13 ULB நான் வீணாகவே என்னுடைய இருதயத்தைச் சுத்தம்செய்து, குற்றமில்லாமையிலே என்னுடைய கைகளைக் கழுவினேன். BSB BSB: Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure; in innocence I have washed my hands.
14 ULB நாள்தோறும் நான் வாதிக்கப்பட்டும், காலைதோறும் தண்டிக்கப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறேன். BSB BSB: For I am afflicted all day long and punished every morning.
15 ULB இந்த விதமாகப் பேசுவேன் என்று நான் சொன்னால், இதோ, உம்முடைய பிள்ளைகளின் சந்ததிக்குத் துரோகியாவேன். BSB BSB: If I had said, “I will speak this way,” then I would have betrayed Your children.

18 ULB நிச்சயமாகவே நீர் அவர்களைச் சறுக்கலான இடங்களில் நிறுத்தி, பாழான இடங்களில் விழச்செய்கிறீர். BSB BSB: Surely You set them on slick ground; You cast them down into ruin.
19 ULB அவர்கள் ஒரு நிமிடத்தில் எவ்வளவு பாழாகிப்போகிறார்கள்! பயங்கரங்களால் அழிந்து ஒன்றுமில்லாமல் போகிறார்கள். BSB BSB: How suddenly they are laid waste, completely swept away by terrors!
20 ULB தூக்கம் தெளிந்தவுடனே சொப்பனம் ஒழிவதுபோல், ஆண்டவரே, நீர் விழிக்கும்போது, அவர்கள் வேஷத்தை கலைத்துவிடுவீர். BSB BSB: Like one waking from a dream, so You, O Lord, awaken and despise their form.
21 ULB இப்படியாக என்னுடைய மனம் கசந்தது, என்னுடைய உள்மனதிலே குத்தப்பட்டேன். BSB BSB: When my heart was grieved and I was pierced within,

23 ULB ஆனாலும் நான் எப்பொழுதும் உம்மோடிருக்கிறேன்; என்னுடைய வலதுகையைப் பிடித்துத் தாங்குகிறீர். BSB BSB: Yet I am always with You; You hold my right hand.
24 ULB உம்முடைய ஆலோசனையின்படி நீர் என்னை நடத்தி, முடிவிலே என்னை மகிமையில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வீர். BSB BSB: You guide me with Your counsel, and later receive me in glory.
25 ULB பரலோகத்தில் உம்மையல்லாமல் எனக்கு யார் உண்டு? பூலோகத்தில் உம்மைத் தவிர எனக்கு வேறே விருப்பமில்லை. BSB BSB: Whom have I in heaven but You? And on earth I desire no one besides You.
26 ULB என்னுடைய சரீரமும் என்னுடைய இருதயமும் வளர்ச்சியில்லாமல் போகிறது; தேவன் என்றென்றைக்கும் என்னுடைய இருதயத்தின் கன்மலையும் என்னுடைய பங்குமாக இருக்கிறார். BSB BSB: My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
27 ULB இதோ, உம்மைவிட்டுத் தூரமாகப்போகிறவர்கள் நாசமடைவார்கள்; உம்மைவிட்டு உண்மையில்லாமல் போகிற அனைவரையும் அழிப்பீர். BSB BSB: Those far from You will surely perish; You destroy all who are unfaithful to You.
28 ULB எனக்கோ, தேவனை அண்டிக்கொண்டிருப்பதே நலம்; நான் உமது செயல்களையெல்லாம் சொல்லிவரும்படி கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர்மேல் என்னுடைய நம்பிக்கையை வைத்திருக்கிறேன். BSB BSB: But as for me, it is good to draw near to God. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may proclaim all Your works.
