1 ULB அவர் கண்களை ஏறெடுத்துப் பார்த்தபோது, செல்வந்தர்கள் காணிக்கைப்பெட்டியிலே தங்களுடைய காணிக்கைகளைப் போடுகிறதைக் கண்டார். BSB BSB: Then Jesus looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the treasury,
2 ULB ஒரு ஏழை விதவை அதிலே இரண்டு காசைப் போடுகிறதையும் கண்டு: BSB BSB: and He saw a poor widow put in two small copper coins.
3 ULB இந்த ஏழை விதவை மற்றெல்லோரையும்விட அதிகமாகப் போட்டாள் என்று உண்மையாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன். BSB BSB: “Truly I tell you,” He said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others.
4 ULB அவர்களெல்லோரும் தங்களுடைய நிறைவிலிருந்தெடுத்து தேவனுக்கென்று காணிக்கை போட்டார்கள்; இவளோ தன் வறுமையிலிருந்து தான் வாழ்வதற்காக வைத்திருந்த எல்லாவற்றையும் போட்டுவிட்டாள் என்றார். BSB BSB: For they all contributed out of their surplus, but she out of her poverty has put in all she had to live on.”
5 ULB பின்பு, சிறந்த கற்களினாலும் காணிக்கைகளினாலும் தேவாலயம் அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறதைக்குறித்து சிலர் சொன்னபோது, BSB BSB: As some of the disciples were remarking how the temple was adorned with beautiful stones and consecrated gifts, Jesus said,

BSB BSB: Jesus answered, “See to it that you are not deceived. For many will come in My name, claiming, ‘I am He,’ and, ‘The time is near.’ Do not follow them.
9 ULB சண்டைகளையும் கலவரங்களையுங்குறித்து நீங்கள் கேள்விப்படும்போது பயப்படாமலிருங்கள்; இவைகள் முன்னதாக நடக்கவேண்டியதே; ஆனாலும் முடிவு உடனே வராது என்றார். BSB BSB: When you hear of wars and rebellions, do not be alarmed. These things must happen first, but the end is not imminent.”
10 ULB அப்பொழுது அவர் அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: மக்களுக்கு எதிராக மக்களும், தேசத்திற்கு எதிராக தேசமும் எழும்பும். BSB BSB: Then He told them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
11 ULB பல இடங்களில் மகா பூமியதிர்ச்சிகளும், பஞ்சங்களும், கொள்ளைநோய்களும் உண்டாகும்; வானத்திலிருந்து பயங்கரமான தோற்றங்களும் பெரிய அடையாளங்களும் உண்டாகும். BSB BSB: There will be great earthquakes, famines, and pestilences in various places, along with fearful sights and great signs from heaven.
12 ULB இவைகளெல்லாம் நடப்பதற்கு முன்னே என் நாமத்தினிமித்தம், அவர்கள் உங்களைப் பிடித்து, ஜெப ஆலயங்களுக்கும் சிறைச்சாலைகளுக்கும் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்து, ராஜாக்கள் முன்பாகவும் ஆளுனர்கள் முன்பாகவும் உங்களைக் கொண்டுவந்து துன்பப்படுத்துவார்கள். BSB BSB: But before all this, they will seize you and persecute you. On account of My name they will deliver you to the synagogues and prisons, and they will bring you before kings and governors.
13 ULB ஆனாலும் அது நீங்கள் சாட்சி சொல்வதற்கு ஏதுவாக இருக்கும். BSB BSB: This will be your opportunity to serve as witnesses.
14 ULB ஆகவே, என்ன பதில் சொல்லுவோமென்று கவலைப்படாமலிருக்கும்படி உங்களுடைய மனதிலே தீர்மானம் செய்துகொள்ளுங்கள். BSB BSB: So make up your mind not to worry beforehand how to defend yourselves.
15 ULB உங்களுக்கு எதிராக இருக்கிறவர்கள் ஒருவரும் எதிர்த்துப் பேசவும் எதிர்த்து நிற்கவும் முடியாத வார்த்தையையும் ஞானத்தையும் நான் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுப்பேன். BSB BSB: For I will give you speech and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict.
16 ULB பெற்றோராலும், சகோதரராலும், சொந்த மக்களாலும், நண்பர்களாலும் காட்டிக்கொடுக்கப்படுவீர்கள்; உங்களில் சிலரைக் கொலைசெய்வார்கள். BSB BSB: You will be betrayed even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and some of you will be put to death.
17 ULB என் நாமத்தினாலே எல்லோராலும் பகைக்கப்படுவீர்கள். BSB BSB: And you will be hated by everyone because of My name.
18 ULB ஆனாலும் உங்களுடைய தலைமுடியில் ஒன்றாவது அழியாது. BSB BSB: Yet not even a hair of your head will perish.
19 ULB உங்களுடைய பொறுமையினால் உங்களுடைய ஆத்துமாக்களைக் காத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள். BSB BSB: By your patient endurance you will gain your souls.
21 ULB அப்பொழுது யூதேயாவிலிருக்கிறவர்கள் மலைகளுக்கு ஓடிப்போகவும், எருசலேமிலிருக்கிறவர்கள் வெளியே புறப்படவும், கிராமத்திலிருக்கிறவர்கள் நகரத்தில் நுழையாமலிருக்கவும் வேண்டும். BSB BSB: Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country stay out of the city.
