1. 1URDOUCVاَے لبانونؔ، اَپنے دروازوں کو کھولو تاکہ آگ تمہارے دیوداروں کو بھسم کرے!BSBBSB: Open your doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may consume your cedars!
2. 2URDOUCVاَے صنوبر کے درخت ماتم کرو کیونکہ دیودار تباہ ہو گئے؛ اَور شاندار درخت غارت ہو گئے ہیں! اَے باشانؔ کے بلُوطوں، نوحہ کرو؛ کیونکہ گھنے جنگل کاٹ ڈالے گیٔے ہیں!BSBBSB: Wail, O cypress, for the cedar has fallen; the majestic trees are ruined! Wail, O oaks of Bashan, for the dense forest has been cut down!
3. 3URDOUCVچرواہوں کے نوحے کی آواز سُنو؛ اُن کی شاندار چراگاہیں برباد ہو گئیں! شیروں کی گرج سُنو؛ یردنؔ کا جنگل برباد ہو گیا۔BSBBSB: Listen to the wailing of the shepherds, for their glory is in ruins. Listen to the roaring of the young lions, for the thickets of the Jordan are destroyed.
4. 4URDOUCVیَاہوِہ میرے خُدا یُوں فرماتے ہیں، ”جِن بھیڑوں کو قتل کرنے کے لئے نِشان دہی کی گئی ہے اُن کی چرواہی کر۔BSBBSB: This is what the LORD my God says: “Pasture the flock marked for slaughter,
5. 5URDOUCVاُن کے خریدار اُنہیں ذبح کرتے ہیں اَور سزا نہیں پاتے، اَور اُن کے بیچنے والے کہتے ہیں، ’یَاہوِہ کی تمجید ہو کہ ہم مالدار ہو گئے!‘ اُن کے اَپنے چرواہے اُن پر رحم نہیں کرتے۔BSBBSB: whose buyers slaughter them without remorse. Those who sell them say, ‘Blessed be the LORD, for I am rich!’ Even their own shepherds have no compassion on them.
6. 6URDOUCVمَیں اَب اِس مُلک کے باشِندوں پر اَور رحم نہیں کروں گا،“ یَاہوِہ کا فرمان ہے۔ ”مَیں ہر شخص کو اُن کے ہمسایہ اَور اُن کے بادشاہ کے حوالہ کر دُوں گا اَور وہ اُس مُلک کو تباہ کر دیں گے اَور مَیں اُنہیں اُن کے ہاتھ سے نہیں چُھڑاؤں گا۔“BSBBSB: For I will no longer have compassion on the people of the land, declares the LORD, but behold, I will cause each man to fall into the hands of his neighbor and his king, who will devastate the land, and I will not deliver it from their hands.”
7. 7URDOUCVپس مَیں اُن نِشان دہی ریوڑوں کو جو قتل ہونے کو تھیں، خاص کر ریوڑ کے اُن جانوروں کی جِن کے اُوپر ظُلم ہو رہاتھا ریوڑ کو چُرایا کرتا تھا۔ تَب مَیں نے دو لاٹھیاں لیں، اَور اُن میں سے ایک کا نام فضل اَور دُوسری کا اِتّحاد رکھا اَور مَیں خُود ریوڑ کی نگہبانی کرنے لگا۔BSBBSB: So I pastured the flock marked for slaughter, especially the afflicted of the flock. Then I took for myself two staffs, calling one Favor and the other Union, and I pastured the flock.
8. 8URDOUCVاُس کے بعد ایک ماہ کے اَندر ہی مَیں نے تین چرواہوں کو کام سے ہٹا دیا۔ لیکن میری جان اُن سے بیزار تھی اَور ریوڑ کے جھُنڈ مُجھ سے بےحد نفرت کرنے لگے۔BSBBSB: And in one month I dismissed three shepherds. My soul grew impatient with the flock, and their souls also detested me.
