1. 1ULBనేను గొంతెత్తి యెహోవాకు మొరపెడుతున్నాను. ఎలుగెత్తి యెహోవాను బతిమాలుకుంటున్నాను.BSBBSB: A Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A prayer. I cry aloud to the LORD; I lift my voice to the LORD for mercy.
2. 2ULBఆయన సన్నిధిలో దీనంగా నేను వేడుకుంటున్నాను. నాకు కలిగిన బాధలన్నిటినీ ఆయనకు మనవి చేసుకుంటున్నాను.BSBBSB: I pour out my complaint before Him; I reveal my trouble to Him.
3. 3ULBనాలో నా ప్రాణం కృంగి ఉన్నప్పుడు నా స్థితి ఏమిటో నీకు తెలుసు. నన్ను బంధించడానికి నేను నడిచే దారుల్లో శత్రువులు దొంగచాటుగా వల పన్నుతున్నారు.BSBBSB: Although my spirit grows faint within me, You know my way. Along the path I travel they have hidden a snare for me.
4. 4ULBనా కుడి పక్కన చూస్తే నన్ను ఆదరించేవాడు ఒక్కడు కూడా కనిపించలేదు. తప్పించుకునే దారి లేదు. నాప్రాణం గురించి పట్టించుకునే వాడే లేడు.BSBBSB: Look to my right and see; no one attends to me. There is no refuge for me; no one cares for my soul.
5. 5ULBయెహోవా, నేను నీకే మొరపెడుతున్నాను. నన్ను ఆదుకునేది నువ్వే. సజీవులు నివసించే భూమి మీద నా భాగం నువ్వే అంటున్నాను.BSBBSB: I cry to You, O LORD: “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”
6. 6ULBనా ఆక్రందన ఆలకించు. నేను క్రుంగిపోయి ఉన్నాను. నన్ను తరుముతున్నవాళ్ళు నాకంటే బలవంతులు. వాళ్ళ చేతుల్లో పడకుండా నన్ను కాపాడు.BSBBSB: Listen to my cry, for I am brought quite low. Rescue me from my pursuers, for they are too strong for me.
7. 7ULBనేను నీ నామాన్ని కీర్తించేలా చెరలోనుండి నా ప్రాణాన్ని తప్పించు. అప్పుడు నీవు నాకు చేసిన మహోపకారాన్ని బట్టి నీతిమంతులు నా చుట్టూ చేరి ఆనందిస్తారు.BSBBSB: Free my soul from prison, that I may praise Your name. The righteous will gather around me because of Your goodness to me.
