1. 1ULB~ऐ बुज़ुर्गों! क्या तुम दर हक़ीक़त रास्तगोई करते हो? ऐ बनी आदम! क्या तुम ठीक 'अदालत करते हो?BSBBSB: For the choirmaster. To the tune of “Do Not Destroy.” A Miktam of David. Do you indeed speak justly, O rulers? Do you judge uprightly, O sons of men?
2. 2ULB~बल्कि तुम तो दिल ही दिल में शरारत करते हो; और ज़मीन पर अपने हाथों से जु़ल्म पैमाई करते हैं।BSBBSB: No, in your hearts you devise injustice; with your hands you mete out violence on the earth.
3. 3ULB~शरीर पैदाइश ही से कजरवी इख़्तियार करते हैं; वह पैदा होते ही झूट बोलकर गुमराह हो जाते हैं।BSBBSB: The wicked are estranged from the womb; the liars go astray from birth.
4. 4ULB~उनका ज़हर साँप का सा ज़हर है; वह बहरे अज़दहे की तरह हैं जो कान बंद कर लेता है;BSBBSB: Their venom is like the venom of a snake, like a cobra that shuts its ears,
5. 5ULBजो मन्तर पढ़ने वालों की आवाज़ ही नहीं सुनता, जो चाहे वह कितनी ही होशियारी से मन्तर पढ़ें।BSBBSB: refusing to hear the tune of the charmer who skillfully weaves his spell.
6. 6ULB~ऐ ख़ुदा! तू उनके दाँत उनके मुँह में तोड़ दे, ऐ ख़ुदावन्द! बबर के बच्चों की दाढ़ें तोड़ डाल।BSBBSB: O God, shatter their teeth in their mouths; O LORD, tear out the fangs of the lions.
7. 7ULB~वह घुलकर बहते पानी की तरह हो जाएँ जब वह अपने तीर चलाए, तो वह जैसे कुन्द पैकान हों।BSBBSB: May they vanish like water that runs off; when they draw the bow, may their arrows be blunted.
8. 8ULB~वह ऐसे हो जाएँ जैसे घोंघा, जो गल कर फ़ना हो जाता है; और जैसे 'औरत का इस्कात जिसने सूरज को देखा ही नहीं।BSBBSB: Like a slug that dissolves in its slime, like a woman’s stillborn child, may they never see the sun.
9. 9ULB~इससे पहले कि तुम्हारी हड्डियों को काँटों की आंच लगे ~वह हरे और जलते दोनों को यकसाँ बगोले से उड़ा ले जाएगा।BSBBSB: Before your pots can feel the burning thorns—whether green or dry—He will sweep them away.
10. 10ULB~सादिक़ इन्तक़ाम को देखकर खु़श होगा; वह शरीर के खू़न से अपने पाँव तर करेगा।BSBBSB: The righteous will rejoice when they see they are avenged; they will wash their feet in the blood of the wicked.
11. 11ULB~तब लोग कहेंगे, यक़ीनन सादिक़ के लिए अज्र है; बेशक ख़ुदा है, जो ज़मीन पर 'अदालत करता है।BSBBSB: Then men will say, “There is surely a reward for the righteous! There is surely a God who judges the earth!”
