1 ULB ख़ुदावन्द अपने मम्सूह ख़ोरस के हक़ में यूँ फ़रमाता है कि मैंने उसका दहना हाथ पकड़ा कि उम्मतों को उसके सामने ज़ेर करूँ और बादशाहों की कमरें खुलवा डालूँ और दरवाज़ों को उसके लिए खोल दूँ और फाटक बन्द न किए जाएँ, BSB BSB: This is what the LORD says to Cyrus His anointed, whose right hand I have grasped to subdue nations before him, to disarm kings, to open the doors before him, so that the gates will not be shut:
2 ULB "मैं तेरे आगे आगे चलूँगा और ना-हमवार जगहों को हमवार बना दूँगा, मैं पीतल के दरवाज़ों को टुकड़े-टुकड़े करूँगा और लोहे के बेन्डों को काट डालूँगा; BSB BSB: “I will go before you and level the mountains; I will break down the gates of bronze and cut through the bars of iron.
3 ULB ~और मैं ज़ुल्मात के ख़ज़ाने और छिपे मकानों के दफ़ीने तुझे दूँगा, ताकि तू जाने कि मैं ख़ुदावन्द इस्राईल का ख़ुदा हूँ जिसने तुझे नाम लेकर बुलाया है। BSB BSB: I will give you the treasures of darkness and the riches hidden in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who calls you by name.
4 ULB मैंने अपने ख़ादिम या'क़ूब और अपने बरगुज़ीदा इस्राईल की ख़ातिर तुझे नाम लेकर बुलाया; मैंने तुझे एक लक़ब बख़्शा अगरचे तू मुझ को नहीं जानता। BSB BSB: For the sake of Jacob My servant and Israel My chosen one, I call you by name; I have given you a title of honor, though you have not known Me.
6 ULB ताकि पूरब से पश्चिम तक लोग जान ले कि मेरे अलावह कोई नहीं; मैं ही ख़ुदावन्द हूँ, मेरे अलावाह कोई दूसरा नहीं। BSB BSB: so that all may know, from where the sun rises to where it sets, that there is none but Me; I am the LORD, and there is no other.
7 ULB मैं ही रोशनी का मूजिद और तारीकी का ख़ालिक़ हूँ, मैं सलामती का बानी और बला को पैदा करने वाला हूँ, मैं ही ख़ुदावन्द ये सब कुछ करनेवाला हूँ। BSB BSB: I form the light and create the darkness; I bring prosperity and create calamity. I, the LORD, do all these things.
8 ULB "ऐ आसमान, ऊपर से टपक पड़; हाँ बादल रास्तबाज़ी बरसाएँ," ज़मीन खुल जाए, और नजात और सदाक़त का फल लाए; वह उनको इकट्ठे उगाए; मैं ख़ुदावन्द उसका पैदा करनेवाला हूँ। BSB BSB: Drip down, O heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness. Let the earth open up that salvation may sprout and righteousness spring up with it; I, the LORD, have created it.
9 ULB "अफ़सोस उस पर जो अपने ख़ालिक़ से झगड़ता है! ठीकरा तो ज़मीन के ठीकरों में से है! क्या मिट्टी कुम्हार से कहे, 'तू क्या बनाता है?" क्या तेरी दस्तकारी कहे, 'उसके तो हाथ नहीं?" BSB BSB: Woe to him who quarrels with his Maker—one clay pot among many. Does the clay ask the potter, ‘What are you making?’ Does your work say, ‘He has no hands’?
10 ULB उस पर अफ़सोस जो बाप से कहे, 'तू किस चीज़ का वालिद है?' और माँ से कहे, 'तू किस चीज़ की वालिदा है?'" BSB BSB: Woe to him who says to his father, ‘What have you begotten?’ or to his mother, ‘What have you brought forth?’”
11 ULB ख़ुदावन्द इस्राईल का क़ुददूस और ख़ालिक़ यूँ फ़रमाता है, कि"क्या तुम आनेवाली चीज़ों के ज़रिए' मुझ से पूछोगे? क्या तुम मेरे बेटों या मेरी दस्तकारी के ज़रिए' मुझे हुक्म दोगे? BSB BSB: Thus says the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and its Maker: “Concerning things to come, do you question Me about My sons, or instruct Me in the work of My hands?
12 ULB मैंने ज़मीन बनाई, और उस पर इन्सान को पैदा किया; और मैं ही ने, हाँ, मेरे हाथों ने आसमान को ताना, और उसके सब लश्करों पर मैंने हुक्म किया।" BSB BSB: It is I who made the earth and created man upon it. It was My hands that stretched out the heavens, and I ordained all their host.
