1. 1URDOUCVایک نبُوّت، حدراکؔھ مُلک کے خِلاف یَاہوِہ کا کلام۔ جو دَمشق پر بھی سچ ثابت ہوگا، کیونکہ سَب لوگوں اَور بنی اِسرائیل کے سَب قبیلوں کی آنکھیں یَاہوِہ پر لگی ہُوئی ہیں۔BSBBSB: This is the burden of the word of the LORD against the land of Hadrach and Damascus its resting place—for the eyes of men and of all the tribes of Israel are upon the LORD—
2. 2URDOUCVاَور حماتؔ کی تباہی پکّی ہے جو دَمشق کی سرحد پر ہے، اَور صُورؔ اَور صیدونؔ کی تباہی بھی جو بہت عقلمند ہیں۔BSBBSB: and also against Hamath, which borders it, as well as Tyre and Sidon, though they are very shrewd.
3. 3URDOUCVصُورؔ نے اَپنے لیٔے ایک مضبُوط قلعہ بنایا ہے؛ اُس نے چاندی کو مٹّی کی مانند، اَور سونے کو گلیوں کی کیچڑ کی مانند انبار لگا رکھا ہے۔BSBBSB: Tyre has built herself a fortress; she has heaped up silver like dust, and gold like the dirt of the streets.
4. 4URDOUCVلیکن خُداوؔند اُس کی تمام دولت چھین لیں گے اَور اُن کے قلعوں کو تباہ کرکے سمُندر میں ڈال دیں گے، اَور وہ شہر آگ میں جَل کر خاک ہو جائے گا۔BSBBSB: Behold, the Lord will impoverish her and cast her wealth into the sea, and she will be consumed by fire.
5. 5URDOUCVاشقلونؔ اُسے دیکھ کر ڈر جائے گا، غزّہؔ سخت درد میں مُبتلا ہوگا، اَور عقرونؔ کی بھی یہی حالت ہوگی، کیونکہ اُس کی اُمّید ٹُوٹ جائے گی۔ غزّہؔ کی بادشاہت ختم ہو جائے گی اَور اشقلونؔ ویران ہو جائے گا۔BSBBSB: Ashkelon will see and fear; Gaza will writhe in agony, as will Ekron, for her hope will wither. There will cease to be a king in Gaza, and Ashkelon will be uninhabited.
6. 6URDOUCVاجنبی لوگ اشدُودؔ پر قابض ہوں گے، اَور مَیں فلسطینیوں کا غُرور مٹا دُوں گا۔BSBBSB: A mixed race will occupy Ashdod, and I will cut off the pride of the Philistines.
7. 7URDOUCVمَیں اُن کے مُنہ سے خُون کو، اَور اُن کے دانتوں کے درمیان سے مکرُوہ غِذا کو نکال ڈالوں گا۔ تَب اُن میں سے بچے ہُوئے فلسطینی ہمارے خُدا کے لوگ ہوں گے اَور وہ یہُودیؔہ میں رہنما ہوں گے، اَور بنی عقرونؔ یبُوسیوں کی مانند ہوں گے۔BSBBSB: I will remove the blood from their mouths and the abominations from between their teeth. Then they too will become a remnant for our God; they will become like a clan in Judah, and Ekron will be like the Jebusites.
8. 8URDOUCVلیکن مَیں اَپنے بیت المُقدّس کو غارت گِر فَوجوں سے بچانے کو خیمہ زن ہوں گا۔ پھر کویٔی ظالِم ہرگز میرے لوگوں کو نِیست و نابود نہیں کر سکےگا، کیونکہ اَب میری نگاہ میری اُمّت پر ہے۔BSBBSB: But I will camp around My house because of an army, because of those who march to and fro, and never again will an oppressor overrun My people, for now I keep watch with My own eyes.
