1ఆ తరువాత పౌలు ఏతెన్సు నుండి బయలుదేరి కొరింతుకు వచ్చాడు.After this, Paul left Athens and went to Corinth.

9ప్రభువు రాత్రివేళ దర్శనంలో, “నీవు భయపడకుండా మాట్లాడు. మౌనంగా ఉండవద్దు.One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking; do not be silent.

10నేను నీకు తోడుగా ఉన్నాను, హాని చేయడానికి నీ మీదికి ఎవడూ రాడు. ఈ పట్టణంలో నాకు చెందినవారు చాలామంది ఉన్నారు” అని పౌలుతో చెప్పాడు.For I am with you and no one will lay a hand on you, because I have many people in this city.”

11అతడు వారి మధ్య దేవుని వాక్కు బోధిస్తూ, ఒకటిన్నర సంవత్సరాలు అక్కడ నివసించాడు.So Paul stayed for a year and a half, teaching the word of God among the Corinthians.

12గల్లియో అకయకు గవర్నరుగా ఉన్న రోజుల్లో యూదులంతా ఏకమై పౌలు మీదికి లేచి న్యాయపీఠం ముందుకి అతణ్ణి తీసుకుని వచ్చారు.While Gallio was proconsul of Achaia, the Jews coordinated an attack on Paul and brought him before the judgment seat.

13“వీడు ధర్మశాస్త్రానికి విరుద్ధంగా దేవుణ్ణి ఆరాధించడానికి ప్రజలను ప్రేరేపిస్తున్నాడు” అని ఆరోపణ చేశారు.“This man is persuading the people to worship God in ways contrary to the law,” they said.

He had his head shaved in Cenchrea to keep a vow he had made, and then he sailed for Syria, accompanied by Priscilla and Aquila.

He spoke and taught accurately about Jesus, though he knew only the baptism of John.

26ప్రిస్కిల్ల, అకుల అతని గురించి విని, అతనిని చేర్చుకొని దేవుని మార్గం గురించి పూర్తిగా విశదపరిచారు.And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue. When Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him aside and explained to him the way of God more accurately.

On his arrival, he was a great help to those who by grace had believed.

28లేఖనాల ఆధారంతో యేసే క్రీస్తని రుజువు పరుస్తూ, బహిరంగంగా యూదుల వాదాన్ని గట్టిగా ఖండిస్తూ వచ్చాడు.For he powerfully refuted the Jews in public debate, proving from the Scriptures that Jesus is the Christ.
