1 GLT طُوبَى لِلْكَامِلِينَ طَرِيقًا، ٱلسَّالِكِينَ فِي شَرِيعَةِ ٱلرَّبِّ. BSB BSB: Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the Law of the LORD.
2 GLT طُوبَى لِحَافِظِي شَهَادَاتِهِ. مِنْ كُلِّ قُلُوبِهِمْ يَطْلُبُونَهُ. BSB BSB: Blessed are those who keep His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart.
3 GLT أَيْضًا لَا يَرْتَكِبُونَ إِثْمًا. فِي طُرُقِهِ يَسْلُكُونَ. BSB BSB: They do no iniquity; they walk in His ways.
4 GLT أَنْتَ أَوْصَيْتَ بِوَصَايَاكَ أَنْ تُحْفَظَ تَمَامًا. BSB BSB: You have ordained Your precepts, that we should keep them diligently.
5 GLT لَيْتَ طُرُقِي تُثَبَّتُ فِي حِفْظِ فَرَائِضِكَ. BSB BSB: Oh, that my ways were committed to keeping Your statutes!
6 GLT حِينَئِذٍ لَا أَخْزَى إِذَا نَظَرْتُ إِلَى كُلِّ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: Then I would not be ashamed when I consider all Your commandments.
7 GLT أَحْمَدُكَ بِٱسْتِقَامَةِ قَلْبٍ عِنْدَ تَعَلُّمِي أَحْكَامَ عَدْلِكَ. BSB BSB: I will praise You with an upright heart when I learn Your righteous judgments.
8 GLT وَصَايَاكَ أَحْفَظُ. لَا تَتْرُكْنِي إِلَى ٱلْغَايَةِ. ب BSB BSB: I will keep Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.
9 GLT بِمَ يُزَكِّي ٱلشَّابُّ طَرِيقَهُ؟ بِحِفْظِهِ إِيَّاهُ حَسَبَ كَلَامِكَ. BSB BSB: How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word.
10 GLT بِكُلِّ قَلْبِي طَلَبْتُكَ. لَا تُضِلَّنِي عَنْ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: With all my heart I have sought You; do not let me stray from Your commandments.
11 GLT خَبَأْتُ كَلَامَكَ فِي قَلْبِي لِكَيْلَا أُخْطِئَ إِلَيْكَ. BSB BSB: I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You.
12 GLT مُبَارَكٌ أَنْتَ يَا رَبُّ. عَلِّمْنِي فَرَائِضَكَ. BSB BSB: Blessed are You, O LORD; teach me Your statutes.
13 GLT بِشَفَتَيَّ حَسَبْتُ كُلَّ أَحْكَامِ فَمِكَ. BSB BSB: With my lips I proclaim all the judgments of Your mouth.
14 GLT بِطَرِيقِ شَهَادَاتِكَ فَرِحْتُ كَمَا عَلَى كُلِّ ٱلْغِنَى. BSB BSB: I rejoice in the way of Your testimonies as much as in all riches.
15 GLT بِوَصَايَاكَ أَلْهَجُ، وَأُلَاحِظُ سُبُلَكَ. BSB BSB: I will meditate on Your precepts and regard Your ways.
16 GLT بِفَرَائِضِكَ أَتَلَذَّذُ. لَا أَنْسَى كَلَامَكَ. ج BSB BSB: I will delight in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word.
17 GLT أَحْسِنْ إِلَى عَبْدِكَ، فَأَحْيَا وَأَحْفَظَ أَمْرَكَ. BSB BSB: Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word.
18 GLT ٱكْشِفْ عَنْ عَيْنَيَّ فَأَرَى عَجَائِبَ مِنْ شَرِيعَتِكَ. BSB BSB: Open my eyes that I may see wondrous things from Your law.
19 GLT غَرِيبٌ أَنَا فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ. لَا تُخْفِ عَنِّي وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: I am a stranger on the earth; do not hide Your commandments from me.
