1. 1URDOUCVاُن پر افسوس جو بدی کا منصُوبہ باندھتے ہیں، اَور بِستر پر پڑے ہُوئے شرارت کا منصُوبہ بناتے ہیں! اَور صُبح ہوتے ہی اُس پر عَمل کرتے ہیں کیونکہ وہ عَمل کرنے کی طاقت رکھتے ہیں۔BSBBSB: Woe to those who devise iniquity and plot evil on their beds! At morning’s light they accomplish it because the power is in their hands.
2. 2URDOUCVوہ لالچ سے کھیتوں کو ضَبط کرلیتے ہیں، اَور گھروں کو چھین لیتے ہیں۔ وہ لوگوں کو اُن کے گھروں سے، اَور اَپنے ہم جنسوں کو اُن کی مِیراث سے محروم کر دیتے ہیں۔BSBBSB: They covet fields and seize them; they take away houses. They deprive a man of his home, a fellow man of his inheritance.
3. 3URDOUCVاِس لیٔے یَاہوِہ فرماتے ہیں: ”مَیں اُس قوم پر بربادی لانے کا اِرادہ کر رہا ہُوں، جِس سے تُم خُود کو بچا نہ سکوگے۔ اَور اَب غُرور سے چل نہ سکوگے، کیونکہ یہ مُصیبت کا وقت ہوگا۔BSBBSB: Therefore this is what the LORD says: “I am planning against this nation a disaster from which you cannot free your necks. Then you will not walk so proudly, for it will be a time of calamity.
4. 4URDOUCVاُس دِن لوگ تمہارا مذاق اُڑائیں گے؛ وہ اِس ماتم کے نغمہ سے تُم پر لَعن طَعن کریں گے: ’ہم بالکُل غارت ہو گئے؛ میرے لوگوں کی مِیراث تقسیم ہو گئی۔ اُس نے اُسے ہم سے جُدا کر دیا! وہ ہمارے کھیت باغیوں کو دیتاہے۔‘ “BSBBSB: In that day they will take up a proverb against you and taunt you with this bitter lamentation: ‘We are utterly ruined! He has changed the portion of my people. How He has removed it from me! He has allotted our fields to traitors.’”
5. 5URDOUCVاِس لیٔے یَاہوِہ کی جماعت میں کویٔی باقی نہ رہے گا جو زمین کو قُرعہ ڈال کر بانٹے۔BSBBSB: Therefore, you will have no one in the assembly of the LORD to divide the land by lot.
6. 6URDOUCV”نبُوّت نہ کرو،“ اُن کے نبی کہتے ہیں۔ ”اُن باتوں کے لیٔے نبُوّت نہ کرو؛ رُسوائی ہم پر نہیں آئے گی۔“BSBBSB: “Do not preach,” they preach. “Do not preach these things; disgrace will not overtake us.”
7. 7URDOUCVکیا یہ کہا جائے کہ یعقوب کے گھرانے: ”کیا یَاہوِہ کی رُوح ناراض ہو گئی ہے؟ کیا وہ اَیسے ہی کام کرتے ہیں؟“ ”کیا میری باتیں راست رَو کے لیٔے مفید نہیں؟BSBBSB: Should it be said, O house of Jacob, “Is the Spirit of the LORD impatient? Are these the things He does?” Do not My words bring good to him who walks uprightly?
8. 8URDOUCVتھوڑی دیر پہلے میرے لوگ دُشمن کی طرح اُٹھے ہیں۔ تُم جنگ سے لَوٹنے والے بےپروا راہ گیروں کے نفیس لباس اُتار لیتے ہو،BSBBSB: But of late My people have risen up like an enemy: You strip off the splendid robe from unsuspecting passersby like men returning from battle.
9. 9URDOUCVتُم میرے لوگوں کی عورتوں کو اُن کے خُوشنما گھروں میں سے نکال دیتے ہو۔ تُم اُن کے بچّوں سے ہمیشہ کے لیٔے میری برکتیں چھین لیتے ہو۔BSBBSB: You drive the women of My people from their pleasant homes. You take away My blessing from their children forever.
10. 10URDOUCVاُٹھو، چل دو! کیونکہ یہ تمہاری آرامگاہ نہیں ہے، یہ ناپاک ہو چُکی ہے، اُس کی بربادی کا کویٔی علاج نہیں۔BSBBSB: Arise and depart, for this is not your place of rest, because its defilement brings destruction—a grievous destruction!
11. 11URDOUCVاگر کویٔی جھُوٹا یا دغاباز آکر کہے، ’میں تمہارے لیٔے کثرت سے شراب اَور مَے کی پیشن گوئی کروں گا،‘ تو وہ ہی اُن لوگوں کا نبی ہوگا۔BSBBSB: If a man of wind were to come and say falsely, “I will preach to you of wine and strong drink,” he would be just the preacher for this people!
12. 12URDOUCV”اَے یعقوب، میں تُم سَب کو جمع کروں گا؛ میں اِسرائیل کے بقیّہ کو یقیناً جمع کروں گا۔ میں اُنہیں بھیڑ خانہ کی بھیڑوں کی طرح جمع کروں گا، چراگاہ کے گلّے کی مانند جمع کروں گا؛ جگہ لوگوں سے بھر جائے گی۔BSBBSB: I will surely gather all of you, O Jacob; I will collect the remnant of Israel. I will bring them together like sheep in a pen, like a flock in the midst of its pasture—a noisy throng.
13. 13URDOUCVکویٔی راستہ کھولنے والا اُن کے آگے آگے جائے گا؛ وہ پھاٹک توڑ کر باہر نکل جایٔیں گے۔ اُن کا بادشاہ یعنی یَاہوِہ، اُن کے آگے آگے جائے گا۔“BSBBSB: One who breaks open the way will go up before them; they will break through the gate, and go out by it. Their King will pass through before them, the LORD as their leader.
