6 ULB வீண்மாயைகளைப் பற்றிக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களை நான் வெறுத்து, கர்த்தரையே நம்பியிருக்கிறேன். BSB BSB: I hate those who cling to worthless idols, but in the LORD I trust.
7 ULB உமது, கிருபையிலே களிகூர்ந்து மகிழுவேன்; நீர் என் உபத்திரவத்தைப் பார்த்து, என் ஆத்தும துயரங்களை அறிந்திருக்கிறீர். BSB BSB: I will be glad and rejoice in Your loving devotion, for You have seen my affliction; You have known the anguish of my soul.
8 ULB எதிரியின் கையில் என்னை ஒப்புக்கொடுக்காமல், என்னுடைய பாதங்களை விசாலத்திலே நிறுத்தினீர். BSB BSB: You have not delivered me to the enemy; You have set my feet in the open.
9 ULB எனக்கு இரங்கும் கர்த்தாவே, நான் நெருக்கப்படுகிறேன்; துக்கத்தினால் என் கண்ணும் என் ஆத்துமாவும் என்னுடைய வயிறுங்கூடக் கருகிப்போனது. BSB BSB: Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes fail from sorrow, my soul and body as well.
10 ULB என்னுடைய வாழ்க்கை துக்கத்தினாலும், என்னுடைய வருடங்கள் தவிப்பினாலும் கழிந்துபோனது; என்னுடைய அக்கிரமத்தினாலே என்னுடைய பெலன் குறைந்து, என்னுடைய எலும்புகள் உலர்ந்துபோனது. BSB BSB: For my life is consumed with grief and my years with groaning; my iniquity has drained my strength, and my bones are wasting away.
11 ULB என்னுடைய எதிரிகளாகிய அனைவர் நிமித்தமும், நான் என் அயலாருக்கு நிந்தையும், எனக்கு அறிமுகமானவர்களுக்கு அலட்சியமுமானேன்; வீதியிலே என்னைக் கண்டவர்கள் எனக்கு விலகி ஓடிப்போனார்கள். BSB BSB: Among all my enemies I am a disgrace, and among my neighbors even more. I am dreaded by my friends—they flee when they see me on the street.
12 ULB செத்தவனைப்போல எல்லோராலும் முழுவதும் மறக்கப்பட்டேன்; உடைந்த பாத்திரத்தைப்போல ஆனேன். BSB BSB: I am forgotten like a dead man, out of mind. I am like a broken vessel.
13 ULB அநேகர் சொல்லும் அவதூறைக் கேட்டேன்; எனக்கு விரோதமாக அவர்கள் ஒன்றாக ஆலோசனை செய்கிறதினால் திகில் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்துகொண்டது; என்னுடைய உயிரை வாங்கத்தேடுகிறார்கள். BSB BSB: For I hear the slander of many; there is terror on every side. They conspire against me and plot to take my life.
14 ULB நானோ, கர்த்தாவே, உம்மை நம்பியிருக்கிறேன்; நீரே என் தேவன் என்று சொன்னேன். BSB BSB: But I trust in You, O LORD; I say, “You are my God.”
15 ULB என்னுடைய காலங்கள் உமது கரத்திலிருக்கிறது; என் எதிரிகளின் கைக்கும் என்னைத் துன்பப்படுத்துகிறவர்களின் கைக்கும் என்னைத் தப்புவியும். BSB BSB: My times are in Your hands; deliver me from my enemies and from those who pursue me.
16 ULB நீர் உமது முகத்தை உமது ஊழியக்காரன்மேல் பிரகாசிக்கச்செய்து, உமது கிருபையினாலே என்னை இரட்சியும். BSB BSB: Make Your face shine on Your servant; save me by Your loving devotion.

18 ULB நீதிமானுக்கு விரோதமாகப் பெருமையோடும் இகழ்ச்சியோடும் கடினமாகப் பேசுகிற பொய் உதடுகள் கட்டப்பட்டுப்போவதாக. BSB BSB: May lying lips be silenced—lips that speak with arrogance against the righteous, full of pride and contempt.
19 ULB உமக்குப் பயந்தவர்களுக்கும், மனிதர்களுக்கு முன்பாக உம்மை நம்புகிறவர்களுக்கும், நீர் உண்டாக்கி வைத்திருக்கிற உம்முடைய நன்மை எவ்வளவு பெரிதாக இருக்கிறது! BSB BSB: How great is Your goodness which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have bestowed before the sons of men on those who take refuge in You!
20 ULB மனிதர்களுடைய அகங்காரத்திற்கு அவர்களை உமது சமுகத்தின் மறைவிலே மறைத்து, நாவுகளின் சண்டைக்கு அவர்களை விலக்கி, உமது கூடாரத்திலே ஒளித்துவைத்துக் காப்பாற்றுகிறீர். BSB BSB: You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the schemes of men. You conceal them in Your shelter from accusing tongues.
21 ULB கர்த்தர் பாதுகாப்பான நகரத்தில் எனக்குத் தமது கிருபையை அதிசயமாக தெரியப்படுத்தினபடியால், அவருக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரம். BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, for He has shown me His loving devotion in a city under siege.
22 ULB உம்முடைய கண்களுக்கு முன்பாக இல்லாதபடிக்கு வெட்டுண்டேன் என்று நான் என்னுடைய மனக்கலக்கத்திலே சொன்னேன்; ஆனாலும் நான் உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டபோது, என் விண்ணப்பங்களின் சத்தத்தைக் கேட்டீர். BSB BSB: In my alarm I said, “I am cut off from Your sight!” But You heard my plea for mercy when I called to You for help.
23 ULB கர்த்தருடைய பரிசுத்தவான்களே, நீங்களெல்லாரும் அவரில் அன்பு கூருங்கள்; உண்மையானவனைக் கர்த்தர் தற்காத்து, வீம்பு செய்கிறவனுக்குப் பூரணமாகப் பதிலளிப்பார். BSB BSB: Love the LORD, all His saints. The LORD preserves the faithful, but fully repays the arrogant.
24 ULB கர்த்தருக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறவர்களே, நீங்களெல்லாரும் திடமனதாக இருங்கள், அவர் உங்களுடைய இருதயத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்துவார். BSB BSB: Be strong and courageous, all you who hope in the LORD.
