1. 1ULBእነዚህ ነገሮች ከተፈጸሙ በኋላ ኢየሱስ ለደቀ መዛሙርቱ እንደ ገና በጥብርያዶስ ባሕር አጠገብ ተገለጠላቸው፤ ሁኔታውም እንደዚህ ነበር፦BSBBSB: Later, by the Sea of Tiberias, Jesus again revealed Himself to the disciples. He made Himself known in this way:
2. 2ULBስምዖን ጴጥሮስ ዲዲሞስ ከተባለው ከቶማስ፣ ከገሊላ አውራጃ ከቃና መንደር ከሆነው ከናትናኤል፣ ከዘብዴዎስ ልጆችና ከሌሎች ሁለት የኢየሱስ ደቀ መዛሙርት ጋር ዐብረው ነበሩ።BSBBSB: Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were together.
3. 3ULBስምዖን ጴጥሮስ፣ «ዓሣ ለማጥመድ መሄዴ ነው» አላቸው። እነርሱም፣ «እኛም ከአንተ ጋር እንሄዳለን» አሉት። በጀልባ ተሳፍረው ሄዱ፤ ነገር ግን በዚያች ሌሊት ምንም ዐሣ አላጠመዱም።BSBBSB: Simon Peter told them, “I am going fishing.” “We will go with you,” they said. So they went out and got into the boat, but caught nothing that night.
4. 4ULBቀኑ እየነጋ ሳለ ኢየሱስ መጥቶ በባሕሩ ዳር ቆመ፤ እነርሱ ግን ኢየሱስ እንደ ሆነ አላወቁም ነበር።BSBBSB: Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not recognize that it was Jesus.
5. 5ULBከዚያም ኢየሱስ «ልጆች ሆይ፣ የሚበላ ዐሣ አላችሁን?» አላቸው። «የለንም» ብለው መለሱለት።BSBBSB: So He called out to them, “Children, do you have any fish?” “No,” they answered.
6. 6ULBኢየሱስ፣ «መረባችሁን ከጀልባው በቀኝ በኩል ጣሉት ታገኙማላችሁ» አላቸው። እነርሱም እንደተባሉት መረባቸውን ጣሉ፤ ነገር ግን ከዐሣው ብዛት የተነሣ መረቡን ወደ ጀልባው ውስጥ መጐተት አቃታቸው።BSBBSB: He told them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast it there, and they were unable to haul it in because of the great number of fish.
7. 7ULBከዚያም ኢየሱስ ይወደው የነበረው ደቀ መዝሙር ስምዖን ጴጥሮስን፣ «ጌታ እኮ ነው» አለው። ጴጥሮስ ጌታ እኮ ነው የሚለውን ቃል በሰማ ጊዜ፣ መደረቢያውን ልብስ ታጥቆ ወደ ውሃው ውስጥ ዘሎ ገባ።BSBBSB: Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” As soon as Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment (for he had removed it) and jumped into the sea.
8. 8ULBሌሎቹ ደቀ መዛሙርት ግን ከምድር የነበራቸው ርቀት ሁለት መቶ ክንድ ያህል ብቻ ስለ ነበር ዐሣ የሞላውን መረብ እየጐተቱ በጀልባ ወደ ዳር መጡ።BSBBSB: The other disciples came ashore in the boat. They dragged in the net full of fish, for they were not far from land, only about a hundred yards.
9. 9ULBወደ መሬትም በደረሱ ጊዜ፣ በላዩ ላይ ዐሣ የተቀመጠበት ፍምና እንጀራ ተዘጋጅቶ አዩ።BSBBSB: When they landed, they saw a charcoal fire there with fish on it, and some bread.
10. 10ULBኢየሱስ፣ «እስኪ ካጠመዳችሁት ዐሣ ጥቂት ወደዚህ አምጡ» አላቸው።BSBBSB: Jesus told them, “Bring some of the fish you have just caught.”
11. 11ULBስምዖን ጴጥሮስም ሄዶ 153 ዐሣ የሞላውን መረብ ወደ ምድር ጐተተ፤ ምንም እንኳ የዐሣው ብዛት ከፍተኛ ቢሆንም፣ መረቡ ግን አልተቀደደም ነበር።BSBBSB: So Simon Peter went aboard and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish, 153, but even with so many, the net was not torn.
12. 12ULBኢየሱስ፣ «ኑ ቍርስ ብሉ» አላቸው። ኢየሱስ እንደ ሆነ አውቀው ነበርና ከደቀ መዛሙርቱ ማንም፣ «አንተ ማነህ?» ብሎ ሊጠይቀው የደፈረ አልነበረም።BSBBSB: “Come, have breakfast,” Jesus said to them. None of the disciples dared to ask Him, “Who are You?” They knew it was the Lord.
13. 13ULBኢየሱስ እንጀራውን አንሥቶ ሰጣቸው፤ ዐሣውንም እንደዚያው አደረገ።BSBBSB: Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and He did the same with the fish.
14. 14ULBከሞት ከተነሣ በኋላ ኢየሱስ ለደቀ መዛሙርቱ ሲገለጥላቸው ይህ ለሦስተኛ ጊዜ ነበር።BSBBSB: This was now the third time that Jesus appeared to the disciples after He was raised from the dead.
