I will keep the Passover with My disciples at your house.’”

19శిష్యులు వెళ్లి యేసు తమకు ఆదేశించిన ప్రకారం చేసి పస్కాను సిద్ధం చేశారు.So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover.

20సాయంకాలమైనప్పుడు, ఆయన పన్నెండుమంది శిష్యులతో కలిసి భోజనానికి కూర్చున్నారు.When evening came, Jesus was reclining with the twelve disciples.

Yet not as I will, but as You will.”

41“మీరు శోధనలో పడకుండ ఉండేలా మెలకువగా ఉండి ప్రార్థన చేయండి. ఆత్మ సిద్ధమే, కాని శరీరం బలహీనం” అని చెప్పారు.“Watch and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.”

50అందుకు యేసు, “స్నేహితుడా, ఏమి చేయడానికి వచ్చావో అది చేయి” అన్నారు. అప్పుడు వారు ముందుకు వచ్చి, యేసును పట్టుకొని, ఆయనను బంధించారు.“Friend,” Jesus replied, “do what you came for.” Then the men stepped forward, seized Jesus, and arrested Him.

51అంతలో, యేసుతో కూడ ఉన్నవారిలో ఒకడు తన కత్తిని దూసి ప్రధాన యాజకుని సేవకుడిని కొట్టి, వాని చెవిని నరికివేశాడు.At this, one of Jesus’ companions drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.

Every day I sat teaching in the temple courts, and you did not arrest Me.

60చాలామంది అబద్ధ సాక్షులు ముందుకు వచ్చారు, కానీ వారికి ఏమి దొరకలేదు. చివరికి ఇద్దరు సాక్షులు ముందుకొచ్చారు.But they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward. Finally two came forward

62అప్పుడు ప్రధాన యాజకుడు లేచి యేసుతో, “నీవు జవాబు చెప్పవా? నీకు వ్యతిరేకంగా వీరు చెప్తున్న ఈ సాక్ష్యం ఏమిటి?” అని అడిగాడు.So the high priest stood up and asked Him, “Have You no answer? What are these men testifying against You?”

63అయితే యేసు మౌనంగా ఉన్నారు. అందుకు ప్రధాన యాజకుడు ఆయనతో, “జీవంగల దేవుని తోడని నిజం చెప్పు: ఒకవేళ నీవు దేవుని కుమారుడవైన క్రీస్తువైతే మాతో చెప్పు” అన్నాడు.But Jesus remained silent. Then the high priest said to Him, “I charge You under oath by the living God: Tell us if You are the Christ, the Son of God.”
