1. 1ULB~ऐ ख़ुदा मेरी हिफ़ाज़त कर, क्यूँकि मैं तुझ ही में पनाह लेता हूँ।BSBBSB: A Miktam of David. Preserve me, O God, for in You I take refuge.
2. 2ULBमैंने ख़ुदावन्द से कहा तू ही रब है तेरे अलावा मेरी भलाई नहीं।"BSBBSB: I said to the LORD, “You are my Lord; apart from You I have no good thing.”
3. 3ULBज़मीन के पाक लोग वह बरगुज़ीदा हैं, जिनमें मेरी पूरी ख़ुशनूदी है।BSBBSB: As for the saints in the land, they are the excellence in whom all my delight resides.
4. 4ULB~गै़र मा'बूदों के पीछे दौड़ने वालों का ग़म बढ़ जाएगा; मैं उनके से खू़न वाले तपावन नहीं तपाऊँगा और अपने होटों से उनके नाम नहीं लूँगा।BSBBSB: Sorrows will multiply to those who chase other gods. I will not pour out their libations of blood, or speak their names with my lips.
5. 5ULBख़ुदावन्द ही मेरी मीरास और मेरे प्याले का हिस्सा है; तू मेरे बख़रे का मुहाफ़िज़~~है।BSBBSB: The LORD is my chosen portion and my cup; You have made my lot secure.
6. 6ULB~जरीब मेरे लिए दिलपसंद जगहों में पड़ी, बल्कि मेरी मीरास खू़ब है।BSBBSB: The lines of my boundary have fallen in pleasant places; surely my inheritance is delightful.
7. 7ULBमैं ख़ुदावन्द की हम्द करूँगा, जिसने, मुझे नसीहत दी है; बल्कि मेरा दिल रात को मेरी तरबियत करता हैBSBBSB: I will bless the LORD who counsels me; even at night my conscience instructs me.
8. 8ULBमैंने ख़ुदावन्द को हमेशा अपने सामने रख्खा है; चूँकि वह मेरे दहने हाथ है, इसलिए मुझे जुम्बिश न होगी।BSBBSB: I have set the LORD always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
9. 9ULB~इसी वजह से मेरा दिल खु़श और मेरी रूह शादमान है; मेरा जिस्म भी अम्न-ओ-अमान में रहेगा।BSBBSB: Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will dwell securely.
10. 10ULBक्यूँकि तू न मेरी जान को पाताल में रहने देगा, न अपने मुक़द्दस को सड़ने देगा।BSBBSB: For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol, nor will You let Your Holy One see decay.
11. 11ULBतू मुझे ज़िन्दगी की राह दिखाएगा; तेरे हुज़ूरमें कामिल शादमानी है। तेरे दहने हाथ में हमेशा की खु़शी है।BSBBSB: You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand.