20 GLT ٱنْسَحَقَتْ نَفْسِي شَوْقًا إِلَى أَحْكَامِكَ فِي كُلِّ حِينٍ. BSB BSB: My soul is consumed with longing for Your judgments at all times.
21 GLT ٱنْتَهَرْتَ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ ٱلْمَلَاعِينَ ٱلضَّالِّينَ عَنْ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: You rebuke the arrogant—the cursed who stray from Your commandments.
22 GLT دَحْرِجْ عَنِّي ٱلْعَارَ وَٱلْإِهَانَةَ، لِأَنِّي حَفِظْتُ شَهَادَاتِكَ. BSB BSB: Remove my scorn and contempt, for I have kept Your testimonies.
23 GLT جَلَسَ أَيْضًا رُؤَسَاءُ، تَقَاوَلُوا عَلَيَّ. أَمَّا عَبْدُكَ فَيُنَاجِي بِفَرَائِضِكَ. BSB BSB: Though rulers sit and slander me, Your servant meditates on Your statutes.
24 GLT أَيْضًا شَهَادَاتُكَ هِيَ لَذَّتِي، أَهْلُ مَشُورَتِي. د BSB BSB: Your testimonies are indeed my delight; they are my counselors.
25 GLT لَصِقَتْ بِٱلتُّرَابِ نَفْسِي، فَأَحْيِنِي حَسَبَ كَلِمَتِكَ. BSB BSB: My soul cleaves to the dust; revive me according to Your word.
26 GLT قَدْ صَرَّحْتُ بِطُرُقِي فَٱسْتَجَبْتَ لِي. عَلِّمْنِي فَرَائِضَكَ. BSB BSB: I recounted my ways, and You answered me; teach me Your statutes.
27 GLT طَرِيقَ وَصَايَاكَ فَهِّمْنِي، فَأُنَاجِيَ بِعَجَائِبِكَ. BSB BSB: Make clear to me the way of Your precepts; then I will meditate on Your wonders.
28 GLT قَطَرَتْ نَفْسِي مِنَ ٱلْحُزْنِ. أَقِمْنِي حَسَبَ كَلَامِكَ. BSB BSB: My soul melts with sorrow; strengthen me according to Your word.
29 GLT طَرِيقَ ٱلْكَذِبِ أَبْعِدْ عَنِّي، وَبِشَرِيعَتِكَ ٱرْحَمْنِي. BSB BSB: Remove me from the path of deceit and graciously grant me Your law.
30 GLT ٱخْتَرْتُ طَرِيقَ ٱلْحَقِّ. جَعَلْتُ أَحْكَامَكَ قُدَّامِي. BSB BSB: I have chosen the way of truth; I have set Your ordinances before me.
31 GLT لَصِقْتُ بِشَهَادَاتِكَ. يَا رَبُّ، لَا تُخْزِنِي. BSB BSB: I cling to Your testimonies, O LORD; let me not be put to shame.
32 GLT فِي طَرِيقِ وَصَايَاكَ أَجْرِي، لِأَنَّكَ تُرَحِّبُ قَلْبِي. ه BSB BSB: I run in the path of Your commandments, for You will enlarge my heart.
33 GLT عَلِّمْنِي يَا رَبُّ طَرِيقَ فَرَائِضِكَ، فَأَحْفَظَهَا إِلَى ٱلنِّهَايَةِ. BSB BSB: Teach me, O LORD, the way of Your statutes, and I will keep them to the end.
34 GLT فَهِّمْنِي فَأُلَاحِظَ شَرِيعَتَكَ، وَأَحْفَظَهَا بِكُلِّ قَلْبِي. BSB BSB: Give me understanding that I may obey Your law, and follow it with all my heart.
35 GLT دَرِّبْنِي فِي سَبِيلِ وَصَايَاكَ، لِأَنِّي بِهِ سُرِرْتُ. BSB BSB: Direct me in the path of Your commandments, for there I find delight.
36 GLT أَمِلْ قَلْبِي إِلَى شَهَادَاتِكَ، لَا إِلَى ٱلْمَكْسَبِ. BSB BSB: Turn my heart to Your testimonies and not to covetous gain.
