1 ULB በተማረክን በሀያ አምስተኛው ዓመት በዓመቱ መጀመሪያ ከወሩ በአሥረኛው ቀን፥ ከተማይቱ ከተመታች በኋላ በአሥራ አራተኛው ዓመት፥ በዚያው ቀን የእግዚአብሔር እጅ በእኔ ላይ ነበረ እርሱም ወደዚያ ወሰደኝ። BSB BSB: In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month—in the fourteenth year after Jerusalem had been struck down—on that very day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and He took me there.
2 ULB በእግዚአብሔር ራእይ ወደ እስራኤል ምድር አመጣኝ እጅግም በረዘመ ተራራ ላይ አኖረኝ፥ በዚያም ላይ በደቡብ ወገን እንደ ከተማ ሆኖ የተሠራ ነገር ነበረ። BSB BSB: In visions of God He took me to the land of Israel and set me on a very high mountain, on whose southern slope was a structure that resembled a city.
3 ULB ወደዚያም አመጣኝ፥ እነሆም፥ መልኩ እንደ ናስ መልክ የመሰለ አንድ ሰው በዚያ ነበረ፥ በእጁም የተልባ እግር ገመድና የመለኪያ ዘንግ ነበረ እርሱም በከተማይቱ በር አጠገብ ቆሞ ነበር። BSB BSB: So He took me there, and I saw a man whose appearance was like bronze. He was standing in the gateway with a linen cord and a measuring rod in his hand.
4 ULB ሰውዬውም፥ "የሰው ልጅ ሆይ፥ ወደዚህ ያመጣሁህ ይህን ላሳይህ ስለሆን በዓይንህ እይ በጆሮህም ስማ በማሳይህም ሁሉ ላይ ልብ በል የምታየውንም ሁሉ ለእስራኤል ቤት ንገር አለኝ። BSB BSB: “Son of man,” he said to me, “look with your eyes, hear with your ears, and pay attention to everything I am going to show you, for that is why you have been brought here. Report to the house of Israel everything you see.”
5 ULB እነሆም፥ በቤተመቅደሱ ዙሪያው ቅጥር ነበረ፥ በሰውዬውም እጅ ርዝመቱ ስድስት ክንድ የሆነ የመለኪያ ዘንግ ነበር። እያንዳንዱም ክንድ አንድ ክንድ ከስንዝር ነበረ። ሰውዬውም ቅጥሩን ለካ፤ የቅጥሩም ስፋት አንድ ዘንግ ቁመቱንም አንድ ዘንግ ነበረ። BSB BSB: And I saw a wall surrounding the temple area. Now the length of the measuring rod in the man’s hand was six long cubits (each measuring a cubit and a handbreadth), and he measured the wall to be one rod thick and one rod high.
6 ULB ወደ ምሥራቅ ወደሚመለከተውም በር ሄዶ በደረጃዎቹ ወጣ፥ የመድረኩንም ወለል ለካ፥ ወርዱን አንድ ዘንግ ነበር። BSB BSB: Then he came to the gate facing east and climbed its steps. He measured the threshold of the gate to be one rod deep.
7 ULB የዘበኞቹም ጓዳ ሁሉ ርዝመቱ አንድ ዘንግ፥ ወርዱም አንድ ዘንግ ነበረ በዘበኞቹም ጓዳዎች መካከል አምስት ክንድ ርቀት ነበረ በበሩም ደጀ ሰላም በስተ ውስጥ በኩል የሚገኝ የበሩ የመድረክ ወለል አንድ ዘንግ ነበረ። BSB BSB: Each gate chamber was one rod long and one rod wide, and there were five cubits between the gate chambers. The inner threshold of the gate by the portico facing inward was one rod deep.
8 ULB የበሩን መተላለፊያ ደጅ ለካ ርዝመቱም አንድ ዘንግ ነበር። BSB BSB: Then he measured the portico of the gateway inside;
9 ULB የበሩን መተላለፊያ ደጅ ለካ፥ ጥልቀቱ አንድ ዘንግ ነበረ። የግንቡንም አዕማድ ወርድ ሁለት ክንድ ነበረ። አድርጎ ለካ ።ይህም በቤተመቅደሱ ትይዩ የሚገኘው ድጅ መተላለፊያ ነበረ። BSB BSB: it was eight cubits deep, and its jambs were two cubits thick. And the portico of the gateway faced the temple.
