8 ULB మన ప్రభు యేసు క్రీస్తు రోజున మీరు నిష్కపటంగా ఉండేలా అంతం వరకూ ఆయన మిమ్మల్ని స్థిరపరుస్తాడు. BSB BSB: He will sustain you to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

BSB BSB: What I mean is this: Individuals among you are saying, “I follow Paul,” “I follow Apollos,” “I follow Cephas,” or “I follow Christ.”

BSB BSB: For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not with words of wisdom, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.
19 ULB దీని గురించే ‘జ్ఞానుల జ్ఞానాన్ని నాశనం చేస్తాను. వివేకుల తెలివిని వ్యర్థం చేస్తాను’ అని రాసి ఉంది. BSB BSB: For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”
21 ULB లోకం తన జ్ఞానం ద్వారా దేవుణ్ణి తెలుసుకోలేక పోయింది కాబట్టి, సువార్త ప్రకటన అనే వెర్రితనం ద్వారా నమ్మేవారిని రక్షించడానికి దేవుడు దయతో సంకల్పించాడు. BSB BSB: For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know Him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.

25 ULB ఎందుకంటే దేవుని బుద్ధిహీనత మానవుల కంటే తెలివైనది, దేవుని బలహీనత మానవుల కంటే బలమైనది. BSB BSB: For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.
26 ULB సోదర సోదరీలారా, దేవుడు మిమ్మల్ని పిలిచిన పిలుపును గమనించండి. మీలో లోకం దృష్టిలో తెలివైనవారు, ఘనులు, గొప్ప వంశం వారు ఎంతోమంది లేరు కదా. BSB BSB: Brothers, consider the time of your calling: Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were powerful; not many were of noble birth.
27 ULB దేవుడు తెలివైన వారిని సిగ్గు పరచడానికి లోకంలో బుద్ధిహీనుల్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసుకొన్నాడు, బలవంతుల్ని సిగ్గు పరచడానికి లోకంలో బలహీనుల్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసుకొన్నాడు. BSB BSB: But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.
28 ULB గొప్పవారిని హీనపరచడానికి లోకంలో నీచులనూ, మనుషులు తిరస్కరించిన వారిని, ఎన్నిక లేని వారిని దేవుడు ఎన్నుకున్నాడు. BSB BSB: He chose the lowly and despised things of the world, and the things that are not, to nullify the things that are,
29 ULB ఎందుకంటే తన ముందు ఎవరూ గొప్పలు చెప్పుకోకూడదని దేవుని ఉద్దేశం. BSB BSB: so that no one may boast in His presence.
30 ULB అయితే దేవుడు చేసిన దానివలన మీరు క్రీస్తు యేసులో ఉన్నారు. BSB BSB: It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God: our righteousness, holiness, and redemption.
31 ULB “అతిశయించేవాడు ప్రభువును బట్టి మాత్రమే అతిశయించాలి” అని రాసి ఉన్నట్టుగా దేవుని మూలంగా క్రీస్తు మనకు జ్ఞానం, నీతి, పవిత్రత, విమోచనం అయ్యాడు. BSB BSB: Therefore, as it is written: “Let him who boasts boast in the Lord.”