15. 15ULBቍርስ ከበሉ በኋላ፣ ኢየሱስ ስምዖን ጴጥሮስን፣ «የዮና ልጅ ስምዖን ሆይ፣ ከእነዚህ የበለጠ ትወደኛለህን?» አለው። ጴጥሮስ፣ «አዎን፣ ጌታ ሆይ፣ እንደምወድህማ አንተም ታውቃለህ» አለው። ኢየሱ፣ «ጠቦቶቼን መግብ» አለው።BSBBSB: When they had finished eating, Jesus asked Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love Me more than these?” “Yes, Lord,” he answered, “You know I love You.” Jesus replied, “Feed My lambs.”
16. 16ULBእንደ ገና ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ፣ «የዮና ልጅ ስምዖን ሆይ ትወደኛለህን?» አለው። ጴጥሮስ፣ «አዎን፣ ጌታ ሆይ፣ እንደምወድህማ አንተም ታውቃለህ» አለው። ኢየሱስ፣ «በጎቼን ጠብቅ» አለው።BSBBSB: Jesus asked a second time, “Simon son of John, do you love Me?” “Yes, Lord,” he answered, “You know I love You.” Jesus told him, “Shepherd My sheep.”
17. 17ULBለሦስተኛ ጊዜ፣ «የዮና ልጅ ስምዖን ሆይ፣ ትወደኛለህ?» አለው። ለሦስተኛ ጊዜ «ትወደኛለህ ወይ?» ብሎ ስለ ጠየቀው ጴጥሮስ በጣም ዐዘነ። ቀጥሎም፣ «ጌታ ሆይ፣ አንተ ሁሉን ታውቃለህ፤ እንደምወድህም ታውቃለህ» አለው። ኢየሱስም «በጎቼን መግብ።BSBBSB: Jesus asked a third time, “Simon son of John, do you love Me?” Peter was deeply hurt that Jesus had asked him a third time, “Do you love Me?” “Lord, You know all things,” he replied. “You know I love You.” Jesus said to him, “Feed My sheep.
18. 18ULBእውነት፣ እውነት እልሃለሁ፣ ወጣት እያለህ ልብስህን ራስህ ለብሰህ ወደምትፈልገው ቦታ ትሄድ ነበር፤ ስታረጅ ግን ሌላ ሰው ልብስህን አልብሶህ ወደማትፈልገው ቦታ ይወስድሃል፣ በዚያን ጊዜ አንተ እጅህን ከመዘርጋት ውጪ ሌላ ማድረግ የምትችለው ነገር አይኖርም» አለው።BSBBSB: Truly, truly, I tell you, when you were young, you dressed yourself and walked where you wanted; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.”
19. 19ULBኢየሱስ ይህን የተናገረው ጴጥሮስ በምን ዓይነት አሟሟት እግዚአብሔርን እንደሚያከብር ለማመልከት ነው። ከዚያም ኢየሱስ ጴጥሮስን፣ «ተከተለኝ» አለው።BSBBSB: Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. And after He had said this, He told him, “Follow Me.”
20. 20ULBጴጥሮስም ዞር ብሎ በፋሲካ እራት ላይ እያሉ ወደ ኢየሱስ ደረት ጠጋ ብሎ፣ «አሳልፎ የሚስጥህ ማን ነው?» ብሎ የጠየቀውንና ኢየሱስ ይወደው የነበረውን ደቀ መዝሙር ሲከተላቸው አየው።BSBBSB: Peter turned and saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following them. He was the one who had leaned back against Jesus at the supper to ask, “Lord, who is going to betray You?”
21. 21ULBጴጥሮስ ኢየሱስን፣ «ጌታ ሆይ፣ ይህ ሰውስ ምን ይሆናል?» አለው።BSBBSB: When Peter saw him, he asked, “Lord, what about him?”
22. 22ULBኢየሱስ፣ «እኔ እስክመጣ እንዲቆይ ብፈልግስ አንተን ምን ይመለከትሃል? ዝም ብለህ ተከተለኝ» አለው።BSBBSB: Jesus answered, “If I want him to remain until I return, what is that to you? You follow Me!”
23. 23ULBበዚህ ምክንያት «ያ ደቀ መዝሙር አይሞትም» የሚል ወሬ በየ ስፍራው ተሠራጨ። ኢየሱስ ግን ለጴጥሮስ፣ «እኔ እስክመጣ እንዲቆይ ብፈልግስ አንተን ምን ይመለከትሃል?» አለው እንጂ ያ ደቀ መዝሙር አይሞትም አላለውም።BSBBSB: Because of this, the rumor spread among the brothers that this disciple would not die. However, Jesus did not say that he would not die, but only, “If I want him to remain until I return, what is that to you?”
24. 24ULBስለ እነዚህ ነገሮች የመሰከረውና የጻፈው ይህ ደቀ መዝሙር ነው፣ ምስክርነቱም እውነት እንደ ሆነ እናውቃለን።BSBBSB: This is the disciple who testifies to these things and who has written them down. And we know that his testimony is true.
25. 25ULBከእነዚህ ሌላ ኢየሱስ ያደረጋቸው ብዙ ነገሮች አሉ። እያንዳንዱ ነገር ቢጻፍ ኖሮ ለሚጻፉት መጻሕፍት ማስቀመጫ ዓለም እንኳ የሚበቃ አይመስለኝም።BSBBSB: There are many more things that Jesus did. If all of them were written down, I suppose that not even the world itself would have space for the books that would be written.
