Praise the LORD from the Heavens (Psalm 33:1–22)
1 WBS Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the hights. BSB BSB: Hallelujah! Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise Him in the highest places.
2 WBS Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts. BSB BSB: Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all His heavenly hosts.
3 WBS Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. BSB BSB: Praise Him, O sun and moon; praise Him, all you shining stars.
4 WBS Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens. BSB BSB: Praise Him, O highest heavens, and you waters above the skies.
5 WBS Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created. BSB BSB: Let them praise the name of the LORD, for He gave the command and they were created.
6 WBS He hath also established them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass. BSB BSB: He established them forever and ever; He issued a decree that will never pass away.
7 WBS Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps: BSB BSB: Praise the LORD from the earth, all great sea creatures and ocean depths,
8 WBS Fire, and hail; snow, and vapors; stormy wind fulfilling his word: BSB BSB: lightning and hail, snow and clouds, powerful wind fulfilling His word,
9 WBS Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars: BSB BSB: mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,
10 WBS Beasts, and all cattle; creeping animals, and flying fowl: BSB BSB: wild animals and all cattle, crawling creatures and flying birds,
11 WBS Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: BSB BSB: kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers of the earth,
12 WBS Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: BSB BSB: young men and maidens, old and young together.
13 WBS Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven. BSB BSB: Let them praise the name of the LORD, for His name alone is exalted; His splendor is above the earth and the heavens.
14 WBS He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near to him. Praise ye the LORD. BSB BSB: He has raised up a horn for His people, the praise of all His saints, of Israel, a people near to Him. Hallelujah!
