1 ULB ఇశ్రాయేలీయులారా! యెహోవా మీకు వ్యతిరేకంగా మాట్లాడుతున్నాడు. ఐగుప్తుదేశం నుంచి ఆయన రప్పించిన వంశమంతటి గురించి ఆయన తెలియజేసిన మాట వినండి. BSB BSB: Hear this word that the LORD has spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family that I brought up out of the land of Egypt:
2 ULB లోకంలోని వంశాలన్నిటిలో మిమ్మల్ని మాత్రమే నేను ఎన్నుకున్నాను. కాబట్టి మీ పాపాలన్నిటికీ మిమ్మల్ని శిక్షిస్తాను. BSB BSB: “Only you have I known from all the families of the earth; therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.”
3 ULB సమ్మతించకుండా ఇద్దరు కలిసి నడుస్తారా? ఏమీ దొరకకుండానే సింహం అడవిలో గర్జిస్తుందా? BSB BSB: Can two walk together without agreeing where to go?
4 ULB దేన్నీ పట్టుకోకుండానే కొదమ సింహం గుహలోనుంచి గుర్రుమంటుందా? BSB BSB: Does a lion roar in the forest when he has no prey? Does a young lion growl in his den if he has caught nothing?
5 ULB నేల మీద ఎర పెట్టకపోతే పిట్ట ఉరిలో చిక్కుకుంటుందా? ఉరిలో ఏదీ చిక్కకపోతే ఉరి పెట్టేవాడు వదిలేసి వెళతాడా? BSB BSB: Does a bird land in a snare where no bait has been set? Does a trap spring from the ground when it has nothing to catch?
6 ULB పట్టణంలో బాకానాదం వినబడితే ప్రజలు భయపడరా? యెహోవా పంపకుండా పట్టణంలో విపత్తు వస్తుందా? BSB BSB: If a ram’s horn sounds in a city, do the people not tremble? If calamity comes to a city, has not the LORD caused it?
7 ULB తన సేవకులైన ప్రవక్తలకు తన ఆలోచనలను తెలియచేయకుండా కచ్చితంగా యెహోవా ప్రభువు ఏదీ చేయడు. BSB BSB: Surely the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.
8 ULB సింహం గర్జించింది. భయపడని వాడెవడు? యెహోవా ప్రభువు చెప్పాడు. ప్రవచించని వాడెవడు? BSB BSB: The lion has roared—who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken—who will not prophesy?
9 ULB అష్డోదు రాజ భవనాల్లో ప్రకటించండి. ఐగుప్తుదేశపు రాజ భవనాల్లో ప్రకటించండి. వాళ్ళతో ఇలా చెప్పండి, <<మీరు సమరయ పర్వతాల మీద సమావేశమై దానిలోని గందరగోళాన్ని చూడండి. అక్కడ జరిగే దౌర్జన్యాన్ని చూడండి. BSB BSB: Proclaim to the citadels of Ashdod and to the citadels of Egypt: “Assemble on the mountains of Samaria; see the great unrest in the city and the acts of oppression in her midst.”
10 ULB సరైనదాన్ని ఎలా చేయాలో వారికి తెలియదు.>> యెహోవా ప్రకటించేది ఇదే. వాళ్ళు తమ రాజ భవనాల్లో దౌర్జన్యం, నాశనం దాచుకున్నారు. BSB BSB: “For they know not how to do right,” declares the LORD. “They store up violence and destruction in their citadels.”
11 ULB కాబట్టి యెహోవా ప్రభువు చెప్పేదేమిటంటే, శత్రువు ఆ ప్రాంతాన్ని చుట్టుముడతాడు. అతడు నీకు పట్టున్న వాటిని పడగొడతాడు. నీ రాజ భవనాలను దోచుకుంటాడు. BSB BSB: Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: “An enemy will surround the land; he will pull down your strongholds and plunder your citadels.”
12 ULB యెహోవా చెప్పేదేమిటంటే, <<సింహం నోట్లో నుంచి కేవలం రెండు కాళ్ళు గానీ చెవి ముక్క గానీ కాపరి విడిపించేలాగా సమరయలో నివసించే ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను కాపాడతాను. కేవలం మంచం మూల, లేకపోతే దుప్పటి ముక్కను కాపాడతాను.>> BSB BSB: This is what the LORD says: “As the shepherd snatches from the mouth of the lion two legs or a piece of an ear, so the Israelites dwelling in Samaria will be rescued having just the corner of a bed or the cushion of a couch.
13 ULB యాకోబు ఇంటి వారికి విరోధంగా ఇది విని ప్రకటించండి. యెహోవా ప్రభువు, సేనల దేవుడు చెప్పేదేమిటంటే, BSB BSB: Hear and testify against the house of Jacob, declares the Lord GOD, the God of Hosts.
14 ULB <<ఇశ్రాయేలు పాపాలను నేను శిక్షించే రోజు, బేతేలులోని బలిపీఠాలను కూడా నేను శిక్షిస్తాను. బలిపీఠం కొమ్ములు విరిగిపోయి నేలరాలతాయి. BSB BSB: On the day I punish Israel for their transgressions, I will visit destruction on the altars of Bethel; the horns of the altar will be cut off, and they will fall to the ground.