10 ULB በበሩ አጠገብ የሚገኙት የዘበኛ ጓዳዎች በበሩ በሁለቱም በኩል ሦስት ሦስት ነበሩ፥ የሁሉም መጠን እኩል ነበረ በሁሉም አቅጣጫ የሚለያቸው ግንብም እኩል መጠን ነበረው። BSB BSB: There were three gate chambers on each side of the east gate, each with the same measurements, and the gateposts on either side also had the same measurements.
11 ULB ቀጥሎም ሰውዬው የበሩን መግቢያ ወርድ ለካ አሥር ክንድ ሆነ፤ የበሩንም መግቢያ ርዝመት ለካ አሥራ ሦስት ክንድ ሆነ። BSB BSB: And he measured the width of the gateway entrance to be ten cubits, and its length was thirteen cubits.
12 ULB በእያንዳንዱ በዘበኛ ጓዳ ፊት ከፍታው አንድ ክንድ የሆነ መከለያ ነበረ። የዘበኛ ጓዳዎቹም በሁሉም አቅጣጫ ስድስት ክንድ ከፍታ ነበራቸው። BSB BSB: In front of each gate chamber was a wall one cubit high, and the gate chambers were six cubits square.
13 ULB ከአንዱም የዘበኛ ጓዳ ደርብ ጀምሮ እስከ ሌላው ደርብ ድረስ የበሩን ወርድ ሀያ አምስት ክንድ ለካ ይህም ከመጀምሪያው የዘበኞች ጓዳ መግቢያ እስከ ሌላኛው መግቢያ ድረስ ነው። BSB BSB: Then he measured the gateway from the roof of one gate chamber to the roof of the opposite one; the distance was twenty-five cubits from doorway to doorway.
14 ULB ቀጥሎም በዘበኞች ጓዳ መካከል የሚያልፈውን ግንብ ለካ፤ ስድስት ክንድም ሆነ። እስከ መግቢያው መተላለፊያ ድረስ ለካ። BSB BSB: Next he measured the gateposts to be sixty cubits high. The gateway extended around to the gatepost of the courtyard.
15 ULB ከበሩም መግቢያ ፊት ጀምሮ እስከ ውስጠኛው የበሩ መተላለፊያ መጨረሻ ድረስ አምሳ ክንድ ነበረ። BSB BSB: And the distance from the entrance of the gateway to the far end of its inner portico was fifty cubits.
16 ULB በዘበኛ ጓዳዎቹም በበሩ ውስጥ በዙሪያው በነበሩትም በግንቡ አዕማድ ትንንሽ መስኮቶች ነበሩዋቸው። በበሩም ደጅ መተላለፊያ እንደዚያው ነበር። ሁሉም መስኮቶች በውስጥ በኩል ነበሩ። በግንቡም አዕማድ ሁሉ ላይ የዘንባባ ዛፍ ተቀርጾባቸው ነበር። BSB BSB: The gate chambers and their side pillars had beveled windows all around the inside of the gateway. The porticos also had windows all around on the inside. Each side pillar was decorated with palm trees.
17 ULB ቀጥሎም ሰውዬው ወደ ውጭውም አደባባይ አመጣኝ። እነሆም፥ በአደባባዩ ዙሪያ ክፍሎችና ወለል ነበሩ። በወለሉም ላይ ሠላሳ ክፍሎች ነበሩ። BSB BSB: Then he brought me into the outer court, and there were chambers and a pavement laid out all around the court. Thirty chambers faced the pavement,
18 ULB ወለሉም እስከ በሮቹ ይደርስ ነበር ስፋቱም እንደ በሮቹ ርዝመት መጠን ነበረ። ይህም ታችኛው ወለል ነበር። BSB BSB: which flanked the gateways and corresponded to the length of the gates; this was the lower pavement.
19 ULB ከታችኛውም በር ፊት ጀምሮ እስከ ውስጠኛው በር ፊት ድረስ ያለውን ርቀት ለካ፤ በምስራቅ በኩል አንድ መቶ ክንድ በሰሜኑም በኩል ተመሳሳይ ነበረ። BSB BSB: Then he measured the distance from the front of the lower gateway to the outside of the inner court; it was a hundred cubits on the east side as well as on the north.
20 ULB ቀጥሎም ከውጭው አደባባይ በሰሜን በኩል ያለውን በር ርዝመትና ስፋት ለካ። BSB BSB: He also measured the length and width of the gateway of the outer court facing north.
