1 ULB ዳዊት ከሰራዊቱ አለቆች ጋር ሆኖ በመሰንቆ፣ በበገና በጽናጽል ድምፅ እየታጀቡ ትንቢት የሚናገሩትን ከአሳፍ፣ ከኤማንና ከኤዶም ቤተሰብ መካከል መርጦ መደብ፤ ይህን አገልግሎት የሚያከናውኑትም ሰዎች ዝርዝር እንደ ሚከተለው ነው፤ BSB BSB: Additionally, David and the commanders of the army set apart some of the sons of Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun to prophesy with the accompaniment of lyres, harps, and cymbals. The following is the list of the men who performed this service:
2 ULB ከአሳፍ ወንዶ ልጆች፤ ዘኩር፣ ዮሴፍ፣ ነታንያ፣ አሼርኤላ። እአሳፍ ልጆች በአሳፍ አመራር ሥር ነበሩ፤ አሳፍም በንጉሥ አመራር ሥር ነበረ። BSB BSB: From the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asarelah. These sons of Asaph were under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the direction of the king.
3 ULB ከኤዶምወንዶች ልጆች፤ ዶልያስ፣ ጽሪ፣ የሻያ፣ ሰሜኢ፣ ሐሸብያ፣ መቲትያ። እነዚህ ስድስቱ በመሰንቆ እግዚአብሔርን እያመሰገነና እየወደሰ ትንቢት በተናገረው አባታቸው በኤዶታም አመራር ሥር ነበሩ። BSB BSB: From the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah—six in all—under the direction of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with the harp, giving thanks and praise to the LORD.
4 ULB ከኤማን ወንዶች ልጆች፤ ቡቅያ፣ መንታያ፣ ዓዛርዔል፣ ሱባኤል፣ ኢያሪሙት፣ ሐናንያ፣ ናኒ፣ ኤልያታ፣ ጊዶልቲ፣ ሮማንቲዔዘር፣ ዮሽብቃሻ፣ መሎቲ፣ ሆቲር፣ መሐዝዮት። BSB BSB: From the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.
5 ULB እነዚህም ሁሉ የንጉሡ ባለራእይ የኤማን ልጆች ነበሩ። እርሱን ከፍ ከፍ እንዲያደርጉትም እግዚአብሔር በገባለት ቃል መሠረት ተሰጡት፤ እግዚአብሔር ለኤማን ዐሥራ አራት ወንድሞችና ሦስት ሴቶች ልጆች ሰጠው። BSB BSB: All these sons of Heman the king’s seer were given him through the promises of God to exalt him, for God had given Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.
6 ULB እነዚህ ሁሉ በእግዚአብሔር ቤተ መቅደስ በጽናጽል፣ በመሰንቆ በበገና አገልግሎት በአባቶቻቸው አመራር ሥር ነበሩ። አሳፍ፣ ኤዶታምና ኤማን ደግሞ በንጉሥ የበላይ አመራር ሥር ነበሩ። BSB BSB: All these were under the direction of their fathers for the music of the house of the LORD with cymbals, harps, and lyres, for the service of the house of God. Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman were under the direction of the king.
7 ULB እነዚህም ከቤተዘመዶቻቸው ጋር በመሆን ሁሉም ወደ እግዚአብሔር በሚቀርበው ዜማ የሠለጠኑ የተካኑ ነበሩ፤ ቁጥራቸውም ሁለት መቶ ሰማንያ ስምንት ነበረ። BSB BSB: Together with their relatives, who were all trained and skillful in the songs of the LORD, they numbered 288.
8 ULB የሥራ ድርሻቸውንም ለመወሰን ወጣት፣ ሽማግሌ፣ መምህርም ሆነ ደቀ መዝሙር ሳይባል እኩል ዕጣ ተጣጣሉ። BSB BSB: They cast lots for their duties, young and old alike, teacher as well as pupil.
9 ULB የመጀመሪያው ዕጣ ከአሳፍ ወገን ለሆነው ዮሴፍ ወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸው12 ሁለተኛው ለጎዶልያስ ወጣ፤ እነሱን ጨምሮ ለቤተ ዘመዶቹና ለወንዶች ልጆቹ፤ ቁጥራቸውም12 BSB BSB: The first lot, which was for Asaph, fell to Joseph, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all; the second to Gedaliah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
10 ULB ሦስተኛው ለዛኩር፣ ወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም12 BSB BSB: the third to Zaccur, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
11 ULB አራተኛው ላይጽሪ፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the fourth to Izri, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
12 ULB አምስተኛው ለነታንያ ለወንዶቹ ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the fifth to Nethaniah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
13 ULB ስድስተኛው ለቡቃያ፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the sixth to Bukkiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
14 ULB ሰባተኛው ለይሽርኤል፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the seventh to Jesarelah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
15 ULB ስምንተኛው ለየሻያ፤ ለወንዶች ልጆቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the eighth to Jeshaiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
16 ULB ዘጠነኛው ለመታንያ፣ ወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the ninth to Mattaniah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
17 ULB ዐሥረኛው ለሰሜኢ፣ ወጣ ወንዶች ልጆችና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the tenth to Shimei, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
18 ULB ዐሥራ አንደኛው ለዓዛርኤል፣ ወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the eleventh to Azarel, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
19 ULB ዐሥራ ሁለተኛው ለሐሻብያ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the twelfth to Hashabiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
20 ULB ዐሥራ ሦስተኛው ለሱባኤል፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the thirteenth to Shubael, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
21 ULB ዐሥራ አራተኛው ለመቲትያ፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the fourteenth to Mattithiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
22 ULB ዐሥራ አምስተኛው ለኢያሪሙት፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the fifteenth to Jeremoth, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
23 ULB ዐሥራ ስድስተኛው ለሐናንያ፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the sixteenth to Hananiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
24 ULB ዐሥራ ሰባተኛ ለዮሽብቃሻ፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the seventeenth to Joshbekashah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
25 ULB ዐሥራ ስምንተኛው ለሐናኒ፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the eighteenth to Hanani, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
26 ULB ዐሥራ ዘጠነኛ ለመሎቲ፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጧ፤ ቁትራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the nineteenth to Mallothi, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
27 ULB ሃያኛው ለኤልያታ፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the twentieth to Eliathah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
28 ULB ሃያ አንድኛው ለሆቲር፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸው 12 BSB BSB: the twenty-first to Hothir, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
29 ULB ሃያ ሁለተኛው ለጊዶልቲ፣ ወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the twenty-second to Giddalti, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
30 ULB ሃያ ሦስተኛው ለመሐዝዮት፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: the twenty-third to Mahazioth, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;
31 ULB ሃያ አራተኛውም ለሮማንቲዔዘር፣ ለወንዶች ልጆቹና ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ ወጣ፤ ቁጥራቸውም 12 BSB BSB: and the twenty-fourth to Romamti-ezer, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all.
