Hosea 2 (TELOTSA)

1“మీరు మీ సోదరులతో, ‘మీరు నా ప్రజలు’ అని, మీ సహోదరీలతో, ‘నా ప్రియమైన వారలారా’ అని అనండి.“Say of your brothers, ‘My people,’ and of your sisters, ‘My loved one.’

2“మీ తల్లిని గద్దించండి, గద్దించండి, ఆమె నా భార్య కాదు, నేను ఆమె భర్తను కాను. ఆమె తన వ్యభిచార చూపును మానుకోవాలి, తన రొమ్ముల మధ్య నుండి పరపురుషులను తొలగించాలి.Rebuke your mother, rebuke her, for she is not My wife, and I am not her husband. Let her remove the adultery from her face and the unfaithfulness from between her breasts.

I will make her like a desert and turn her into a parched land, and I will let her die of thirst.

For she thought, ‘I will go after my lovers, who give me bread and water, wool and linen, oil and drink.’

6కాబట్టి ముళ్ళపొదలను ఆమె దారిని అడ్డుగా వేస్తాను; ఆమె తన దారి కనబడకుండ నేను గోడ కడతాను.Therefore, behold, I will hedge up her path with thorns; I will enclose her with a wall, so she cannot find her way.

Then she will say, ‘I will return to my first husband, for then I was better off than now.’

9“కాబట్టి కోతకాలంలో నా ధాన్యం నేను తీసివేస్తాను, ద్రాక్షరసం సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు దానిని తీసివేస్తాను. ఆమె దిగంబరత్వాన్ని కప్పుకోడానికి నేను ఇచ్చిన నా ఉన్నిని, నా జనపనారను తిరిగి తీసుకుంటాను.Therefore I will take back My grain in its time and My new wine in its season; I will take away My wool and linen, which were given to cover her nakedness.

11ఆమె ఉత్సవ వేడుకలన్నిటిని: ఆమె వార్షిక పండుగలు, అమావాస్యలు, ఆమె సబ్బాతు దినాలు అన్ని ఆగిపోయేలా చేస్తాను.I will put an end to all her exultation: her feasts, New Moons, and Sabbaths—all her appointed feasts.

12తన ప్రేమికులు తనకు ఇచ్చిన జీతం అని ఆమె చెప్పుకునే, ఆమె ద్రాక్షలను అంజూర చెట్లను నేను పాడుచేస్తాను; వాటిని దట్టమైన అడవిగా మారుస్తాను, అడవి జంతువులు వాటిని తినివేస్తాయి.I will destroy her vines and fig trees, which she thinks are the wages paid by her lovers. So I will make them into a thicket, and the beasts of the field will devour them.

15అక్కడ ఆమె ద్రాక్షతోటలను ఆమెకు తిరిగి ఇస్తాను, ఆకోరు లోయను నిరీక్షణ ద్వారంగా చేస్తాను. అక్కడ ఆమె తన యవ్వన రోజుల్లో ఉన్నట్లు, ఈజిప్టు నుండి బయటకు వచ్చిన రోజున ఉన్నట్లు స్పందిస్తుంది.There I will give back her vineyards and make the Valley of Achor into a gateway of hope. There she will respond as she did in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt.

16యెహోవా ఇలా అంటున్నారు, “ఆ రోజున నీవు నన్ను, ‘నా భర్తవు’ అని అంటావు; నీవు నన్ను ఇక ఎన్నడు ‘నా బయలు’ అని పిలువవు.In that day,” declares the LORD, “you will call Me ‘my Husband,’ and no longer call Me ‘my Master.’

17నేను ఆమె పెదవుల నుండి బయలుల పేర్లు తీసివేస్తాను; ఇక ఎన్నడు వారి పేర్లు ప్రస్తావించబడవు.For I will remove from her lips the names of the Baals; no longer will their names be invoked.

18ఆ రోజున నా ప్రజల కోసం అడవి జంతువులతో, ఆకాశ పక్షులతో, నేలను ప్రాకే జంతువులతో నిబంధన చేస్తాను. విల్లు, ఖడ్గం, యుద్ధం దేశంలో లేకుండా చేస్తాను, అప్పుడు వారు క్షేమంగా పడుకుంటారు.On that day I will make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field and the birds of the air and the creatures that crawl on the ground. And I will abolish bow and sword and battle in the land, and will make them lie down in safety.

19నీవు శాశ్వతంగా నాతో ఉండేలా, నేను నిన్ను నీతి, న్యాయంతో, మారని ప్రేమతో, దయతో ప్రధానం చేసుకుంటాను.So I will betroth you to Me forever; I will betroth you in righteousness and justice, in loving devotion and compassion.

20నీవు యెహోవాను తెలుసుకునేలా, నేను నమ్మకాన్ని బట్టి నిన్ను ప్రధానం చేసుకుంటాను.And I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will know the LORD.”

21“ఆ రోజున నేను జవాబిస్తాను,” అని యెహోవా అంటున్నారు. “నేను ఆకాశాలకు జవాబిస్తాను, అవి భూమికి జవాబిస్తాయి;“On that day I will respond—” declares the LORD—“I will respond to the heavens, and they will respond to the earth.

22భూమి ధాన్యంతో, నూతన ద్రాక్షరసంతో, ఒలీవనూనెతో మాట్లాడుతుంది. అవి యెజ్రెయేలుతో మాట్లాడతాయి.And the earth will respond to the grain, to the new wine and oil, and they will respond to Jezreel.

23నేను ఆమెను నా కోసం దేశంలో నాటుతాను; ‘నా ప్రియురాలు కాదు,’ అని ఎవరి గురించి అన్నానో ఆ వ్యక్తికే నా ప్రేమను చూపిస్తాను. ‘నా ప్రజలు కారు,’ అని ఎవరి గురించి అన్నానో వారితో, ‘మీరు నా ప్రజలు’ అని చెప్తాను; అప్పుడు వారు, ‘మీరే మా దేవుడు’ అంటారు.”And I will sow her as My own in the land, and I will have compassion on ‘No Compassion.’ I will say to those called ‘Not My People,’ ‘You are My people,’ and they will say, ‘You are my God.’”
