2 ULB దుష్టులు, మోసగాళ్ళు నాపై దాడి చేస్తున్నారు. వారు నా మీద అబద్ధాలు పలుకుతున్నారు. BSB BSB: For wicked and deceitful mouths open against me; they speak against me with lying tongues.

4 ULB నేను చూపిన ప్రేమకు ప్రతిగా వారు నాపై నిందలు వేస్తున్నారు. అయితే నేను వారికోసం ప్రార్థన చేస్తున్నాను. BSB BSB: In return for my love they accuse me, but I am a man of prayer.
5 ULB నేను చేసిన మేలుకు ప్రతిగా కీడు చేస్తున్నారు. నేను చూపిన ప్రేమకు బదులుగా నాపై ద్వేషం పెట్టుకున్నారు. BSB BSB: They repay me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
6 ULB ఇలాటి శత్రుమూకపై దుర్మార్గుడొకణ్ణి అధికారిగా నియమించు. నేరాలు మోపేవాడు వారి కుడివైపున నిలబడతాడు గాక. BSB BSB: Set over him a wicked man; let an accuser stand at his right hand.
7 ULB వాడికి విచారణ జరిగినప్పుడు దోషి అని తీర్పు వచ్చు గాక. వాడి ప్రార్థన పాపంగా ఎంచబడు గాక BSB BSB: When he is tried, let him be found guilty, and may his prayer be regarded as sin.
8 ULB వాడి బ్రతుకు దినాలు తరిగిపోవు గాక. వాడి ఉద్యోగం వేరొకడు తీసుకొను గాక. BSB BSB: May his days be few; may another take his position.
9 ULB వాడి బిడ్డలు తండ్రిలేని వారౌతారు గాక. వాడి భార్య వితంతువు అగు గాక BSB BSB: May his children be fatherless and his wife a widow.
10 ULB వాడి బిడ్డలు దేశదిమ్మరులై భిక్షమెత్తు గాక. శిథిలమైపోయిన తమ ఇళ్ళకు దూరంగా సాయం కోసం అర్థిస్తారు గాక. BSB BSB: May his children wander as beggars, seeking sustenance far from their ruined homes.
11 ULB వాడి ఆస్తి అంతా అప్పులవాళ్ళు ఆక్రమించుకుంటారు గాక. వాడు సంపాదించినది పరులు దోచుకుంటారు గాక. BSB BSB: May the creditor seize all he owns, and strangers plunder the fruits of his labor.
12 ULB వాడిపై జాలిపడే వారు ఎవరూ లేకపోదురు గాక. వాడి అనాథ పిల్లల పై దయ చూపేవారు ఉండక పోదురు గాక. BSB BSB: May there be no one to extend kindness to him, and no one to favor his fatherless children.
13 ULB వాడి వంశం నిర్మూలం అగు గాక. రాబోయే తరంలో వారి పేరు మాసిపోవు గాక. BSB BSB: May his descendants be cut off; may their name be blotted out from the next generation.
14 ULB వాడి పితరుల దోషం యెహోవా జ్ఞాపకం ఉంచుకుంటాడు గాక. వాడి తల్లి చేసిన పాపం మరుపుకు రాకుండు గాక. BSB BSB: May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the LORD, and the sin of his mother never be blotted out.
15 ULB యెహోవా వారి జ్ఞాపకాన్ని భూమిపై నుండి కొట్టి వేస్తాడు గాక. వారి దోషం నిత్యం యెహోవా సన్నిధిని కనబడు గాక. BSB BSB: May their sins always remain before the LORD, that He may cut off their memory from the earth.
16 ULB ఎందుకంటే దయ చూపడానికి వాడు ఎంతమాత్రం ప్రయత్నించలేదు. దానికి బదులుగా నలిగిపోయిన వాణ్ణి, అవసరంలో ఉన్నవాణ్ణి పీడించాడు. గుండె పగిలిన వాణ్ణి చంపాడు. BSB BSB: For he never thought to show kindness, but pursued the poor and needy and brokenhearted, even to their death.
17 ULB శపించడం వాడికి మహా ఇష్టం. కాబట్టి అది వాడి మీదికే రావాలి. దీవెనను వాడు అసహ్యించుకున్నాడు. కాబట్టి ఏ దీవెనా వాడికి దక్కదు. BSB BSB: The cursing that he loved, may it fall on him; the blessing in which he refused to delight, may it be far from him.
