1 GLT وَبَنْيَامِينُ وَلَدَ: بَالَعَ بِكْرَهُ، وَأَشْبِيلَ ٱلثَّانِي، وَأَخْرَخَ ٱلثَّالِثَ، BSB BSB: Benjamin was the father of Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, Aharah the third,
2 GLT وَنُوحَةَ ٱلرَّابِعَ، وَرَافَا ٱلْخَامِسَ. BSB BSB: Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.
3 GLT وَكَانَ بَنُو بَالَعَ: أَدَّارَ وَجَيْرَا وَأَبِيهُودَ BSB BSB: The sons of Bela: Addar, Gera, Abihud,
4 GLT وَأَبِيشُوعَ وَنُعْمَانَ وَأَخُوخَ BSB BSB: Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah,
5 GLT وَحَيْرَا وَشَفُوفَانَ وَحُورَامَ. BSB BSB: Gera, Shephuphan, and Huram.
6 GLT وَهَؤُلَاءِ بَنُو آحُودَ. هَؤُلَاءِ رُؤُوسُ آبَاءِ سُكَّانِ جَبْعَ، وَنَقَلُوهُمْ إِلَى مَنَاحَةَ، BSB BSB: These were the descendants of Ehud who were the heads of the families living in Geba and were exiled to Manahath:
7 GLT أَيْ: نُعْمَانُ وَأَخِيَا. وَجَيْرَا هُوَ نَقَلَهُمْ، وَوَلَدَ: عُزَّا وَأَخِيحُودَ. BSB BSB: Naaman, Ahijah, and Gera, who carried them into exile and who was the father of Uzza and Ahihud.
8 GLT وَشَحْرَايِمُ وَلَدَ فِي بِلَادِ مُوآبَ بَعْدَ إِطْلَاقِهِ ٱمْرَأَتَيْهِ حُوشِيمَ وَبَعْرَا. BSB BSB: Shaharaim had sons in the country of Moab after he had divorced his wives Hushim and Baara.
9 GLT وَوَلَدَ مِنْ خُودَشَ ٱمْرَأَتِهِ: يُوبَابَ وَظِبْيَا وَمَيْشَا وَمَلْكَامَ BSB BSB: His sons by his wife Hodesh: Jobab, Zibia, Mesha, Malcam,
10 GLT وَيَعُوصَ وَشَبْيَا وَمِرْمَةَ. هَؤُلَاءِ بَنُو رُؤُوسِ آبَاءٍ. BSB BSB: Jeuz, Sachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of families.
11 GLT وَمِنْ حُوشِيمَ وَلَدَ: أَبِيطُوبَ وَأَلْفَعَلَ. BSB BSB: He also had sons by Hushim: Abitub and Elpaal.
12 GLT وَبَنُو أَلْفَعَلَ: عَابِرُ وَمِشْعَامُ وَشَامِرُ، وَهُوَ بَنَى أُونُوَ وَلُودَ وَقُرَاهَا. BSB BSB: The sons of Elpaal: Eber, Misham, Shemed (who built Ono and Lod with its villages),
13 GLT وَبَرِيعَةُ وَشَمَعُ. هُمَا رَأْسَا آبَاءٍ لِسُكَّانِ أَيَّلُونَ، وَهُمَا طَرَدَا سُكَّانَ جَتَّ. BSB BSB: and Beriah and Shema (who were the heads of families living in Aijalon and who drove out the inhabitants of Gath).
14 GLT وَأَخِيُو وَشَاشَقُ وَيَرِيمُوتُ BSB BSB: Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth,
15 GLT وَزَبَدْيَا وَعَرَادُ وَعَادَرُ BSB BSB: Zebadiah, Arad, Eder,
16 GLT وَمِيخَائِيلُ وَيِشْفَةُ وَيُوخَا، أَبْنَاءُ بَرِيعَةَ. BSB BSB: Michael, Ishpah, and Joha were the sons of Beriah.
17 GLT وَزَبَدْيَا وَمَشُلَّامُ وَحَزْقِي وَحَابِرُ BSB BSB: Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber,
18 GLT وَيِشْمَرَايُ وَيَزَلْيَاهُ وَيُوبَابُ، أَبْنَاءُ أَلْفَعَلَ. BSB BSB: Ishmerai, Izliah, and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.
19 GLT وَيَاقِيمُ وَزِكْرِي وَزَبْدِي BSB BSB: Jakim, Zichri, Zabdi,
20 GLT وَأَلِيعِينَايُ وَصِلَّتَايُ وَإِيلِيئِيلُ BSB BSB: Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel,
21 GLT وَعَدَايَا وَبَرَايَا وَشِمْرَةُ، أَبْنَاءُ شِمْعِي. BSB BSB: Adaiah, Beraiah, and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.