37 GLT حَوِّلْ عَيْنَيَّ عَنِ ٱلنَّظَرِ إِلَى ٱلْبَاطِلِ. فِي طَرِيقِكَ أَحْيِنِي. BSB BSB: Turn my eyes away from worthless things; revive me with Your word.
38 GLT أَقِمْ لِعَبْدِكَ قَوْلَكَ ٱلَّذِي لِمُتَّقِيكَ. BSB BSB: Establish Your word to Your servant, to produce reverence for You.
39 GLT أَزِلْ عَارِي ٱلَّذِي حَذِرْتُ مِنْهُ، لِأَنَّ أَحْكَامَكَ طَيِّبَةٌ. BSB BSB: Turn away the disgrace I dread, for Your judgments are good.
40 GLT هَأَنَذَا قَدِ ٱشْتَهَيْتُ وَصَايَاكَ. بِعَدْلِكَ أَحْيِنِي. و BSB BSB: How I long for Your precepts! Revive me in Your righteousness.
41 GLT لِتَأْتِنِي رَحْمَتُكَ يَا رَبُّ، خَلَاصُكَ حَسَبَ قَوْلِكَ، BSB BSB: May Your loving devotion come to me, O LORD, Your salvation, according to Your promise.
42 GLT فَأُجَاوِبَ مُعَيِّرِي كَلِمَةً، لِأَنِّي ٱتَّكَلْتُ عَلَى كَلَامِكَ. BSB BSB: Then I can answer him who taunts, for I trust in Your word.
43 GLT وَلَا تَنْزِعْ مِنْ فَمِي كَلَامَ ٱلْحَقِّ كُلَّ ٱلنَّزْعِ، لِأَنِّي ٱنْتَظَرْتُ أَحْكَامَكَ. BSB BSB: Never take Your word of truth from my mouth, for I hope in Your judgments.
44 GLT فَأَحْفَظَ شَرِيعَتَكَ دَائِمًا، إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ وَٱلْأَبَدِ، BSB BSB: I will always obey Your law, forever and ever.
45 GLT وَأَتَمَشَّى فِي رَحْبٍ، لِأَنِّي طَلَبْتُ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: And I will walk in freedom, for I have sought Your precepts.
46 GLT وَأَتَكَلَّمُ بِشَهَادَاتِكَ قُدَّامَ مُلُوكٍ وَلَا أَخْزَى، BSB BSB: I will speak of Your testimonies before kings, and I will not be ashamed.
47 GLT وَأَتَلَذَّذُ بِوَصَايَاكَ ٱلَّتِي أَحْبَبْتُ. BSB BSB: I delight in Your commandments because I love them.
48 GLT وَأَرْفَعُ يَدَيَّ إِلَى وَصَايَاكَ ٱلَّتِي وَدِدْتُ، وَأُنَاجِي بِفَرَائِضِكَ. ز BSB BSB: I lift up my hands to Your commandments, which I love, and I meditate on Your statutes.
49 GLT اُذْكُرْ لِعَبْدِكَ ٱلْقَوْلَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلْتَنِي أَنْتَظِرُهُ. BSB BSB: Remember Your word to Your servant, upon which You have given me hope.
50 GLT هَذِهِ هِيَ تَعْزِيَتِي فِي مَذَلَّتِي، لِأَنَّ قَوْلَكَ أَحْيَانِي. BSB BSB: This is my comfort in affliction, that Your promise has given me life.
51 GLT ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُونَ ٱسْتَهْزَأُوا بِي إِلَى ٱلْغَايَةِ. عَنْ شَرِيعَتِكَ لَمْ أَمِلْ. BSB BSB: The arrogant utterly deride me, but I do not turn from Your law.
52 GLT تَذَكَّرْتُ أَحْكَامَكَ مُنْذُ ٱلدَّهْرِ يَا رَبُّ، فَتَعَزَّيْتُ. BSB BSB: I remember Your judgments of old, O LORD, and in them I find comfort.
