1 ULB इस तरह सब काम जो सुलेमान ने ख़ुदावन्द के घर के लिए बनवाया ख़त्म हुआ और सुलेमान अपने बाप दाऊद की पाक की हुई चीज़ों या'नी सोने और चाँदी और सब बर्तन को अन्दर ले आया और उनको ख़ुदा के घर के ख़ज़ाना में रख़ दिया| BSB BSB: So all the work that Solomon had performed for the house of the LORD was completed. Then Solomon brought in the items his father David had dedicated—the silver, the gold, and all the furnishings—and he placed them in the treasuries of the house of God.
2 ULB तब सुलेमान ने इस्राईल के बुज़ुर्गों और क़बीलों के सब रईसों या'नी बनी-इस्राईल के आबाई ख़ानदानों के सरदार को यरुश्लीम में इकट्ठा किया ताकि वह दाऊद के शहर से जो सिय्यून है ख़ुदावन्द के 'अहद का सन्दूक़ ले आएं| BSB BSB: At that time Solomon assembled in Jerusalem the elders of Israel—all the tribal heads and family leaders of the Israelites—to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from Zion, the City of David.
3 ULB और इस्राईल के सब लोग सातवे महीने की 'ईद में बादशाह के पास जमा' हुए| BSB BSB: So all the men of Israel came together to the king at the feast in the seventh month.
4 ULB इस्राईल के सब बुज़ुर्ग आए और लावी ने सन्दूक़ उठाया| BSB BSB: When all the elders of Israel had arrived, the Levites took up the ark,
5 ULB और वह सन्दूक़ को ख़ेमा-ए-इज्तिमा'अ को और सब पाक बर्तन ~को जो उस ख़ेमा में थे ले आए| इनको लावी कहिन लाए थे| BSB BSB: and they brought up the ark and the Tent of Meeting with all its sacred furnishings. The Levitical priests carried them up.
6 ULB और सुलेमान बादशाह और इस्राईल की सारी जमा'अत ने जो उसके पास इकट्ठी हुई थी सन्दूक़ के आगे खड़ा होकर भेड़ बकरियाँ और बैल ज़बह किए ऐसा कि कसरत की वजह से उनका शुमार-ओ-हिसाब नहीं हो सकता था| BSB BSB: There, before the ark, King Solomon and the whole congregation of Israel who had assembled with him sacrificed so many sheep and oxen that they could not be counted or numbered.
7 ULB और काहिनों ने ख़ुदावन्द के 'अहद के सन्दूक़ को उसकी जगह घरकी इल्हामगाह में जो पाकतरीन मकान है या'नी करुबियों के बाज़ुओं के नीचे लाकर रखा BSB BSB: Then the priests brought the ark of the covenant of the LORD to its place in the inner sanctuary of the temple, the Most Holy Place, beneath the wings of the cherubim.
8 ULB और करूबी अपने कुछ सन्दूक़ की जगह के ऊपर फैलाए हुए थे और यूँ करूबी सन्दूक़ और उसकी चोबों को ऊपर से ढांके हुए थे| BSB BSB: For the cherubim spread their wings over the place of the ark and overshadowed the ark and its poles.
9 ULB और चोबें ऐसी लम्बी थीं कि उनके सिरे सन्दुक़़ से निकले हुए इल्हामगाह के आगे दिखाई देते थे लेकिन बाहर से नज़र नहीं आते थे और वह आज के दिन तक वहीँ है| BSB BSB: The poles of the ark extended far enough that their ends were visible from in front of the inner sanctuary, but not from outside the Holy Place; and they are there to this day.
10 ULB और उस सन्दूक़ में कुछ न था 'अलावा पत्थर की उन दो लौहों के जिनको मूसा ने होरेब पर उस में रखा ~था जब ख़ुदावन्द ने बनी इस्राईल से जिस वक़्त वह मिस्र से निकले थे 'अहद बांधा| BSB BSB: There was nothing in the ark except the two tablets that Moses had placed in it at Horeb, where the LORD had made a covenant with the Israelites after they had come out of Egypt.
11 ULB और ऐसा हुआ कि जब काहिन पाक मकान से निकले (क्यूँकि सब काहिन जो हाज़िर थे अपने को पाक़ कर के आए थे और बारी बारी से ख़िदमत नही करते थे| BSB BSB: Now all the priests who were present had consecrated themselves regardless of their divisions. And when the priests came out of the Holy Place,
12 ULB और लावी जो गाते थे वह सब के सब जैसे आसफ़ और हैमान और यदूतून और उनके बेटे और उनके भाई कतानी कपड़े से मुलव्वस होकर और झांझ और सितार और बरबत लिए हुए मजबह के पूरबी किनारे पर खड़े थे और उनके साथ एक सौ बीस काहिन थे जो नरसिंगे फूँक रहे थे|) BSB BSB: all the Levitical singers—Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun, and their sons and relatives—stood on the east side of the altar, dressed in fine linen and playing cymbals, harps, and lyres, accompanied by 120 priests sounding trumpets.
13 ULB तो ऐसा हुआ कि जब नरसिंगे फूँकने वालें और गाने वाले मिल गए ताकि ख़ुदावन्द की हम्द और शुक्रगुज़ारी में उन सब की एक आवाज़ सुनाई दे और जब नरसिंगो ~और झाँझों और मूसीक़ी के सब साजों के साथ उन्होंने अपनी आवाज़ बलन्द कर के ख़ुदावन्द की ता'रीफ़ ~की कि वह अच्छा है क्यूँकि उसकी रहमत हमेशा हैं तो वह घर जो ख़ुदावन्द का घर है अब्र से भर गया| BSB BSB: The trumpeters and singers joined together to praise and thank the LORD with one voice. They lifted up their voices, accompanied by trumpets, cymbals, and musical instruments, in praise to the LORD: “For He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.” And the temple, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud
14 ULB यहाँ तक कि काहिन अब्र की वजह ~से ख़िदमत के लिए खड़े न रह सके इसलिए कि ख़ुदा का घर ख़ुदावन्द के जलाल से भर गया था| BSB BSB: so that the priests could not stand there to minister because of the cloud. For the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.