22 ULB எழுதியிருக்கிற யாவும் நிறைவேறும்படி நீதியைச் சரிக்கட்டும் நாட்கள் அவைகளே. BSB BSB: For these are the days of vengeance, to fulfill all that is written.
23 ULB அந்த நாட்களிலே கர்ப்பவதிகளுக்கும் பால்கொடுக்கிறவர்களுக்கும் ஐயோ, பூமியின்மேல் மிகுந்த இக்கட்டும் இந்த மக்கள்மேல் தண்டனையும் உண்டாகும். BSB BSB: How miserable those days will be for pregnant and nursing mothers! For there will be great distress upon the land and wrath against this people.
25 ULB சூரியனிலும் சந்திரனிலும் நட்சத்திரங்களிலும் அடையாளங்கள் தோன்றும்; பூமியின்மேலுள்ள மக்களுக்குத் தத்தளிப்பும் இக்கட்டும் உண்டாகும்; கடலும் அலைகளும் முழக்கமாக இருக்கும். BSB BSB: There will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among the nations, bewildered by the roaring of the sea and the surging of the waves.
26 ULB வானத்தின் கோள்கள் அசைக்கப்படும்; ஆதலால் பூமியின்மேல் வரும் ஆபத்துக்களுக்குப் பயந்து எதிர்பார்த்திருக்கிறதினால் மனிதர்களுடைய இருதயம் சோர்ந்துபோகும். BSB BSB: Men will faint from fear and anxiety over what is coming upon the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
27 ULB அப்பொழுது மனிதகுமாரன் அதிக வல்லமையோடும் மகிமையோடும் மேகத்தின்மேல் வருகிறதைப் பார்ப்பார்கள். BSB BSB: At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28 ULB இவைகள் நடக்கத் தொடங்கும்போது, உங்களுடைய மீட்பு அருகிலிருப்பதால், நீங்கள் நிமிர்ந்துபார்த்து, உங்களுடைய தலைகளை உயர்த்துங்கள் என்றார். BSB BSB: When these things begin to happen, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
29 ULB அன்றியும் அவர்களுக்கு ஒரு எடுத்துக்காட்டைச் சொன்னார்: அத்திமரத்தையும் மற்றெல்லா மரங்களையும் பாருங்கள். BSB BSB: Then Jesus told them a parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees.
30 ULB அவைகள் துளிர்க்கிறதை நீங்கள் பார்க்கும்போது வசந்தகாலம் நெருங்கிவிட்டது என்று அறிகிறீர்கள். BSB BSB: When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near.
31 ULB அப்படியே இவைகள் நடக்கிறதை நீங்கள் பார்க்கும்போது, தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யம் நெருங்கிவிட்டதென்று அறியுங்கள். BSB BSB: So also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.
32 ULB இவையெல்லாம் நடப்பதற்குமுன் இந்தச் சந்ததி அழிந்துபோகாதென்று மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன். BSB BSB: Truly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have happened.
33 ULB வானமும் பூமியும் ஒழிந்துபோகும், என் வார்த்தைகளோ ஒழிந்துபோவதில்லை. BSB BSB: Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.
34 ULB உங்களுடைய இருதயங்கள் சாப்பாட்டு பிரியத்தினாலும் குடிவெறியினாலும் உலகக் கவலைகளினாலும் பாரமடையாதபடிக்கும், நீங்கள் நினைக்காத நேரத்தில் அந்த நாள் உங்கள்மேல் வராதபடிக்கும் கவனமாக இருங்கள். BSB BSB: But watch yourselves, or your hearts will be weighed down by dissipation, drunkenness, and the worries of life—and that day will spring upon you suddenly like a snare.
35 ULB உலகமெங்கும் குடியிருக்கிற எல்லோர்மேலும் அது ஒரு கண்ணியைப்போல வரும். BSB BSB: For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of all the earth.
36 ULB ஆகவே, இனி நடக்கப்போகிற இவைகளுக்கெல்லாம் நீங்கள் தப்பி, மனிதகுமாரனுக்குமுன்பாக நிற்கத் தகுதியுள்ளவர்களாக எண்ணப்படுவதற்கு, எப்பொழுதும் ஜெபம்செய்து விழித்திருங்கள் என்றார். BSB BSB: So keep watch at all times, and pray that you may have the strength to escape all that is about to happen and to stand before the Son of Man.”
37 ULB அவர் பகல் நேரங்களில் தேவாலயத்திலே போதகம் செய்துகொண்டும், இரவு நேரங்களில் வெளியேபோய், ஒலிவமலை என்னப்பட்ட மலையிலே தங்கிவந்தார். BSB BSB: Every day Jesus taught at the temple, but every evening He went out to spend the night on the Mount of Olives.
38 ULB மக்களெல்லோரும் அவருடைய போதகத்தைக் கேட்பதற்காக அதிகாலமே தேவாலயத்திற்கு வருவார்கள். BSB BSB: And early in the morning all the people would come to hear Him at the temple.
