9 ULB గతంలో చెప్పిన విషయాలు జరిగాయి కదా, ఇదిగో కొత్త సంగతులు మీకు చెబుతున్నాను. అవి జరగక ముందే వాటిని మీకు వెల్లడి చేస్తున్నాను.>> BSB BSB: Behold, the former things have happened, and now I declare new things. Before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.”
10 ULB సముద్ర ప్రయాణాలు చేసేవారు, సముద్రంలో ఉన్నవన్నీ, ద్వీపాలూ, వాటిలో నివసించేవారు, మీరంతా యెహోవాకు ఒక కొత్త పాట పాడండి. భూమి అంచుల నుండి ఆయనకు స్తుతులు చెల్లించండి. BSB BSB: Sing to the LORD a new song—His praise from the ends of the earth—you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you islands, and all who dwell in them.
12 ULB ద్వీపాల్లో వారు యెహోవా మహిమా ప్రభావాలు గలవాడని కొనియాడతారు. BSB BSB: Let them give glory to the LORD and declare His praise in the islands.

15 ULB పర్వతాలూ కొండలూ పాడైపోయేలా, వాటి మీద ఉన్న చెట్లన్నిటినీ ఎండిపోయేలా చేస్తాను. నదులను ద్వీపాలుగా మారుస్తాను. నీటి మడుగులు ఆరిపోయేలా చేస్తాను. BSB BSB: I will lay waste the mountains and hills and dry up all their vegetation. I will turn the rivers into dry land and drain the marshes.
16 ULB గుడ్డివారిని వారికి తెలియని దారిలో తీసుకువస్తాను. వారు నడవని మార్గాల్లో వారిని నడిపిస్తాను. వారి చీకటిని వెలుగుగా, వంకరదారులను తిన్నగా చేస్తాను. ఈ పనులన్నీ నేను చేస్తాను. వారిని నేను విడిచిపెట్టను. BSB BSB: I will lead the blind by a way they did not know; I will guide them on unfamiliar paths. I will turn darkness into light before them and rough places into level ground. These things I will do for them, and I will not forsake them.
17 ULB చెక్కిన విగ్రహాలపై నమ్మకముంచి, పోతవిగ్రహాలతో, <<మీరే మా దేవుళ్ళు>> అని చెప్పేవారు వెనక్కి మళ్ళి సిగ్గు పడతారు. BSB BSB: But those who trust in idols and say to molten images, ‘You are our gods!’ will be turned back in utter shame.
18 ULB చెవిటివారు వినండి, గుడ్డివారు మీరు గ్రహించగలిగేలా చూడండి. BSB BSB: Listen, you deaf ones; look, you blind ones, that you may see!
19 ULB నా సేవకుడు తప్ప గుడ్డివాడు మరెవడు? నేను పంపిన నా దూత తప్ప చెవిటివాడు మరెవడు? నాతో నిబంధనలో ఉన్నవానికంటే, యెహోవా సేవకుని కంటే గుడ్డివాడు ఎవడు? BSB BSB: Who is blind but My servant, or deaf like the messenger I am sending? Who is blind like My covenant partner, or blind like the servant of the LORD?
20 ULB నువ్వు చాలా విషయాలు చూస్తున్నావు గానీ గ్రహించలేకపోతున్నావు. చెవులు తెరిచే ఉన్నాయి గానీ వినడం లేదు. BSB BSB: Though seeing many things, you do not keep watch. Though your ears are open, you do not hear.”
21 ULB యెహోవా తన నీతికీ తన ధర్మశాస్త్రానికీ ఘనతామహిమలు కలగడంలో సంతోషించాడు. BSB BSB: The LORD was pleased, for the sake of His righteousness, to magnify His law and make it glorious.
22 ULB అయితే ఈ ప్రజలు దోపిడీకి గురయ్యారు. వారంతా గుహల్లో చిక్కుకుపోయారు, వారిని బంధకాల్లో ఉంచారు. వారు దోపుడు పాలైనప్పుడు వారినెవరూ విడిపించలేదు. అపహరణకు గురైనప్పుడు <<వారిని తిరిగి తీసుకురండి>> అని ఎవరూ చెప్పలేదు. BSB BSB: But this is a people plundered and looted, all trapped in caves or imprisoned in dungeons. They have become plunder with no one to rescue them, and loot with no one to say, “Send them back!”
23 ULB మీలో దీన్ని ఎవడు వింటాడు? భవిష్యత్తులోనైనా ఎవడు ఆలకించి వింటాడు? BSB BSB: Who among you will pay attention to this? Who will listen and obey hereafter?
24 ULB వారు యెహోవాకు వ్యతిరేకంగా పాపం చేశారు. ఆయన మార్గాల్లో నడుచుకోలేదు. ఆయన ఉపదేశాన్ని తిరస్కరించారు. అందుకు యెహోవాయే యాకోబును దోపుడు సొమ్ముగా అప్పగించాడు. ఇశ్రాయేలును దోచుకునేవారికి అప్పగించాడు. BSB BSB: Who gave Jacob up for spoil, and Israel to the plunderers? Was it not the LORD, against whom we have sinned? They were unwilling to walk in His ways, and they would not obey His law.
25 ULB దాని కారణంగానే ఆయన వారిమీద తన కోపాగ్నినీ యుద్ధ వినాశనాన్నీ కుమ్మరించాడు. అది వారి చుట్టూ అగ్నిని రాజబెట్టింది గానీ వారు గ్రహించలేదు. అది వారిని కాల్చింది గానీ వారు దాన్ని పట్టించుకోలేదు. BSB BSB: So He poured out on them His furious anger and the fierceness of battle. It enveloped them in flames, but they did not understand; it consumed them, but they did not take it to heart.
