1. 1ULBఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలు ఈ విధంగా చెప్పాలి. యెహోవా మనకు తోడుగా ఉండకపోతే,BSBBSB: A song of ascents. Of David. If the LORD had not been on our side—let Israel now declare—
2. 2ULBమనుషులు మన మీదికి ఎగబడినప్పుడు, యెహోవా మనకు తోడుగా ఉండకపోతే,BSBBSB: if the LORD had not been on our side when men attacked us,
3. 3ULBవాళ్ళ ఆగ్రహజ్వాలలు మనపై రగులుకున్నప్పుడు వాళ్ళు మనలను ప్రాణాలతోనే దిగమింగి ఉండేవాళ్ళు.BSBBSB: when their anger flared against us, then they would have swallowed us alive,
4. 4ULBనీళ్ళు మనలను కొట్టుకుపోయేలా చేసి ఉండేవి. ప్రవాహాలు మనలను ముంచెత్తి ఉండేవి.BSBBSB: then the floods would have engulfed us, then the torrent would have overwhelmed us,
5. 5ULBజల ప్రవాహాల పొంగు మనలను ఉక్కిరిబిక్కిరి చేసి ఉండేవి.BSBBSB: then the raging waters would have swept us away.
6. 6ULBవారి పళ్ళు మనలను చీల్చివేయకుండా కాపాడిన యెహోవాకు స్తుతి.BSBBSB: Blessed be the LORD, who has not given us as prey to their teeth.
7. 7ULBవేటగాడి ఉరి నుండి పక్షి తప్పించుకొన్నట్టు మన ప్రాణం తప్పించుకుంది. ఉరి తెగిపోయింది. మనం తప్పించుకున్నాము.BSBBSB: We have escaped like a bird from the snare of the fowler; the net is torn, and we have slipped away.
8. 8ULBభూమినీ, ఆకాశాలనూ సృష్టించిన యెహోవాయే మనకు సహాయం.BSBBSB: Our help is in the name of the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
