BSB BSB: and in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but not the signs of the times.

BSB BSB: How do you not understand that I was not telling you about bread? But beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”
12 ULB அப்பொழுது, அவர் அப்பத்தின் புளித்த மாவைக்குறித்து எச்சரிக்கையாக இருக்கவேண்டுமென்று சொல்லாமல், பரிசேயர்கள் சதுசேயர்கள் என்பவர்களின் உபதேசத்தைக்குறித்தே அப்படிச் சொன்னார் என்று அறிந்துகொண்டார்கள். BSB BSB: Then they understood that He was not telling them to beware of the leaven used in bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

BSB BSB: Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah! For this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by My Father in heaven.

BSB BSB: I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
20 ULB அப்பொழுது, தாம் கிறிஸ்துவாகிய இயேசு என்று ஒருவருக்கும் சொல்லாதபடிக்குத் தம்முடைய சீடர்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டார். BSB BSB: Then He admonished the disciples not to tell anyone that He was the Christ.
21 ULB அதுமுதல் இயேசு, தாம் எருசலேமுக்குப்போய், மூப்பர்களாலும் பிரதான ஆசாரியர்களாலும், வேதபண்டிதர்களாலும் பல பாடுகள்பட்டு, கொலையுண்டு, மூன்றாம்நாளில் உயிரோடு எழுந்திருக்கவேண்டும் என்பதைத் தம்முடைய சீடர்களுக்குச் சொல்லத்தொடங்கினார். BSB BSB: From that time on Jesus began to show His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and that He must be killed and on the third day be raised to life.

BSB BSB: Then Jesus told His disciples, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me.
25 ULB தன் ஜீவனை இரட்சிக்க விரும்புகிறவன் அதை இழந்துபோவான்; என்னிமித்தமாகத் தன் ஜீவனை இழந்துபோகிறவன் அதைக் கண்டடைவான். BSB BSB: For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.
26 ULB மனிதன் உலகம் முழுவதையும் ஆதாயப்படுத்திக்கொண்டாலும், தன் ஜீவனை நஷ்டப்படுத்தினால் அவனுக்கு லாபம் என்ன? மனிதன் தன் ஜீவனுக்கு இணையாக என்னத்தைக் கொடுப்பான்? BSB BSB: What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?
27 ULB மனிதகுமாரன் தம்முடைய பிதாவின் மகிமை பொருந்தினவராகத் தம்முடைய தூதர்களோடு வருவார்; அப்பொழுது, அவனவன் செயல்களுக்குத்தக்கதாக அவனவனுக்குப் பலனளிப்பார். BSB BSB: For the Son of Man will come in His Father’s glory with His angels, and then He will repay each one according to what he has done.
28 ULB இங்கே நிற்கிறவர்களில் சிலர் மனிதகுமாரன் தம்முடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் வருவதைக் காண்பதற்குமுன், மரணத்தைக் காண்பதில்லை என்று, உண்மையாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார். BSB BSB: Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.”
