Malachi 3 (TELOTSA)

1సైన్యాలకు యెహోవా చెప్పేదేమంటే, “నేను నా దూతను పంపుతాను, అతడు నా ముందర మార్గాన్ని సిద్ధపరుస్తాడు. ఆ తర్వాత మీరు వెదుకుతున్న ప్రభువు అంటే మీరు కోరే నిబంధన దూత తన ఆలయానికి హఠాత్తుగా వస్తాడు.”“Behold, I will send My messenger, who will prepare the way before Me. Then the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to His temple—the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight—see, He is coming,” says the LORD of Hosts.

2అయితే ఆయన రాకడ దినం ఎవరు తట్టుకోగలరు? ఆయన కనబడేటప్పుడు ఎవరు నిలబడి ఉండగలరు? ఆయన కంసాలి నిప్పులాంటి వాడు, బట్టలను శుద్ధి చేసే చాకలివాని సబ్బు లాంటివాడు.But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He will be like a refiner’s fire, like a launderer’s soap.

3ఆయన వెండిని పరీక్షించి, పుటం పెట్టి శుద్ధి చేసే కంసాలిలా కూర్చుంటారు, వెండి బంగారాలను పుటం పెట్టే విధంగా ఆయన లేవీ వారిని శుద్ధి చేస్తారు. అప్పుడు వారు నీతి నిజాయితీ అనుసరించి యెహోవాకు నైవేద్యాలు అర్పిస్తారు.And He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver. Then they will present offerings to the LORD in righteousness.

4గతించిన రోజుల్లో, పూర్వకాలంలో ఉన్నట్లు యూదా వారు యెరూషలేము నివాసులు చేసే అర్పణలు యెహోవాకు అంగీకారమవుతాయి.Then the offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will please the LORD, as in days of old and years gone by.

5“తీర్పు తీర్చడానికి నేను మీ దగ్గరికి వస్తాను, మాంత్రికుల మీద, వ్యభిచారుల మీద, అప్రమాణికుల మీద సాక్ష్యం చెప్పడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉంటాను. నాకు భయపడక జీతాల విషయంలో కూలివారిని మోసం ఉద్యోగులను మోసం చేసేవారికి, విధవరాండ్రను అనాధలను అణచివేసే వారికి, మీ మధ్య నివసిస్తున్న విదేశీయులకు న్యాయం జరుగకుండ చేసేవారికి వ్యతిరేకంగా నేను మాట్లాడతాను” అని సైన్యాల యెహోవా అంటున్నారు.“Then I will draw near to you for judgment. And I will be a swift witness against sorcerers and adulterers and perjurers, against oppressors of the widowed and fatherless, and against those who defraud laborers of their wages and deny justice to the foreigner but do not fear Me,” says the LORD of Hosts.

6“నేను యెహోవాను, నేను మార్పు చెందను. కాబట్టే యాకోబు సంతతివారలారా, మీరు నాశనం కాలేదు.“Because I, the LORD, do not change, you descendants of Jacob have not been destroyed.

7మీ పూర్వికుల కాలం నుండి మీరు నా శాసనాల విషయంలో త్రోవ తప్పి వాటిని పాటించలేదు. నా వైపుకు తిరగండి, అప్పుడు నేను మీవైపుకు తిరుగుతాను” అని సైన్యాల యెహోవా చెప్తున్నారు. “కాని మీరు, ‘మేము ఏ విషయంలో తిరగాలి?’ అని అడుగుతారు.Yet from the days of your fathers, you have turned away from My statutes and have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you,” says the LORD of Hosts. “But you ask, ‘How can we return?’

9ఈ ప్రజలంతా నా దగ్గర దొంగతనం చేస్తున్నారు కాబట్టి శాపగ్రస్థులయ్యారు.You are cursed with a curse, yet you—the whole nation—are still robbing Me.

10నా మందిరంలో ఆహారం ఉండేలా పదవ భాగాన్నంతా నా ఆలయానికి తీసుకురండి. ఇలా చేసి నన్ను పరీక్షించండి, నేను పరలోక ద్వారాలను తెరచి పట్టలేనంతగా దీవెనలు కుమ్మరిస్తానో లేదో చూడండి అని సైన్యాల యెహోవా ప్రకటిస్తున్నారు.Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house. Test Me in this,” says the LORD of Hosts. “See if I will not open the windows of heaven and pour out for you blessing without measure.

11మీ పైరును పురుగులు తినివేయకుండా చేస్తాను, అవి మీ పొలం పంటను నాశనం చేయవు, మీ ద్రాక్ష చెట్ల పండ్లు అకాలంలో రాలవు” అని సైన్యాల యెహోవా ప్రకటిస్తున్నారు.I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your land, and the vine in your field will not fail to produce fruit,” says the LORD of Hosts.

12“అప్పుడు మీ దేశం ఆనందంగా ఉంటుంది కాబట్టి అన్ని దేశాల ప్రజలు మిమ్మల్ని ధన్యులంటారు” అని సైన్యాలకు యెహోవా ప్రకటిస్తున్నాడు.“Then all the nations will call you blessed, for you will be a land of delight,” says the LORD of Hosts.

13యెహోవా చెప్పేదేమంటే, “నాకు వ్యతిరేకంగా మీరు చాలా గర్వించి మాట్లాడారు.” “అయినా మేము నీకు వ్యతిరేకంగా ఏం మాట్లాడాము?” అని మీరు అడుగుతున్నారు.“Your words against Me have been harsh,” says the LORD. “Yet you ask, ‘What have we spoken against You?’

14“మీరు ఇలా అంటారు, ‘దేవునికి సేవ చేయడం వ్యర్థం, ఆయన ఆజ్ఞ ప్రకారం ప్రవర్తిస్తూ సైన్యాలకు అధిపతియైన యెహోవా ఎదుట దుఃఖా క్రాంతులై తిరుగుతూ ఉండి ప్రయోజనం ఏంటి?You have said, ‘It is futile to serve God. What have we gained by keeping His requirements and walking mournfully before the LORD of Hosts?

15ఇప్పుడు గర్విష్ఠులనే ధన్యులని పిలుస్తున్నాము. చెడు చేసేవారు వర్ధిల్లుతూ ఉన్నారు, వారు దేవున్ని పరీక్షించినప్పుడు కూడా వారికి ఏ హాని కలగడం లేదు.’ ”So now we call the arrogant blessed. Not only do evildoers prosper, they even test God and escape.’”

16అప్పుడు, యెహోవా పట్ల భయభక్తులు కలిగినవారు ఒకరితో ఒకరు మాట్లాడుకుంటున్నప్పుడు యెహోవా విన్నారు. యెహోవా పట్ల భయభక్తులు కలిగి ఆయన పేరును గౌరవించే వారి విషయం ఆయన సన్నిధిలో జ్ఞాపకార్థమైన గ్రంథంలో వ్రాయబడింది.At that time those who feared the LORD spoke with one another, and the LORD listened and heard them. So a scroll of remembrance was written before Him regarding those who feared the LORD and honored His name.

And I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.

18అప్పుడు నీతిమంతులకు, దుర్మార్గులకు, దేవున్ని సేవించేవారికి, సేవించని వారికి మధ్య వ్యత్యాసాన్ని మీరు మళ్ళీ చూస్తారు.So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.”
