12 ULB నీకూ నాకూ మధ్య యెహోవా న్యాయం తీరుస్తాడు. యెహోవా నా విషయంలో పగ సాధిస్తాడు. నేను మాత్రం నిన్ను చంపను. BSB BSB: May the LORD judge between you and me, and may the LORD take vengeance on you, but my hand will never be against you.

16 ULB దావీదు సౌలుతో ఈ మాటలు మాట్లాడి ముగించినప్పుడు, సౌలు <<దావీదూ, నాయనా, ఈ మాటలు అన్నది నువ్వేనా?>> అని బిగ్గరగా ఏడ్చి BSB BSB: When David had finished saying these things, Saul called back, “Is that your voice, David my son?” Then Saul wept aloud

19 ULB ఒకరికి తన శత్రువు దొరికినప్పుడు మేలు చేసి పంపివేస్తాడా? ఇప్పుడు నువ్వు నాకు చేసిన దాన్ని బట్టి యెహోవా నీకు మేలు చేస్తాడు గాక. BSB BSB: When a man finds his enemy, does he let him go away unharmed? May the LORD reward you with good for what you have done for me this day.
20 ULB కచ్చితంగా నువ్వు రాజువవుతావు. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల రాజ్యం నీకు స్థిరం అయిందని నాకు తెలుసు. BSB BSB: Now I know for sure that you will be king and that the kingdom of Israel will be established in your hands.
21 ULB కాబట్టి నా తరువాత నా సంతతిని నీవు నిర్మూలం చేయకుండా ఉండేలా, నా తండ్రి ఇంట్లోనుండి నా పేరు కొట్టివేయకుండేలా, యెహోవా నామం పేరిట నాకు శపథం చెయ్యి.>> అప్పుడు దావీదు సౌలుకు శపథం చేశాడు. BSB BSB: So now, swear to me by the LORD that you will not cut off my descendants or wipe out my name from my father’s house.”
22 ULB తరువాత సౌలు ఇంటికి తిరిగివచ్చాడు. దావీదు, అతని అనుచరులు తాము దాక్కొన్న స్థలాలకు వెళ్ళిపోయారు. BSB BSB: So David gave his oath to Saul. Then Saul returned home, but David and his men went up to the stronghold.