13 ULB रब्ब-उल-अफ़वाज फ़रमाता है मैंने उसको सदाक़त में खड़ा किया है और मैं उसकी तमाम राहों को हमवार करूँगा; वह मेरा शहर बनाएगा, और मेरे ग़ुलामों को बगै़र क़ीमत और इवज़ लिए आज़ाद कर देगा।" BSB BSB: I will raise up Cyrus in righteousness, and I will make all his ways straight. He will rebuild My city and set My exiles free, but not for payment or reward, says the LORD of Hosts.”
14 ULB ख़ुदावन्द यूँ फ़रमाता है, कि"मिस्र की दौलत, और कूश की तिजारत, और सबा के कद्दावर लोग तेरे पास आएँगे और तेरे होंगे; वह तेरी पैरवी करेंगे, वह बेड़ियाँ पहने हुए अपना मुल्क छोड़कर आयेंगे और तेरे सामने सिज्दा करेंगे; वह तेरी मिन्नत करेंगे और कहेंगे,यक़ीनन ख़ुदा तुझमें है और कोई दूसरा नहीं और उसके सिवा कोई ख़ुदा नहीं।'" BSB BSB: This is what the LORD says: “The products of Egypt and the merchandise of Cush, along with the Sabeans, men of stature, will come over to you and will be yours; they will trudge behind you; they will come over in chains and bow down to you. They will confess to you: ‘God is indeed with you, and there is no other; there is no other God.’”
16 ULB बुत बनानेवाले सब के सब पशेमाँ और सरासीमा होंगे, वह सब के सब शर्मिन्दा होंगे। BSB BSB: They will all be put to shame and humiliated; the makers of idols will depart together in disgrace.
17 ULB लेकिन ख़ुदावन्द इस्राईल को बचा कर हमेशा की नजात बख़्शेगा; तुम हमेशा से हमेशा तक कभी पशेमाँ और सरासीमा न होगे। BSB BSB: But Israel will be saved by the LORD with an everlasting salvation; you will not be put to shame or humiliated, to ages everlasting.
19 ULB मैंने ज़मीन की किसी तारीक जगह में, पोशीदगी में तो कलाम नहीं किया; मैंने या'क़ूब की नस्ल को नहीं फ़रमाया कि 'अबस मेरे तालिब हो। मैं ख़ुदावन्द सच कहता हूँ, और रास्ती की बातें बयान फ़रमाता हूँ। BSB BSB: I have not spoken in secret, from a place in a land of darkness. I did not say to the descendants of Jacob, ‘Seek Me in a wasteland.’ I, the LORD, speak the truth; I say what is right.
20 ULB "तुम जो क़ौमों में से बच निकले हो! जमा' होकर आओ मिलकर नज़दीक हो वह जो अपनी लकड़ी की खोदी हुई मूरत लिए फिरते हैं, और ऐसे मा'बूद से जो बचा नहीं सकता दु'आ करते हैं, अक़्ल से ख़ाली हैं। BSB BSB: Come, gather together, and draw near, you fugitives from the nations. Ignorant are those who carry idols of wood and pray to a god that cannot save.
21 ULB तुम 'ऐलान करो और उनको नज़दीक लाओ; हाँ, वह एक साथ मशवरत करें, किसने पहले ही से ये ज़ाहिर किया? किसने पिछले दिनों में इसकी ख़बर पहले ही से दी है? क्या मैं ख़ुदावन्द ही ने ये नहीं किया? इसलिए मेरे 'अलावाह कोई ख़ुदा नहीं है; सादिक़-उल-क़ौल और नजात देनेवाला ख़ुदा मेरे 'अलावाह कोई नहीं। BSB BSB: Speak up and present your case—yes, let them take counsel together. Who foretold this long ago? Who announced it from ancient times? Was it not I, the LORD? There is no other God but Me, a righteous God and Savior; there is none but Me.
23 ULB मैंने अपनी ज़ात की क़सम खाई है, कलाम-ए-सिद्क़ मेरे मुँह से निकला है और वह टलेगा नहीं', कि 'हर एक घुटना मेरे सामने झुकेगा और हर एक ज़बान मेरी क़सम खाएगी।' BSB BSB: By Myself I have sworn; truth has gone out from My mouth, a word that will not be revoked: Every knee will bow before Me, every tongue will swear allegiance.
24 ULB "मेरे हक़ में हर एक कहेगा कि यक़ीनन ख़ुदावन्द ही में रास्तबाज़ी और तवानाई है, उसी के पास वह आएगा और सब जो उससे बेज़ार थे पशेमाँ होंगे। BSB BSB: Surely they will say of Me, ‘In the LORD alone are righteousness and strength.’” All who rage against Him will come to Him and be put to shame.
25 ULB इस्राईल की कुल नस्ल ख़ुदावन्द में सादिक़ ठहरेगी और उस पर फ़ख़्र करेगी। BSB BSB: In the LORD all descendants of Israel will be justified and will exult.
