1. 1ULBGiô-tham được hai mươi lăm tuổi khi người khởi trị vì; và người cai trị mười sáu năm tại Giê-ru-sa-lem. Mẹ người tên là Giê-ru-sa, con gái của Xa-đốc.BSBBSB: Jotham was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem sixteen years. His mother’s name was Jerushah daughter of Zadok.
2. 2ULBNgười làm điều thiện trước mặt Đức Giê-hô-va, noi theo tấm gương của cha mình là Ô-xia, trong mọi sự. Người cũng kềm chế không vào đền thờ của Đức Giê-hô-va. Nhưng dân sự vẫn luông tuồng trong các đường lối gian ác.BSBBSB: And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father Uzziah had done. In addition, he did not enter the temple of the LORD. But the people still behaved corruptly.

5. 5ULBNgười giao chiến với vua dân Am-môn, và đánh bại chúng. Trong cùng năm ấy, dân Am-môn nộp cho người một trăm ta lâng bạc một vạn cô-rơ lúa miến, và một vạn cô-rơ lúa mạch. Dân Am-môn cũng tiến cống người số ấy trong năm thứ nhì và thứ ba.BSBBSB: Jotham waged war against the king of the Ammonites and defeated them, and that year they gave him a hundred talents of silver, ten thousand cors of wheat, and ten thousand cors of barley. They paid him the same in the second and third years.