9. 9URDOUCVاَے صِیّونؔ کی بیٹی، نہایت خُوش ہو! اَے یروشلیمؔ کی بیٹی، فتح کا نعرہ لگاؤ! دیکھو، تمہارا بادشاہ تمہارے پاس آ رہاہے، وہ صادق اَور فتح مند ہے، وہ حلیم ہے اَور گدھے پر، بَلکہ گدھی کے بچّے پر سوار ہے۔BSBBSB: Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O Daughter of Jerusalem! See, your King comes to you, righteous and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
10. 10URDOUCVمَیں اِفرائیمؔ سے رتھوں کو اَور یروشلیمؔ سے جنگی گھوڑوں کو فنا کر دُوں گا، جنگی کمان توڑ ڈالی جائے گی۔ اَور وہ قوموں کو صُلح کی خُوشخبری دے گا۔ اَور اُس کی سلطنت سمُندر سے سمُندر تک اَور دریائے فراتؔ سے لے کر زمین کی اِنتہا تک ہوگی۔BSBBSB: And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the horse from Jerusalem, and the bow of war will be broken. Then He will proclaim peace to the nations. His dominion will extend from sea to sea, and from the Euphrates to the ends of the earth.
11. 11URDOUCVاَور جہاں تک تمہاری بات ہے، تمہارے ساتھ میرے عہد کے خُون کے سبب سے، مَیں تمہارے اسیروں کو موت کے اَندھے کنویں سے نکال لاؤں گا۔BSBBSB: As for you, because of the blood of My covenant, I will release your prisoners from the waterless pit.
12. 12URDOUCVاَے اُمّیدوار غُلاموں، اَپنے محفوظ قلعہ میں واپس لَوٹ آؤ؛ مَیں آج یہ اعلان کرتا ہُوں کہ مَیں تُمہیں اِس کے بدلے دُگنی برکت دُوں گا۔BSBBSB: Return to your stronghold, O prisoners of hope; even today I declare that I will restore to you double.
13. 13URDOUCVکیونکہ مَیں یہُودیؔہ کو اَپنی کمان کی مانند، اَور اِفرائیمؔ کو اُس پر تیر کی مانند لگا کر اِستعمال کروں گا۔ اَے صِیّونؔ، مَیں تمہارے فرزندوں کو یُونانؔ کے فرزندوں کے خِلاف، اَور تُمہیں سُورما کے تلوار کی مانند بناؤں گا۔BSBBSB: For I will bend Judah as My bow and fit it with Ephraim. I will rouse your sons, O Zion, against the sons of Greece. I will make you like the sword of a mighty man.
14. 14URDOUCVتَب یَاہوِہ اُن پر ظاہر ہوں گے؛ اَور یَاہوِہ کے تیر بجلی کی مانند نکلیں گے۔ یَاہوِہ قادر یَاہوِہ نرسنگا پھُوکیں گے؛ وہ جُنوبی طُوفان کے ساتھ آگے بڑھیں گے۔BSBBSB: Then the LORD will appear over them, and His arrow will go forth like lightning. The Lord GOD will sound the ram’s horn and advance in the whirlwinds of the south.
15. 15URDOUCVاَور قادرمُطلق یَاہوِہ اُن کی حِفاظت کریں گے۔ اَور وہ اَپنے دُشمنوں کو تباہ کر دیں گے اَور اُن کے فلاخن کے پتّھروں کو پامال کریں گے۔ وہ پیئیں گے اَور اَیسا شور مچائیں گے جَیسے لوگ مَے نوشی کرکے شور مچاتے ہیں؛ وہ اُس پیالے کی مانند لبریز ہوں گے جو مذبح کے کونوں پر چھڑکنے کے لیٔے اِستعمال ہوتاہے۔BSBBSB: The LORD of Hosts will shield them. They will destroy and conquer with slingstones; they will drink and roar as with wine. And they will be filled like sprinkling bowls, drenched like the corners of the altar.
16. 16URDOUCVجَیسے ایک چرواہا اَپنے ریوڑ کے جھُنڈ کی حِفاظت کرتا ہے وَیسے ہی یَاہوِہ اُن کے خُدا اُس دِن اَپنی اُمّت کی حِفاظت کریں گے۔ وہ اُن کے مُلک میں اَیسے چمکیں گے جَیسے تاج میں جڑے ہُوئے جواہرات چمکتے ہیں۔BSBBSB: On that day the LORD their God will save them as the flock of His people; for like jewels in a crown they will sparkle over His land.
17. 17URDOUCVوہ کس قدر پُر کشش اَور حسین ہوں گے! کہ نوجوان اناج کھا کر، اَور لڑکیاں نئی مَے پی کر صحت مند ہو جائیں گے۔BSBBSB: How lovely they will be, and how beautiful! Grain will make the young men flourish, and new wine, the young women.