18 ULB ఉత్తరీయంలాగా వాడు శాపాన్ని ధరించాడు. నీళ్లవలె అది వాడి కడుపులోకి దిగిపోయింది. నూనె వలె వాడి ఎముకల్లోకి ఇంకింది. BSB BSB: The cursing that he wore like a coat, may it soak into his body like water, and into his bones like oil.
19 ULB కప్పుకోడానికి ధరించే వస్త్రం లాగా, తాను నిత్యం కట్టుకునే నడికట్టులాగా అది వాణ్ణి వదలకుండు గాక. BSB BSB: May it be like a robe wrapped about him, like a belt tied forever around him.
20 ULB నాపై నేరం మోపేవారికి, నా గురించి చెడుగా మాట్లాడే వారికి ఇదే యెహోవా వలన కలిగే ప్రతీకారం అవుతుంది గాక. BSB BSB: May this be the LORD’s reward to my accusers, to those who speak evil against me.
21 ULB యెహోవా ప్రభూ, నీ నామాన్నిబట్టి నా పట్ల దయ చూపు. నీ నిబంధన విశ్వసనీయత ఉదాత్తమైనది గనక నన్ను రక్షించు. BSB BSB: But You, O GOD, the Lord, deal kindly with me for the sake of Your name; deliver me by the goodness of Your loving devotion.
22 ULB నేను పీడితుణ్ణి. అవసరంలో ఉన్నాను. నా హృదయం నాలో గాయపడి ఉంది. BSB BSB: For I am poor and needy; my heart is wounded within me.
23 ULB సాయంత్రం నీడలాగా నేను క్షీణించిపోతున్నాను. మిడతలను విదిలించినట్టు నన్ను విదిలిస్తారు. BSB BSB: I am fading away like a lengthening shadow; I am shaken off like a locust.
24 ULB ఉపవాసం మూలాన నా మోకాళ్లు బలహీనమై పోయాయి. నా శరీరం ఎముకల గూడు అయిపోయింది. BSB BSB: My knees are weak from fasting, and my body grows lean and gaunt.
25 ULB నాపై నిందలు మోపే వారు నన్ను పిచ్చివాడన్నట్టు చూస్తున్నారు. వారు నన్ను చూసి తలాడిస్తున్నారు. BSB BSB: I am an object of scorn to my accusers; when they see me, they shake their heads.
26 ULB యెహోవా నా దేవా, నాకు సహాయం చెయ్యి. నీ నిబంధన విశ్వాస్యతను బట్టి నన్ను రక్షించు. BSB BSB: Help me, O LORD my God; save me according to Your loving devotion.
27 ULB ఇది నీ వల్లనే జరిగిందనీ, యెహోవావైన నీవే దీన్ని చేశావనీ వారికి తెలియాలి. BSB BSB: Let them know that this is Your hand, that You, O LORD, have done it.
28 ULB వారు నన్ను శపిస్తున్నారు గానీ దయచేసి నీవు నన్ను దీవించు. వారు నాపై దాడి చేస్తే వారికే అవమానం కలగాలి. నీ సేవకుడు మాత్రం సంతోషించాలి. BSB BSB: Though they curse, You will bless. When they rise up, they will be put to shame, but Your servant will rejoice.
29 ULB నా విరోధులు అవమానం ధరించుకుంటారు గాక. తమ సిగ్గునే ఉత్తరీయంగా కప్పుకుంటారు గాక. BSB BSB: May my accusers be clothed with disgrace; may they wear their shame like a robe.
30 ULB సంతోషంతో నేను యెహోవాకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు మెండుగా చెల్లిస్తాను. సమూహాల మధ్య నేనాయన్ని స్తుతిస్తాను. BSB BSB: With my mouth I will thank the LORD profusely; I will praise Him in the presence of many.
31 ULB ఎందుకంటే పీడితులను బెదిరించే వారినుండి వారిని విడిపించడానికి వారి కుడి వైపున ఆయన నిలబడతాడు. BSB BSB: For He stands at the right hand of the needy one, to save him from the condemners of his soul.
