்பின் தன் வயலைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டானானால், யூபிலி வருடம்வரையுள்ள மற்ற வருடங்களின்படியே ஆசாரியன் பொருட்களைக் கணக்குப்பார்த்து, அதற்குத்தக்கதை உன் மதிப்பீட்டில் தள்ளுபடி செய்யவேண்டும்.But if he consecrates his field after the Jubilee, the priest is to calculate the price in proportion to the years left until the next Year of Jubilee, so that your valuation will be reduced.

19வயலைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டவன் அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ள மனதாயிருந்தால், உன் மதிப்பான பொருட்களுடன் ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கை சேர்த்துக்கொடுக்கக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது அது அவனுக்கு உறுதியாகும்.And if the one who consecrated the field decides to redeem it, he must add a fifth to the assessed value, and it shall belong to him.

20அவன் வயலை மீட்டுக்கொள்ளாமல், வயலை வேறோருவனுக்கு விற்றுப்போட்டால், அது திரும்ப மீட்கப்படாமல்,If, however, he does not redeem the field, or if he has sold it to another man, it may no longer be redeemed.

21யூபிலி வருடத்தில் மீட்கப்படும்போது, சாபத்தீடான வயலாகக் கர்த்தருக்கென்று நியமிக்கப்பட்டதாக இருக்கக்கடவது; அது ஆசாரியனுக்குச் சொந்தமான நிலமாகும்.When the field is released in the Jubilee, it will become holy, like a field devoted to the LORD; it becomes the property of the priests.

22ஒருவன் தனக்குச் சொந்தமான வயலாக இல்லாமல், தான் விலைக்கு வாங்கின ஒரு வயலைக் கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டால்,Now if a man consecrates to the LORD a field he has purchased, which is not a part of his own property,

23அது யூபிலி வருடம்வரை, உன் மதிப்பின்படி பெறும்விலை இன்னதென்று ஆசாரியன் அவனோடே கணக்குப்பார்த்து, அந்த உன் மதிப்பை, கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தமாக இருக்கும்படி, அவன் அந்நாளிலே கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.then the priest shall calculate for him the value up to the Year of Jubilee, and the man shall pay the assessed value on that day as a sacred offering to the LORD.

24யார் கையிலே அந்த வயலை வாங்கினானோ, அந்த நிலத்திற்குச் சொந்தக்காரனிடம் அது யூபிலி வருடத்தில் திரும்பச்சேரும்.In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to the one from whom it was bought—the original owner of the land.

25உன் மதிப்பீடெல்லாம் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துச் சேக்கல் கணக்காயிருக்கக்கடவது; ஒரு சேக்கலானது இருபது கேரா.Every valuation will be according to the sanctuary shekel, twenty gerahs to the shekel.

26முதற்பிறந்தவைகள் கர்த்தருடையது, ஆகையால் ஒருவரும் முதற்பிறந்தவைகளாகிய மிருகங்களைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொள்ளக்கூடாது; அது மாடானாலும் ஆடானாலும் கர்த்தருடையது.But no one may consecrate a firstborn of the livestock, because a firstborn belongs to the LORD. Whether it is an ox or a sheep, it is the LORD’s.

27சுத்தமல்லாத மிருகத்தினுடைய முதற்பிறந்ததாக இருந்தால், அதை அவன் உன் மதிப்பின்படி மீட்டுக்கொண்டு, அதனுடனே ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக்கொடுக்கக்கடவன்; மீட்கப்படாமலிருந்தால், உன் மதிப்பின்படி அது விற்கப்படக்கடவது.But if it is among the unclean animals, then he may redeem it according to your valuation and add a fifth of its value. If it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

28ஒருவன் தன்னிடத்திலுள்ள மனிதர்களிலாவது, மிருகங்களிலாவது, சொந்தமான நிலத்திலாவது, எதையாகிலும் கர்த்தருக்கென்று சாபத்தீடாக நேர்ந்துகொண்டால், அது விற்கப்படவும் மீட்கப்படவும் கூடாது; நேர்ந்துகொள்ளப்பட்டவைகளெல்லாம் கர்த்தருக்காகப் பரிசுத்தமாக இருக்கும்.Nothing that a man sets apart to the LORD from all he owns—whether a man, an animal, or his inherited land—can be sold or redeemed; everything so devoted is most holy to the LORD.

29மனிதர்களில் சாபத்தீடாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டவைகளெல்லாம் மீட்கப்படாமல் கொலைசெய்யப்படக்கடவது.No person set apart for destruction may be ransomed; he must surely be put to death.

30தேசத்திலே நிலத்தின் வித்திலும், மரங்களின் பழங்களிலும், தசமபாகம் எல்லாம் கர்த்தருக்கு உரியது; அது கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தமானது.Thus any tithe from the land, whether from the seed of the land or the fruit of the trees, belongs to the LORD; it is holy to the LORD.

31ஒருவன் தன் தசமபாகத்திலே எவ்வளவாவது மீட்டுக்கொள்ள விருப்பமாக இருந்தான் என்றால், அதனுடன் ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.If a man wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he must add a fifth to its value.

32மேய்ப்பனின் கோலின் கீழ்ப்பட்ட ஆடுமாடுகளிலே பத்தில் ஒரு பங்காகிறதெல்லாம் கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தமானது.Every tenth animal from the herd or flock that passes under the shepherd’s rod will be holy to the LORD.

33அது நல்லதோ குறைபாடுள்ளதோ என்று அவன் பார்க்கவேண்டாம்; அதை மாற்றவும் வேண்டாம்; மாற்றினால், அதுவும் அதற்குப் பதிலாகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டதுமாகிய இரண்டும் பரிசுத்தமாகும்; அது மீட்கப்படக்கூடாதென்று அவர்களோடே சொல் என்றார்.He must not inspect whether it is good or bad, and he shall not make any substitution. But if he does make a substitution, both the animal and its substitute shall become holy; they cannot be redeemed.’”

34இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்குச் சொல்லும்படி கர்த்தர் சீனாய்மலையில் மோசேக்கு விதித்த கட்டளைகள் இவைகளே.These are the commandments that the LORD gave to Moses for the Israelites on Mount Sinai.
