1 GLT أَحْبَبْتُ لِأَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ يَسْمَعُ صَوْتِي، تَضَرُّعَاتِي. BSB BSB: I love the LORD, for He has heard my voice—my appeal for mercy.
2 GLT لِأَنَّهُ أَمَالَ أُذْنَهُ إِلَيَّ فَأَدْعُوهُ مُدَّةَ حَيَاتِي. BSB BSB: Because He has inclined His ear to me, I will call on Him as long as I live.
3 GLT ٱكْتَنَفَتْنِي حِبَالُ ٱلْمَوْتِ. أَصَابَتْنِي شَدَائِدُ ٱلْهَاوِيَةِ. كَابَدْتُ ضِيقًا وَحُزْنًا. BSB BSB: The ropes of death entangled me; the anguish of Sheol overcame me; I was confronted by trouble and sorrow.
4 GLT وَبِٱسْمِ ٱلرَّبِّ دَعَوْتُ: «آهِ يَا رَبُّ، نَجِّ نَفْسِي!». BSB BSB: Then I called on the name of the LORD: “O LORD, deliver my soul!”
5 GLT ٱلرَّبُّ حَنَّانٌ وَصِدِّيقٌ، وَإِلَهُنَا رَحِيمٌ. BSB BSB: The LORD is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.
6 GLT ٱلرَّبُّ حَافِظُ ٱلْبُسَطَاءِ. تَذَلَّلْتُ فَخَلَّصَنِي. BSB BSB: The LORD preserves the simplehearted; I was helpless, and He saved me.
7 GLT ٱرْجِعِي يَا نَفْسِي إِلَى رَاحَتِكِ، لِأَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ قَدْ أَحْسَنَ إِلَيْكِ. BSB BSB: Return to your rest, O my soul, for the LORD has been good to you.
8 GLT لِأَنَّكَ أَنْقَذْتَ نَفْسِي مِنَ ٱلْمَوْتِ، وَعَيْنِي مِنَ ٱلدَّمْعَةِ، وَرِجْلَيَّ مِنَ ٱلزَّلَقِ. BSB BSB: For You have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.
9 GLT أَسْلُكُ قُدَّامَ ٱلرَّبِّ فِي أَرْضِ ٱلْأَحْيَاءِ. BSB BSB: I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.
10 GLT آمَنْتُ لِذَلِكَ تَكَلَّمْتُ: «أَنَا تَذَلَّلْتُ جِدًّا». BSB BSB: I believed, therefore I said, “I am greatly afflicted.”
11 GLT أَنَا قُلْتُ فِي حَيْرَتِي: «كُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ كَاذِبٌ». BSB BSB: In my alarm I said, “All men are liars!”
12 GLT مَاذَا أَرُدُّ لِلرَّبِّ مِنْ أَجْلِ كُلِّ حَسَنَاتِهِ لِي؟ BSB BSB: How can I repay the LORD for all His goodness to me?
13 GLT كَأْسَ ٱلْخَلَاصِ أَتَنَاوَلُ، وَبِٱسْمِ ٱلرَّبِّ أَدْعُو. BSB BSB: I will lift the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD.
14 GLT أُوفِي نُذُورِي لِلرَّبِّ مُقَابِلَ كُلِّ شَعْبِهِ. BSB BSB: I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all His people.
15 GLT عَزِيزٌ فِي عَيْنَيِ ٱلرَّبِّ مَوْتُ أَتْقِيَائِهِ. BSB BSB: Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints.
16 GLT آهِ يَا رَبُّ، لِأَنِّي عَبْدُكَ! أَنَا عَبْدُكَ ٱبْنُ أَمَتِكَ. حَلَلْتَ قُيُودِي. BSB BSB: Truly, O LORD, I am Your servant; I am Your servant, the son of Your maidservant; You have broken my bonds.
17 GLT فَلَكَ أَذْبَحُ ذَبِيحَةَ حَمْدٍ، وَبِٱسْمِ ٱلرَّبِّ أَدْعُو. BSB BSB: I will offer to You a sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the LORD.
18 GLT أُوفِي نُذُورِي لِلرَّبِّ مُقَابِلَ شَعْبِهِ، BSB BSB: I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all His people,
19 GLT فِي دِيَارِ بَيْتِ ٱلرَّبِّ، فِي وَسَطِكِ يَا أُورُشَلِيمُ. هَلِّلُويَا. BSB BSB: in the courts of the LORD’s house, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Hallelujah!
