2 ULB ईसा' ने उनसे कहा, “तू इन बड़ी बड़ी इमारतों को देखता है? यहाँ किसी पत्थर पर पत्थर बाक़ी न रहेगा जो गिराया न जाए।” BSB BSB: “Do you see all these great buildings?” Jesus replied. “Not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”
3 ULB जब वो ज़ैतून के पहाड़ पर हैकल के सामने बैठा था तो पतरस और या'क़ूब और यूहन्ना और अन्द्रियास ने तन्हाई में उससे पूछा। BSB BSB: While Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked Him privately,
4 ULB “हमें बता कि ये बातें कब होंगी? और जब ये सब बातें पूरी होने को हों उस वक़्त का क्या निशान है।” BSB BSB: “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are about to be fulfilled?”
5 ULB ईसा' ने उनसे कहना शुरू किया“ख़बरदार कोई तुम को गुमराह न कर दे। BSB BSB: Jesus began by telling them, “See to it that no one deceives you.
6 ULB बहुतेरे मेरे नाम से आएँगे और कहेंगे‘वो मैं ही हूँ।’और बहुत से लोगों को गुमराह करेंगे। BSB BSB: Many will come in My name, claiming, ‘I am He,’ and will deceive many.
7 ULB जब तुम लड़ाइयाँ और लड़ाइयों की अफ़वाहें सुनो तो घबरा न जाना इनका वाक़े होना ज़रूर है लेकिन उस वक़्त ख़ातिमा न होगा। BSB BSB: When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. These things must happen, but the end is still to come.
8 ULB क्यूँकि क़ौम पर क़ौम और सल्तनत पर सल्तनत चढ़ाई करेगी जगह जगह भूचाल आएँगे और काल पड़ेंगे ये बातें मुसीबतों की शुरुआत ही होंगी। BSB BSB: Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, as well as famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.
9 ULB लेकिन तुम ख़बरदार रहो क्यूँकि लोग तुम को अदालतों के हवाले करेंगे और तुम इबादतख़ानों में पीटे जाओगे; और हाकिमों और बादशाहों के सामने मेरी ख़ातिर हाज़िर किए जाओगे ताकि उनके लिए गवाही हो। BSB BSB: So be on your guard. You will be delivered over to the councils and beaten in the synagogues. On My account you will stand before governors and kings as witnesses to them.
10 ULB और ज़रूर है कि पहले सब क़ौमों में इन्जील की मनादी की जाए। BSB BSB: And the gospel must first be proclaimed to all the nations.
11 ULB लेकिन जब तुम्हें ले जा कर हवाले करें तो पहले से फ़िक्र न करना कि हम क्या कहें बल्कि जो कुछ उस घड़ी तुम्हें बताया जाए वही करना क्यूँकि कहने वाले तुम नहीं हो बल्कि रूह- उल क़ुद्दूस है। BSB BSB: But when they arrest you and hand you over, do not worry beforehand what to say. Instead, speak whatever you are given at that time, for it will not be you speaking, but the Holy Spirit.
12 ULB भाई को भाई और बेटे को बाप क़त्ल के लिए हवाले करेगा और बेटे माँ बाप के बरख़िलाफ़ ख़ड़े हो कर उन्हें मरवा डालेंगे। BSB BSB: Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rise against their parents and have them put to death.
13 ULB और मेरे नाम की वजह से सब लोग तुम से अदावत रखेंगे मगर जो आख़िर तक बर्दाशत करेगा वो नजात पाएगा। BSB BSB: You will be hated by everyone because of My name, but the one who perseveres to the end will be saved.
14 ULB पस जब तुम उस उजाड़ने वाली नापसन्द चीज़ को उस जगह खड़ी हुई देखो जहाँ उसका खडा होना जायज़ नहीं पढ़ने वाला समझ ले उस वक़्त जो यहूदिया में हों वो पहाड़ों पर भाग जाएँ। BSB BSB: So when you see the abomination of desolation standing where it should not be (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
15 ULB जो छत पर हो वो अपने घर से कुछ लेने को न नीचे उतरे न अन्दर जाए। BSB BSB: Let no one on the housetop go back inside to retrieve anything from his house.
16 ULB और जो खेत में हो वो आपना कपड़ा लेने को पीछे न लोटे। BSB BSB: And let no one in the field return for his cloak.
17 ULB मगर उन पर अफ़सोस जो उन दिनों में हामिला हों और जो दूध पिलाती हों। BSB BSB: How miserable those days will be for pregnant and nursing mothers!