22 GLT وَيِشْفَانُ وَعَابِرُ وَإِيلِيئِيلُ BSB BSB: Ishpan, Eber, Eliel,
23 GLT وَعَبْدُونُ وَزِكْرِي وَحَانَانُ BSB BSB: Abdon, Zichri, Hanan,
24 GLT وَحَنَنْيَا وَعِيلَامُ وَعَنَثُوثِيَا BSB BSB: Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah,
25 GLT وَيَفَدْيَا وَفَنُوئِيلُ، أَبْنَاءُ شَاشَقَ. BSB BSB: Iphdeiah, and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.
26 GLT وَشِمْشَرَايُ وَشَحَرْيَا وَعَثَلْيَا BSB BSB: Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah,
27 GLT وَيَعْرَشْيَا وَإِيلِيَّا وَزِكْرِي، أَبْنَاءُ يَرُوحَامَ. BSB BSB: Jaareshiah, Elijah, and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham.
28 GLT هَؤُلَاءِ رُؤُوسُ آبَاءٍ. حَسَبَ مَوَالِيدِهِمْ رُؤُوسٌ. هَؤُلَاءِ سَكَنُوا فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ. BSB BSB: All these were heads of families, the chiefs according to their genealogies, and they lived in Jerusalem.
29 GLT وَفِي جِبْعُونَ سَكَنَ أَبُو جِبْعُونَ، وَٱسْمُ ٱمْرَأَتِهِ مَعْكَةُ. BSB BSB: Jeiel the father of Gibeon lived in Gibeon. His wife’s name was Maacah,
30 GLT وَٱبْنُهُ ٱلْبِكْرُ عَبْدُونُ، ثُمَّ صُورُ وَقَيْسُ وَبَعَلُ وَنَادَابُ، BSB BSB: and Abdon was his firstborn son, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab,
31 GLT وَجَدُورُ وَأَخِيُو وَزَاكِرُ. BSB BSB: Gedor, Ahio, Zecher,
32 GLT وَمِقْلُوثُ وَلَدَ شَمَاةَ. وَهُمْ أَيْضًا مَعَ إِخْوَتِهِمْ سَكَنُوا فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ مُقَابِلَ إِخْوَتِهِمْ. BSB BSB: and Mikloth, who was the father of Shimeah. They too lived alongside their relatives in Jerusalem.
33 GLT وَنِيرُ وَلَدَ قَيْسَ، وَقَيْسُ وَلَدَ شَاوُلَ، وَشَاوُلُ وَلَدَ يَهُونَاثَانَ وَمَلْكِيشُوعَ وَأَبِينَادَابَ وَإِشْبَعَلَ. BSB BSB: Ner was the father of Kish, Kish was the father of Saul, and Saul was the father of Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Esh-baal.
34 GLT وَٱبْنُ يَهُوُنَاثَانَ مَرِيبْبَعَلُ، وَمَرِيبْبَعَلُ وَلَدَ مِيخَا. BSB BSB: The son of Jonathan: Merib-baal, and Merib-baal was the father of Micah.
35 GLT وَبَنُو مِيخَا: فِيثُونُ وَمَالِكُ وَتَارِيعُ وَآحَازُ. BSB BSB: The sons of Micah: Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz.
36 GLT وَآحَازُ وَلَدَ يَهُوعَدَّةَ، وَيَهُوعَدَّةُ وَلَدَ عَلْمَثَ وَعَزْمُوتَ وَزِمْرِيَ. وَزِمْرِيُ وَلَدَ مُوصَا، BSB BSB: Ahaz was the father of Jehoaddah, Jehoaddah was the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri, and Zimri was the father of Moza.
37 GLT وَمُوصَا وَلَدَ بِنْعَةَ، وَرَافَةَ ٱبْنَهُ، وَأَلِعَاسَةَ ٱبْنَهُ، وَآصِيلَ ٱبْنَهُ. BSB BSB: Moza was the father of Binea. Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, and Azel his son.
38 GLT وَلِآصِيلَ سِتَّةُ بَنِينَ وَهَذِهِ أَسْمَاؤُهُمْ: عَزْرِيقَامُ وَبُكْرُو وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ وَشَعَرْيَا وَعُوبَدْيَا وَحَانَانُ. كُلُّ هَؤُلَاءِ بَنُو آصِيلَ. BSB BSB: Azel had six sons, and these were their names: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
39 GLT وَبَنُو عَاشِقَ أَخِيهِ: أُولَامُ بِكْرُهُ، وَيَعُوشُ ٱلثَّانِي، وَأَلِيفَلَطُ ٱلثَّالِثُ. BSB BSB: The sons of his brother Eshek: Ulam was his firstborn, Jeush second, and Eliphelet third.
40 GLT وَكَانَ بَنُو أُولَامَ رِجَالًا جَبَابِرَةَ بَأْسٍ يُغْرِقُونَ فِي ٱلْقِسِيِّ، كَثِيرِي ٱلْبَنِينَ وَبَنِي ٱلْبَنِينَ مِئَةً وَخَمْسِينَ. كُلُّ هَؤُلَاءِ مِنْ بَنِي بَنْيَامِينَ. BSB BSB: The sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and they had many sons and grandsons—150 in all. All these were the descendants of Benjamin.
