4 ULB మరణ సమయంలో కూడా వారికి యాతన అనిపించదు. వారు పుష్టిగా ఉన్నారు. BSB BSB: They have no struggle in their death; their bodies are well-fed.
5 ULB ఇతరులకు కలిగే ఇబ్బందులు వారికి కలగవు. ఇతరులకు వచ్చే విపత్తులు వారికి రావు. BSB BSB: They are free of the burdens others carry; they are not afflicted like other men.
6 ULB కాబట్టి గర్వం వారి మెడ చుట్టూ కంఠహారం లాగా ఉంది. దుర్మార్గతను వారు వస్త్రంలాగా ధరిస్తారు. BSB BSB: Therefore pride is their necklace; a garment of violence covers them.
7 ULB వారి కళ్ళు కొవ్వు పట్టి ఉబ్బి ఉన్నాయి. దురాలోచనలు వారి హృదయంలోనుండి బయటికి వస్తున్నాయి. BSB BSB: From their prosperity proceeds iniquity; the imaginations of their hearts run wild.
8 ULB వారు ఎగతాళి చేస్తారు. పొగరుబోతు మాటలు పలుకుతారు. గర్వంగా గొప్పలు చెప్పుకుంటారు. BSB BSB: They mock and speak with malice; with arrogance they threaten oppression.
9 ULB వారి మాటలు దేవునికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఉంటాయి. వారి నాలుకతో భూమి అంతటినీ చుట్టి వస్తారు. BSB BSB: They set their mouths against the heavens, and their tongues strut across the earth.
10 ULB కాబట్టి దేవుని ప్రజలు వారి పక్షం చేరతారు. వారి మాటలను మంచినీళ్ళు తాగినట్టు తాగుతారు. BSB BSB: So their people return to this place and drink up waters in abundance.
11 ULB దేవునికి ఎలా తెలుస్తుంది? ఇక్కడ ఏమి జరుగుతూ ఉందో ఆయనకి అవగాహన ఉందా? అని వారనుకుంటారు. BSB BSB: The wicked say, “How can God know? Does the Most High have knowledge?”
12 ULB గమనించండి. వారు దుర్మార్గులు. మరింత డబ్బు సంపాదిస్తూ విచ్చలవిడిగా ఉంటారు. BSB BSB: Behold, these are the wicked—always carefree as they increase their wealth.
13 ULB నా హృదయాన్ని పవిత్రంగా ఉంచుకోవడం వ్యర్థమే. నా చేతులు కడుక్కుని నిర్దోషంగా ఉండడం వ్యర్థమే. BSB BSB: Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure; in innocence I have washed my hands.
14 ULB రోజంతా నాకు బాధ కలుగుతూ ఉంది. ప్రతి ఉదయం నేను శిక్షకు గురవుతున్నాను. BSB BSB: For I am afflicted all day long and punished every morning.
15 ULB ఇలాటి మాటలు నేను చెబుతాను అని నేను అన్నట్టయితే నేను ఈ తరంలోని నీ పిల్లలను మోసం చేసినట్టే. BSB BSB: If I had said, “I will speak this way,” then I would have betrayed Your children.
17 ULB నేను దేవుని పరిశుద్ధ స్థలంలోకి వెళ్లి ధ్యానించినప్పుడు వారి గతి ఏమిటో గ్రహించ గలిగాను. BSB BSB: until I entered God’s sanctuary; then I discerned their end.
18 ULB నువ్వు వారిని కాలుజారే స్థలంలో ఉంచావు. నువ్వు వారిని పడదోసినప్పుడు వారు నశిస్తారు. BSB BSB: Surely You set them on slick ground; You cast them down into ruin.
19 ULB ఒక్క క్షణంలో వారు అంతమైపోతారు. విపరీతమైన భయంతో నశించిపోతారు. BSB BSB: How suddenly they are laid waste, completely swept away by terrors!
20 ULB నిద్ర మేలుకుని తన కల మరచిపోయినట్టు ప్రభూ, నువ్వు మేలుకుని వారి ఉనికి లేకుండా చేస్తావు. BSB BSB: Like one waking from a dream, so You, O Lord, awaken and despise their form.
21 ULB నా హృదయంలో దుఃఖం ఉంది. నా అంతరంగంలో నేను గాయపడ్డాను. BSB BSB: When my heart was grieved and I was pierced within,
22 ULB అప్పుడు నేను తెలివి తక్కువగా ఆలోచించాను. నీ సన్నిధిలో మృగం వంటి వాడుగా ఉన్నాను. BSB BSB: I was senseless and ignorant; I was a brute beast before You.
23 ULB అయినా నేను నిరంతరం నీతో ఉన్నాను. నువ్వు నా కుడిచెయ్యి పట్టుకుని ఉన్నావు. BSB BSB: Yet I am always with You; You hold my right hand.
24 ULB నీ సలహాలతో నన్ను నడిపిస్తావు. తరువాత నన్ను మహిమలో చేర్చుకుంటావు. BSB BSB: You guide me with Your counsel, and later receive me in glory.
25 ULB పరలోకంలో నువ్వు తప్ప నాకెవరున్నారు? నువ్వు నాకుండగా ఈ లోకంలో నాకింకేమీ అక్కరలేదు. BSB BSB: Whom have I in heaven but You? And on earth I desire no one besides You.
26 ULB నా శరీరం, నా హృదయం క్షీణించిపోయినా దేవుడు ఎప్పుడూ నా హృదయానికి బలమైన దుర్గంగా ఉన్నాడు. BSB BSB: My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
27 ULB నీకు దూరంగా జరిగేవారు నశించిపోతారు. నీకు అపనమ్మకంగా ఉన్నవారందరినీ నువ్వు నాశనం చేస్తావు. BSB BSB: Those far from You will surely perish; You destroy all who are unfaithful to You.
28 ULB నాకు మాత్రం కావలసింది దేవునికి దగ్గరగా ఉండడమే. యెహోవాను నా ఆశ్రయంగా చేసుకున్నాను. నీ కార్యాలన్నిటినీ నేను ప్రచారం చేస్తాను. BSB BSB: But as for me, it is good to draw near to God. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may proclaim all Your works.