9. 9URDOUCVتَب مَیں نے اُن سے کہا، ”اَب مَیں تمہارا چرواہا نہیں رہُوں گا۔ مرنے والا مَر جائے اَور ہلاک ہونے والا ہلاک ہو اَورجو بچے ہُوئے ہیں وہ ایک دُوسرے کا گوشت کھایٔیں۔“BSBBSB: Then I said, “I will no longer shepherd you. Let the dying die, and the perishing perish; and let those who remain devour one another’s flesh.”
10. 10URDOUCVتَب مَیں نے فضل نامی لاٹھی کو لیا اَور اُسے توڑ ڈالا تاکہ مَیں اَپنے اُس عہد کو جو سَب قوموں سے کیا تھا منسُوخ کر دُوں۔BSBBSB: Next I took my staff called Favor and cut it in two, revoking the covenant I had made with all the nations.
11. 11URDOUCVوہ عہد اُسی دِن منسُوخ ہو گیا اَور ریوڑ کے مظلوموں نے جو مُجھے دیکھ رہے تھے، سمجھ گئے کہ یہ یَاہوِہ کا کلام ہے۔BSBBSB: It was revoked on that day, and so the afflicted of the flock who were watching me knew that it was the word of the LORD.
12. 12URDOUCVتَب مَیں نے اُن سے کہا، ”اگر تُم ٹھیک سمجھتے ہو تو تُم میری مزدُوری مُجھے دے دو؛ مگر نہیں دینا چاہتے ہو تو مت دو۔“ تَب اُنہُوں نے میری مزدُوری کے چاندی کے تیس سِکّے مُجھے دئیے۔BSBBSB: Then I told them, “If it seems right to you, give me my wages; but if not, keep them.” So they weighed out my wages, thirty pieces of silver.
13. 13URDOUCVتَب یَاہوِہ نے مُجھ سے فرمایا، ”اِس رقم کو کُمہار کے سامنے پھینک دو،“ یعنی اُس بڑی قیمت کو جو اُنہُوں نے میرے لیٔے ٹھہرائی تھی۔ اِس لئے مَیں نے اُن چاندی کے تیس سِکّوں کو لے کر یَاہوِہ کے گھر کے صحن میں کُمہار کے سامنے پھینک دیا۔BSBBSB: And the LORD said to me, “Throw it to the potter”—this magnificent price at which they valued me. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them to the potter in the house of the LORD.
14. 14URDOUCVتَب مَیں نے یہُودیؔہ اَور بنی اِسرائیل کے اُس برادرانہ رشتے کو ختم کرتے ہُوئے دُوسری لاٹھی کو جو اِتّحاد کہلاتی تھی، توڑ دیا۔BSBBSB: Then I cut in two my second staff called Union, breaking the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
15. 15URDOUCVتَب یَاہوِہ نے مُجھ سے فرمایا، ”ایک بےوقُوف چرواہے کا سامان پھر سے لے لو۔BSBBSB: And the LORD said to me: “Take up once more the equipment of a foolish shepherd.
16. 16URDOUCVکیونکہ مَیں اِس مُلک میں ایک اَیسا چرواہا برپا کروں گا، جو بھٹکے ہُوئے کا خیال نہیں کرےگا، نہ جَوانوں کی تلاش کرےگا نہ زخمی کا علاج کرےگا، اَور نہ تندرستوں کو چَرائے گا بَلکہ اَپنی مَن پسند موٹی تازی بھیڑوں کا گوشت کھائے گا اَور اُن کے کھُروں کو چیر ڈالے گا۔BSBBSB: For behold, I will raise up a shepherd in the land who will neither care for the lost, nor seek the young, nor heal the broken, nor sustain the healthy, but he will devour the flesh of the choice sheep and tear off their hooves.
17. 17URDOUCV”اُس نکمّے چرواہے پر ہائے، جو ریوڑ کو چھوڑکر بھاگ جاتا ہے! کاش تلوار اُس کے بازو اَور داہنی آنکھ پر چلے! اُس کا بازو بالکُل سُوکھ جائے! اَور وہ اَپنی داہنی آنکھ سے بالکُل نابینا ہو جائے!“BSBBSB: Woe to the worthless shepherd, who deserts the flock! May a sword strike his arm and his right eye! May his arm be completely withered and his right eye utterly blinded!”