21 ULB በበሩ በዚህና በዚያ የዘበኛ ጓዳዎቹም ነበሩ፥ በሩና መተላለፊያው ከዋናው በር ልኬታቸው እኩል ነበር- ርዝመቱ አምሳ ክንድ ወርዱም ሀያ አምስት ክንድ ነበረ። BSB BSB: Its three gate chambers on each side, its side pillars, and its portico all had the same measurements as the first gate: fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
22 ULB መስኮቶቹም ፥መተላለፊያዎቹና የዘንባባ ዛፎቹ ወደ ምሥራቅ እንደሚመለከተው በር ጋር ይዋሰኑ ነበር። ወደ እርሱና ወደ መተላለፊያዎቹ የሚያደርሱ ሰባት ደረጃዎች ነበሩ። BSB BSB: Its windows, portico, and palm trees had the same measurements as those of the gate facing east. Seven steps led up to it, with its portico opposite them.
23 ULB በውስጠኛውም አደባባይ በሰሜኑና በምሥራቁ በኩል በሌላው በር አንጻር በር ነበረ፤ ሰውዬውም ከአንዱ በር እስከ በር ድረስ ለካ። ርቀቱም አንድ መቶ ክንድ ነበር። BSB BSB: There was a gate to the inner court facing the north gate, just as there was on the east. He measured the distance from gateway to gateway to be a hundred cubits.
24 ULB ቀጥሎም ሰውዬው ወደ ደቡቡ መግቢያ አመጣኝ፥ እነሆም፥ ግንቡና መተላለፊያዎቹ ከሌላኛው መውጪያው በር ጋር እኩል ልኬት ነበራቸው። BSB BSB: Then he led me to the south side, and I saw a gateway facing south. He measured its side pillars and portico, and they had the same measurements as the others.
25 ULB በመግቢያውና በመተላለፊያዎቹ እንደዚያኛው በር አይነት ትንንሽ መስኮቶች ነበሩዋቸው። የድቡቡ በርና መተላልፊያው ርዝመቱ አምሳ ክንድ ወርዱም ሀያ አምስት ክንድ ነበረ። BSB BSB: Both the gateway and its portico had windows all around, like the other windows. It was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
26 ULB ወደ በሩና መተላለፊያዎቹ የሚያደርሱ ሰባት ደረጃዎች ነበሩ፥ በግንቡም አዕማድ ላይ በሁለቱም ወገን የዘንባባ ዛፍ ተቀርጾባቸው ነበር። BSB BSB: Seven steps led up to it, and its portico was opposite them; it had palm trees on its side pillars, one on each side.
27 ULB በደቡብ በኩል ወደ ውስጠኛው አደባባይ የሚያስገባ መግቢያ ነበረ፥ ሰውዬውም ከዚህኛው በር እስከ ደቡቡ መግቢያ ድረስ ለካ፥ ርቀቱ መቶ ክንድ ነበረ። BSB BSB: The inner court also had a gate facing south, and he measured the distance from gateway to gateway toward the south to be a hundred cubits.
28 ULB ቀጥሎም ሰውዬው ከሌላኛው በር እኩል ልኬት ባለው በደቡብ በር በኩል ወደ ውስጠኛው አደባባይ አገባኝ። BSB BSB: Next he brought me into the inner court through the south gate, and he measured the south gate; it had the same measurements as the others.
29 ULB የዘበኛ ጓዳዎቹንና የግንቡን አዕማድና መተላለፊያዎቹ ከመጀመሪያዎቹ መግቢያዎች እኩል ነበሩ፤ በመተላለፊያዎቹ ዙሪያ መስኮቶች ነበሩ።ውስጠኛው መግቢያና መተላለፊያው ርዝመቱ አምሳ ክንድ ወርዱም ሀያ አምስት ክንድ ነበረ። BSB BSB: Its gate chambers, side pillars, and portico had the same measurements as the others. Both the gateway and its portico had windows all around; it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
30 ULB በውስጠኛው ግንብ ዙሪያውም መተላለፊያዎች ነበሩ። ርዝመታቸውም ሀያ አምስት ክንድ ወርዳቸውም አምስት ክንድ ነበረ። BSB BSB: (The porticoes around the inner court were twenty-five cubits long and five cubits deep.)
31 ULB መተላለፊያዎቹም ወደ ውጭው አደባባይ ይመለከቱ ነበር በግንቡም አዕማድ ላይ የዘንባባ ዛፍ ተቀርጾ ነበር ወደ እርሱም የሚያደርሱ ስምንት ደረጃዎች ነበሩ። BSB BSB: Its portico faced the outer court, and its side pillars were decorated with palm trees. Eight steps led up to it.

