4 ULB నా గుండె కుంగిపోయింది. నేను వాడిన గడ్డి పరకలాగా ఉన్నాను. నేనేమీ తినలేక పోతున్నాను. BSB BSB: My heart is afflicted, and withered like grass; I even forget to eat my bread.

7 ULB ఇంటిమీద ఏకాకిగా కూర్చున్న ఒంటరి పిట్టలాగా రాత్రంతా మెలకువగా ఉన్నాను. BSB BSB: I lie awake; I am like a lone bird on a housetop.
8 ULB రోజంతా నా విరోధులు నా మీద వ్యంగ్యంగా మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. నన్ను నిందించేవాళ్ళు నా పేరు ఎత్తి శపిస్తారు. BSB BSB: All day long my enemies taunt me; they ridicule me and curse me.
9 ULB బూడిదను అన్నం లాగా తింటున్నాను. కన్నీళ్ళతో కలిపి నీళ్ళు తాగుతున్నాను. BSB BSB: For I have eaten ashes like bread and mixed my drink with tears
10 ULB నీ కోపాగ్నిని బట్టి నువ్వు నన్ను పైకెత్తి అవతల పారేశావు. BSB BSB: because of Your indignation and wrath, for You have picked me up and cast me aside.
11 ULB నా రోజులు అదృశ్యమయ్యే నీడలా ఉన్నాయి, గడ్డిలాగా నేను వాడిపోయాను. BSB BSB: My days are like lengthening shadows, and I wither away like grass.
12 ULB అయితే యెహోవా, నువ్వు శాశ్వతంగా ఉంటావు. నీ కీర్తి తరతరాలుంటుంది. BSB BSB: But You, O LORD, sit enthroned forever; Your renown endures to all generations.

16 ULB యెహోవా సీయోనును తిరిగి కట్టిస్తాడు. ఆయన తన మహిమతో ప్రత్యక్షమవుతాడు. BSB BSB: For the LORD will rebuild Zion; He has appeared in His glory.
17 ULB అప్పుడు ఆయన దిక్కులేని వాళ్ళ ప్రార్థనకు స్పందిస్తాడు. వాళ్ళ ప్రార్థన ఆయన నిరాకరించడు. BSB BSB: He will turn toward the prayer of the destitute; He will not despise their prayer.
18 ULB రాబోయే తరాలకు ఇది రాసి పెట్టి ఉంటుంది, ఇంకా పుట్టని ప్రజలు యెహోవాను స్తుతిస్తారు. BSB BSB: Let this be written for the generation to come, so that a people not yet created may praise the LORD.

22 ULB మనుషులు యెహోవా నామాన్ని సీయోనులో ప్రకటిస్తారు. యెరూషలేములో ఆయన కీర్తిని ప్రకటిస్తారు. BSB BSB: when peoples and kingdoms assemble to serve the LORD.
23 ULB ఆయన నా యవ్వనంలో నా బలం తీసేశాడు. నా రోజులు తగ్గించేసాడు. BSB BSB: He has broken my strength on the way; He has cut short my days.
24 ULB నేనిలా అన్నాను, నా దేవా, నడివయస్సులో నన్ను తీసి వేయవద్దు. నువ్వు తరతరాలూ ఇక్కడ ఉన్నావు. BSB BSB: I say: “O my God, do not take me in the midst of my days! Your years go on through all generations.
26 ULB అవి అంతరించిపోతాయి. కానీ నువ్వు నిలిచి ఉంటావు. అవన్నీ బట్టల్లాగా పాతవై పోతాయి. నువ్వు వాటిని దుస్తుల్లాగా మార్చి వేస్తావు. అవి ఇక కనబడవు. BSB BSB: They will perish, but You remain; they will all wear out like a garment. Like clothing You will change them, and they will be passed on.
27 ULB అయితే నువ్వు అలానే ఉన్నావు, నీ సంవత్సరాలకు అంతం లేదు. BSB BSB: But You remain the same, and Your years will never end.
28 ULB నీ సేవకుల పిల్లలు నిలిచి ఉంటారు. వారి వంశస్థులు నీ సన్నిధిలో జీవిస్తారు. BSB BSB: The children of Your servants will dwell securely, and their descendants will be established before You.”