18 ULB और दुआ करो कि ये जाड़ों में न हो। BSB BSB: Pray that this will not occur in the winter.
19 ULB क्यूँकि वो दिन एसी मुसीबत के होंगे कि पैदाइश के शुरू से जिसे ख़ुदा ने पैदा किया न अब तक हुई है न कभी होगी। BSB BSB: For those will be days of tribulation unseen from the beginning of God’s creation until now, and never to be seen again.
20 ULB अगर ख़ुदावन्द उन दिनों को न घटाता तो कोई इन्सान न बचता मगर उन चुने हुवों की ख़ातिर जिनको उसने चुना है उन दिनों को घटाया। BSB BSB: If the Lord had not cut short those days, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, whom He has chosen, He has cut them short.
21 ULB और उस वक़्त अगर कोई तुम से कहे‘देखो, मसीह यहाँ है,’या ‘देखो वहाँ है’तो यक़ीन न करना। BSB BSB: At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There He is!’ do not believe it.
22 ULB क्यूँकि झूठे मसीह और झूठे नबी उठ खड़े होंगे और निशान और अजीब काम दिखाएँगे ताकि अगर मुमकिन हो तो चुने हुवों को भी गुमराह कर दें। BSB BSB: For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive even the elect, if that were possible.
23 ULB लेकिन तुम ख़बरदार रहो; देखो मैंने तुम से सब कुछ पहले ही कह दिया है। BSB BSB: So be on your guard; I have told you everything in advance.
24 ULB मगर उन दिनों में उस मुसीबत के बा'द सूरज अँधेरा हो जाएगा और चाँद अपनी रोशनी न देगा। BSB BSB: But in those days, after that tribulation: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light;
25 ULB और आसमान के सितारे गिरने लगेंगे और जो ताकतें आसमान में हैं वो हिलाई जाएँगी। BSB BSB: the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’
26 ULB और उस वक़्त लोग इब्ने आदम को बड़ी क़ुदरत और जलाल के साथ बादलों में आते देखेंगे। BSB BSB: At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 ULB उस वक़्त वो फ़रिश्तों को भेज कर अपने चुने हुए को ज़मीन की इन्तिहा से आसमान की इन्तहा तक चारो तरफ़ से जमा करेगा। BSB BSB: And He will send out the angels to gather His elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven.
28 ULB अब अन्जीर के दरख़्त से एक तम्सील सीखो; जूँ ही उसकी डाली नर्म होती और पत्ते निकलते हैं तुम जान लेते हो कि गर्मी नज़दीक है। BSB BSB: Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its branches become tender and sprout leaves, you know that summer is near.
29 ULB इसी तरह जब तुम इन बातों को होते देखो तो जान लो कि वो नज़दीक बल्कि दरवाज़े पर है। BSB BSB: So also, when you see these things happening, know that He is near, right at the door.
30 ULB मैं तुम से सच कहता हूँ कि जब तक ये सब बातें न हों लें ये नस्ल हरगिज़ खत्म न होगी। BSB BSB: Truly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have happened.
31 ULB आसमान और ज़मीन टल जाएँगे लेकिन मेरी बातें न टलेंगी। BSB BSB: Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.
33 ULB ख़बरदार; जागते और दुआ करते रहो, क्यूँकि तुम नहीं जानते कि वो वक़्त कब आएगा। BSB BSB: Be on your guard and stay alert! For you do not know when the appointed time will come.
34 ULB ये उस आदमी का सा हाल है जो परदेस गया और उस ने घर से रुख़्सत होते वक़्त अपने नौकरों को इख़्तियार दिया या'नी हर एक को उस का काम बता दिया और दरबान को हुक्म दिया कि जागता रहे। BSB BSB: It is like a man going on a journey who left his house, put each servant in charge of his own task, and instructed the doorkeeper to keep watch.
35 ULB पस जागते रहो क्यूँकि तुम नहीं जानते कि घर का मालिक कब आएगा शाम को या आधी रात को या मुर्ग़ के बाँग देते वक़्त या सुबह को। BSB BSB: Therefore keep watch, because you do not know when the master of the house will return—whether in the evening, at midnight, when the rooster crows, or in the morning.
36 ULB ऐसा न हो कि अचानक आकर वो तुम को सोते पाए। BSB BSB: Otherwise, he may arrive without notice and find you sleeping.
37 ULB और जो कुछ मैं तुम से कहता हूँ, वही सब से कहता हूँ जागते रहो!” BSB BSB: And what I say to you, I say to everyone: Keep watch!”