40 ULB በሰሜን በኩል ባለው በር በስተ ውጭው፥ በመወጣጫው ደረጃዎች አጠገብ፥ በአንድ ወገን ሁለት ገበታዎች ነበሩ፥ በሌላውም ወገን በበሩ መተላለፊያ በኩል ሁለት ገበታዎች ነበሩ። BSB BSB: Outside, as one goes up to the entrance of the north gateway, there were two tables on one side and two more tables on the other side of the gate’s portico.
41 ULB በበሩ በሁለቱም ወገን አራት ገበታዎች ነበሩ፤ በስምንቱም ገበታዎች እንስሳትን ይሰው ነበር። BSB BSB: So there were four tables inside the gateway and four outside—eight tables in all—on which the sacrifices were to be slaughtered.
42 ULB ለሚቃጠለውም መሥዋዕት ርዝመታቸው አነድ ክንድ ተኩል ወርዳቸውም አንድ ክንድ ተኩል ቁመታቸውም አንድ ክንድ የሆኑ ከተጠረበ ድንጋይ የተሠሩ አራት ገበታዎች ነበሩ። በእነርሱም ላይ የሚቃጠለውን መሥዋዕትና ሌላ መሥዋዕቱን የሚያርዱበትን መሳሪያ ያኖሩባቸው ነበር። BSB BSB: There were also four tables of dressed stone for the burnt offering, each a cubit and a half long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit high. On these were placed the utensils used to slaughter the burnt offerings and the other sacrifices.
43 ULB በዙሪያውም በመተላለፊያው አንድ ጋት የሚርዝም መስቀያዎችነበሩ፥ የመስዋዕቱም ሥጋ የሆነ ክፈፍ በገበታዎቹም ላይ ይቀመጡ ነበር። BSB BSB: The double-pronged hooks, each a handbreadth long, were fastened all around the inside of the room, and the flesh of the offering was to be placed on the tables.
44 ULB በውስጠኛው አደባባይ ከውስጠኛው መግቢያም አጠገብ የዘማሪያን ክፍሎች ነበሩ። ከክልሎቹ አንዱ በሰሜን በኩል ነበረ፥ ሌላውም በስተደቡብ ነበረ። BSB BSB: Outside the inner gate, within the inner court, were two chambers, one beside the north gate and facing south, and another beside the south gate and facing north.
45 ULB ሰውዬውም፥ "ይህ ወደ ደቡብ የሚመለከት ቤት በመቅደሱ ውስጥ ለማገልገል ተረኛ ለሆኑለሚተጉ ካህናት ነው። BSB BSB: Then the man said to me: “The chamber that faces south is for the priests who keep charge of the temple,
46 ULB ወደ ሰሜንም የሚመለከተው ቤት በመሠዊያው ዙሪያ ለሚያገለግሉ ካህናት ነው። እነዚህ ከሌዊ ልጆች መካከል ያገለግሉት ዘንድ ወደ እግዚአብሔር የሚቀርቡ የሳዶቅ ልጆች ናቸው" አለኝ። BSB BSB: and the chamber that faces north is for the priests who keep charge of the altar. These are the sons of Zadok, the only Levites who may approach the LORD to minister before Him.”
47 ULB ቀጥሎም አደባባዩን ለካ፥ አራት ማዕዘን ሆኖ ርዝመቱን መቶ ክንድ ወርዱንም መቶ ክንድ ነበረ መሠዊያውም በቤቱ ፊት ነበረ። BSB BSB: Next he measured the court. It was square, a hundred cubits long and a hundred cubits wide. And the altar was in front of the temple.
48 ULB ከዚያም ሰውዬው ወደ ቤቱ መተላለፊያ አመጣኝ፥ የግንብ አዕማዱንም ለካ፤ ወርድ በዚህ ወገን አምስት ክንድ በዚያም ወገን አምስት ክንድ ነበረ። መግቢያው ራሱ ወርዱ አሥራ አራት ክንድ ነበረ፥ በበሩም በዚህ ወገንና በዚያ ወገን የነበሩት ግንቦች ስፋት ሦስት ሦስት ክንድ ነበር። BSB BSB: Then he brought me to the portico of the temple and measured the side pillars of the portico to be five cubits on each side. The width of the gateway was fourteen cubits and its sidewalls were three cubits on either side.
49 ULB የቤተ መቅደሱ መተላለፊያ ርዝመት ሀያ ክንድ ወርዱም አሥራ ሁለት ክንድ ነበረ። ወደ እርሱም የሚያደርሱ ደረጃዎች በሁለቱም አቅጣጫ የቆሙ አዕማድ ነበሩ። BSB BSB: The portico was twenty cubits wide and twelve cubits deep, and ten steps led up to it. There were columns by the side pillars, one on each side.
