1 ULB እግዚአብአብሔር ሆይ፣ ለንጉሡ ትክክለኛ ፍርድን ለንጉሡም ልጅ ጽድቅህን ስጠው፡፡ BSB BSB: Of Solomon. Endow the king with Your justice, O God, and the son of the king with Your righteousness.
2 ULB እርሱም ሕዝብህን በጽድቅ፣ ይዳኛል ለተቸገሩትም በትክክል ይፈርዳል፡፡ BSB BSB: May he judge Your people with righteousness and Your afflicted with justice.
3 ULB ተራሮች ሰላምን፣ ኮረብቶችም የጽድቅን ፍሬ ያመጣሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: May the mountains bring peace to the people, and the hills bring righteousness.
4 ULB ለተቸገረው ሕዝብ ይሟገታል የችግረኞችን ልጆች ያድናል ጨቋኙንም ያደቀዋል፡፡ BSB BSB: May he vindicate the afflicted among the people; may he save the children of the needy and crush the oppressor.
5 ULB ፀሐይ እስካለች ድረስ፣ ጨረቃም እስከምትኖርበት ከትውልድ እስከ ትውልድ ድረስ፣ አንተን ያከብራሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: May they fear him as long as the sun shines, as long as the moon remains, through all generations.
6 ULB በታጨደ መስክ ላይ እንደሚዘንብ ዝናብ ይውረድ እንደ ካፊያም ምድርን ያረስርስ፡፡ BSB BSB: May he be like rain that falls on freshly cut grass, like spring showers that water the earth.
7 ULB በዘመኑ ጽድቅ ይስፈን ጨረቃም ብርሃንዋ በምትሰጥበት ዘመን ሁሉ ብርልጽግና ይብዛለት፡፡ BSB BSB: May the righteous flourish in his days and prosperity abound until the moon is no more.
8 ULB ግዛቱም ከባሕር እስከ ባሕር ከታላቁም ወንዝ እስከ ምድር ዳርቻ ይሁን፡፡ BSB BSB: May he rule from sea to sea, and from the Euphrates to the ends of the earth.
9 ULB በምድረ በዳ የሚኖሩ በፊቱ ይስገዱ ጠላቶቹም ወደ መሬት ወድቀው ትቢያ ይላሱ፡፡ BSB BSB: May the nomads bow before him, and his enemies lick the dust.
10 ULB የተርሴስ ነገሥታትና ደሴቶች ስጦታ ያምጡለት የሳባና የዐረብ ነገሥታት እጅ መንሻ ያቅርቡለት፡፡ BSB BSB: May the kings of Tarshish and distant shores bring tribute; may the kings of Sheba and Seba offer gifts.
11 ULB ነገሥታት ሁሉ ይስገዱለት ሕዝቦችም ሁሉ ያገልግሉት፡፡ BSB BSB: May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him.
12 ULB ወደ እርሱ የሚጮኸውን ችግረኛ ሌላ ረዳት የሌለውን ድኻ ይረዳልና፡፡ BSB BSB: For he will deliver the needy who cry out and the afflicted who have no helper.
13 ULB ለድኻና ለችግረኛ ይራራል ምስኪኖችንም ከሞት ያድናል፡፡ BSB BSB: He will take pity on the poor and needy and save the lives of the oppressed.
14 ULB ሕይወታቸውን ከጭቆናና ከግፍ ያድናል ደማቸውም በፊቱ የከበረ ነው፡፡ BSB BSB: He will redeem them from oppression and violence, for their blood is precious in his sight.
15 ULB ዕድሜው ይርዘም፤ ከዐረብ ወርቅ ይምጣለት፤ ዘወትር ይጸልዩለት የእግዚአብሔር በረከት አይለየው፡፡ BSB BSB: Long may he live! May gold from Sheba be given him. May people ever pray for him; may they bless him all day long.
16 ULB በምድሪቱ እህል ይትረፍረፍ በተራሮች አናት ያለው ሰብል ይወዛወዝ፡፡ ፍሬው እንደ ሊባኖስ ይንዠርገግ፤ በከተማ ያለውም ሕዝብ እንደ ሜዳ ሣር ይብዛ፡፡ BSB BSB: May there be an abundance of grain in the land; may it sway atop the hills. May its fruit trees flourish like the forests of Lebanon, the people of its cities like the grass of the field.
17 ULB ስሙ ለዘላለም ጸንቶ ይኑር ዝናውም ፀሐይ በሚወጣበት ዘመን ሁሉ ይሰማ፤ ሕዝቦች በእርሱ ይባረኩ ሰዎች ሁሉ ቡሩክ ነህ ይበሉት፡፡ BSB BSB: May his name endure forever; may his name continue as long as the sun shines. In him may all nations be blessed; may they call him blessed.
18 ULB ብቻውን ድንቅ የሚያደርግ የእስራኤል አምላክ ያህዌ ይባረክ፡፡ BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.
19 ULB ክቡር ስሙ ለዘላለም ይባረክ ምድር ሁሉ በክብሩ ትሞላ፡፡ አሜን፤ አሜን BSB BSB: And blessed be His glorious name forever; may all the earth be filled with His glory. Amen and amen.
20 ULB የእሴይ ልጅ የዳዊት ጸሎት እዚህ ላይ ተፈጸመ። BSB BSB: Thus conclude the prayers of David son of Jesse.
