1 ULB ያህዌ ሆይ፣ አንተን መጠጊያ አደረግሁ ፈጽሞ አልፈር፡፡ BSB BSB: In You, O LORD, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame.
2 ULB በጽድቅህ ታደገኝ አስጥለኝም ጆሮህን ወደ እኔ አዘንብል አድነኝም፡፡ BSB BSB: In Your justice, rescue and deliver me; incline Your ear and save me.
3 ULB በምሄድበት ቦታ ሁሉ አንተ መጠጊያ ዐምባ ሁነኝ፡፡ አንተ ዐለቴ፣ ምሽጌ ነህና እኔን ለማዳን ትእዛዝ ከአንተ ይውጣ፡፡ BSB BSB: Be my rock of refuge, where I can always go. Give the command to save me, for You are my rock and my fortress.
4 ULB አምላኬ ሆይ፣ ከዐመፀኛ ርኅራኄ ከሌለው ከጨካኝ እጅ ታደገኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Deliver me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the grasp of the unjust and ruthless.
5 ULB ጌታ ያህዌ ሆይ፣ አንተ ተስፋዬ ነህና ከልጅነቴ ጀምሮ በአንተ ታምኛለሁና፡፡ BSB BSB: For You are my hope, O Lord GOD, my confidence from my youth.
6 ULB ከተወለድሁ ጀምሮ በአንተ ተደገፍሁ ከእናቴ ማሕፀን ያወጣኸኝም አንተ ነህ ምስጋናዬ ዘወትር ለአንተ ነው፡፡ BSB BSB: I have leaned on You since birth; You pulled me from my mother’s womb. My praise is always for You.
7 ULB አንተ ብርቱ መጠጊያየ ስለሆንህልኝ ሕይወቴ ለብዙዎች ምሳሌ ሆነ፡፡ BSB BSB: I have become a portent to many, but You are my strong refuge.
8 ULB አፌ በምስጋናህ ተሞልቶአል ስለ ክብርህም ቀኑን ሙሉ እናገራለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: My mouth is filled with Your praise and with Your splendor all day long.
9 ULB በእርጅና ዘመኔ አትጣለኝ ጉልበቴም በደከመ ጊዜ አትተወኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Do not discard me in my old age; do not forsake me when my strength fails.
10 ULB ጠላቶቼ ተነጋግረውብኛልና ሕይወቴን ማጥፋት የሚፈልጉም በእኔ በአንድነት አሢረዋል፡፡ BSB BSB: For my enemies speak against me, and those who lie in wait for my life conspire,
11 ULB እነርሱም፣ «እግዚአብሔር ትቶታል፣ የሚያስጥለው የለምና ተከታትላችሁ ያዙት» አሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: saying, “God has forsaken him; pursue him and seize him, for there is no one to rescue him.”
12 ULB አምላክ ሆይ፣ ከእኔ አትራቅ፣ አምላኬ ሆይ፣ እኔን ለማዳን ፍጠን፡፡ BSB BSB: Be not far from me, O God. Hurry, O my God, to help me.
13 ULB ተቃዋሚዎቼ ይፈሩ፤ ይጥፉም ሊጐዱኝ የሚፈልጉ ይፈሩ ይዋረዱም፡፡ BSB BSB: May the accusers of my soul be ashamed and consumed; may those who seek my harm be covered with scorn and disgrace.
14 ULB እኔ ግን ዘወትር አንተን ተስፋ አደርጋለሁ በምስጋና ላይ ምስጋና አቀርብልሃለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: But I will always hope and will praise You more and more.
15 ULB ምንም እንኳ ማስተዋል ቢያዳግተኝ አንደበቴ ዘወትር ስለ ጽድቅህና ስለ ማዳንህ ይናገራል፡፡ BSB BSB: My mouth will declare Your righteousness and Your salvation all day long, though I cannot know their full measure.
16 ULB መጥቼ የጌታ ያህዌን ብርቱ ሥራ ዐውጃለሁ የአንተን ጽድቅ ብቻ እናገራለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: I will come in the strength of the Lord GOD; I will proclaim Your righteousness—Yours alone.
17 ULB እግዚአብሔር ሆይ፣ አንተ ከልጅነቴ ጀምረህ አስተማርኸኝ እኔም እስከ ዛሬ ድረስ ድንቅ ሥራህን እናገራለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: O God, You have taught me from my youth, and to this day I proclaim Your marvelous deeds.
18 ULB አምላክ ሆይ፣ ሳረጅና ስሸብትም አትተወኝ እኔም ኃያልነትህን ለመጪው ትውልድ ብርታህንም ኃላ ለሚነሣ ሕዝብ እናገራለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, O God, until I proclaim Your power to the next generation, Your might to all who are to come.
19 ULB አምላክ ሆይ፣ ጽድቅህ እስከ ሰማያት ከፍ ያለ ነው አንተ ታላላቅ ነገሮችን አድርገሃል አምላክ ሆይ፣ እንደ አንተ ያለ ማን ነው? BSB BSB: Your righteousness reaches to the heavens, O God, You who have done great things. Who, O God, is like You?
20 ULB ብዙ ችግርና መከራ ብታሳየኝም ሕይወቴን እንደ ገና ታድሳለህ፡፡ ከምድር ጥልቅም እንደ ገና ታወጣኛለህ BSB BSB: Though You have shown me many troubles and misfortunes, You will revive me once again. Even from the depths of the earth You will bring me back up.
21 ULB ክብሬን ትጨምራለህ ተመልሰህም ታጽናናኛለህ፡፡ BSB BSB: You will increase my honor and comfort me once again.
22 ULB አምላኬ ሆይ፣ ስለ ታማኝነትህ በበገና አመሰግንሃለሁ፤ የእስራኤል ቅዱስ ሆይ፣ በመሰንቆ እዘምርልሃለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: So I will praise You with the harp for Your faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praise to You with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel.
23 ULB ለአንተ የምስጋና መዝሙር ሳቀርብ፣ ከንፈሮቼ በደስታ ይሞላሉ አንተ ያዳንሃት ነፍሴም እልል ትላለች፡፡ BSB BSB: When I sing praise to You my lips will shout for joy, along with my soul, which You have redeemed.
24 ULB አንደበቴ ቀኑን ሙሉ ስለ ጽድቅህ ያወራል፤ የእኔን መጐዳት የሚፈልጉ አፍረዋልና ተዋርደዋልምና፡፡ BSB BSB: My tongue will indeed proclaim Your righteousness all day long, for those who seek my harm are disgraced and confounded.
