3 ULB መተላለፌን ዐውቃለሁና ኃጢአቴም ዘወትር በፊቴ ነው፡፡ BSB BSB: For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me.
4 ULB አንተን፣ በእርግጥ አንተን ብቻ በደልሁ ስትናገር ትክክል ነህ፤ ስትፈርድም ትክክል ነህ፡፡ BSB BSB: Against You, You only, have I sinned and done what is evil in Your sight, so that You may be proved right when You speak and blameless when You judge.
6 ULB እነሆ፣ አንተ ልቤ ውስጥ እውነትን ትሻለህ ስለዚህ ጥልቅ ጥበብን በውስጤ አስተምረኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Surely You desire truth in the inmost being; You teach me wisdom in the inmost place.
7 ULB በሂሶጵ እርጨኝ እኔም እነጻለሁ፡፡ እጠበኝ፤ ከበረዶም ይልቅ እነጻለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: Purify me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.
8 ULB ያደቀቅሃቸው አጥንቶቼ ደስ እንዲላቸው ደስታንና ሐሤትን አሰማኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones You have crushed rejoice.
9 ULB ፊትህን ከኃጢአቴ መልስ፣ በደሌን ሁሉ ደምስስልኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Hide Your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquities.
10 ULB አምላኬ ሆይ፣ ንጹሕ ልብን ፍጠርልኝ ቀና የሆነውንም መንፈስ በውስጤ አድስ BSB BSB: Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
11 ULB ከፊትህ አትጣለኝ ቅዱስ መንፈስህንም ከእኔ አትውሰድብኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Cast me not away from Your presence; take not Your Holy Spirit from me.
12 ULB የማዳንህን ደስታ መልስልኝ በእሺታ መንፈስም ደግፈኝ ያዘኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and sustain me with a willing spirit.
13 ULB በዚያ ጊዜ፣ ለሕግ ተላላፊዎች መንገድህን አስተምራለሁ፡፡ ኃጢአተኞችም ወደ አንተ ይመለሳሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners will return to You.
14 ULB የድነቴ አምላክ ሆይ፣ ደም አፍሳሽነቴን ይቅር በል አንደበቴም በደስታ ስለ ጽድቅህ በእልልታ ይዘምራል፡፡ BSB BSB: Deliver me from bloodguilt, O God, the God of my salvation, and my tongue will sing of Your righteousness.
15 ULB ጌታ ሆይ፣ ከንፈሮቼን ክፈት አፌም ምስጋናህን ያውጃል፡፡ BSB BSB: O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare Your praise.
16 ULB መሥዋዕትን ብትወድ ኖሮ፣ እሰጥህ ነበር፤ የሚቃጠል መሥዋዕትም ደስ አያሰኝህም፡፡ BSB BSB: For You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; You take no pleasure in burnt offerings.
17 ULB የእግዚአብሔር መሥዋዕት የተሰበረ መንፈስ ነው አንተ፣ የተሰበረውን የተዋረደውን መንፈስ አትንቅም፡፡ BSB BSB: The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.
18 ULB በበጐነትህ ለጽዮን መልካም አድርግ የኢየሩሳሌምንም ቅጥሮች ሥራ፡፡ BSB BSB: In Your good pleasure, cause Zion to prosper; build up the walls of Jerusalem.
19 ULB በዚያ ጊዜ የጽድቅ መሥዋዕት፣ የሚቃጠል መሥዋዕትና ፈጽሞ የሚቃጠል መሥዋዕት ደስ ያሰኝሃል፡፡ እኛም በመሠዊያህ ላይ እንደ ገና ኮርማዎችን እናቀርባለን፡፡ BSB BSB: Then You will delight in righteous sacrifices, in whole burnt offerings; then bulls will be offered on Your altar.