53 GLT ٱلْحَمِيَّةُ أَخَذَتْنِي بِسَبَبِ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ تَارِكِي شَرِيعَتِكَ. BSB BSB: Rage has taken hold of me because of the wicked who reject Your law.
54 GLT تَرْنِيمَاتٍ صَارَتْ لِي فَرَائِضُكَ فِي بَيْتِ غُرْبَتِي. BSB BSB: Your statutes are songs to me in the house of my pilgrimage.
55 GLT ذَكَرْتُ فِي ٱللَّيْلِ ٱسْمَكَ يَا رَبُّ، وَحَفِظْتُ شَرِيعَتَكَ. BSB BSB: In the night, O LORD, I remember Your name, that I may keep Your law.
56 GLT هَذَا صَارَ لِي، لِأَنِّي حَفِظْتُ وَصَايَاكَ. ح BSB BSB: This is my practice, for I obey Your precepts.
57 GLT نَصِيبِي ٱلرَّبُّ، قُلْتُ لِحِفْظِ كَلَامِكَ. BSB BSB: The LORD is my portion; I have promised to keep Your words.
58 GLT تَرَضَّيْتُ وَجْهَكَ بِكُلِّ قَلْبِي. ٱرْحَمْنِي حَسَبَ قَوْلِكَ. BSB BSB: I have sought Your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to Your promise.
59 GLT تَفَكَّرْتُ فِي طُرُقِي، وَرَدَدْتُ قَدَمَيَّ إِلَى شَهَادَاتِكَ. BSB BSB: I considered my ways and turned my steps to Your testimonies.
60 GLT أَسْرَعْتُ وَلَمْ أَتَوَانَ لِحِفْظِ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: I hurried without hesitating to keep Your commandments.
61 GLT حِبَالُ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ ٱلْتَفَّتْ عَلَيَّ. أَمَّا شَرِيعَتُكَ فَلَمْ أَنْسَهَا. BSB BSB: Though the ropes of the wicked bind me, I do not forget Your law.
62 GLT فِي مُنْتَصَفِ ٱللَّيْلِ أَقُومُ لِأَحْمَدَكَ عَلَى أَحْكَامِ بِرِّكَ. BSB BSB: At midnight I rise to give You thanks for Your righteous judgments.
63 GLT رَفِيقٌ أَنَا لِكُلِّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَكَ وَلِحَافِظِي وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: I am a friend to all who fear You, and to those who keep Your precepts.
64 GLT رَحْمَتُكَ يَا رَبُّ قَدْ مَلَأَتِ ٱلْأَرْضَ. عَلِّمْنِي فَرَائِضَكَ. ط BSB BSB: The earth is filled with Your loving devotion, O LORD; teach me Your statutes.
65 GLT خَيْرًا صَنَعْتَ مَعَ عَبْدِكَ يَا رَبُّ حَسَبَ كَلَامِكَ. BSB BSB: You are good to Your servant, O LORD, according to Your word.
66 GLT ذَوْقًا صَالِحًا وَمَعْرِفَةً عَلِّمْنِي، لِأَنِّي بِوَصَايَاكَ آمَنْتُ. BSB BSB: Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in Your commandments.
67 GLT قَبْلَ أَنْ أُذَلَّلَ أَنَا ضَلَلْتُ، أَمَّا ٱلْآنَ فَحَفِظْتُ قَوْلَكَ. BSB BSB: Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I keep Your word.
68 GLT صَالِحٌ أَنْتَ وَمُحْسِنٌ. عَلِّمْنِي فَرَائِضَكَ. BSB BSB: You are good, and You do what is good; teach me Your statutes.
69 GLT ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُونَ قَدْ لَفَّقُوا عَلَيَّ كَذِبًا، أَمَّا أَنَا فَبِكُلِّ قَلْبِي أَحْفَظُ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies, I keep Your precepts with all my heart.
70 GLT سَمِنَ مِثْلَ ٱلشَّحْمِ قَلْبُهُمْ، أَمَّا أَنَا فَبِشَرِيعَتِكَ أَتَلَذَّذُ. BSB BSB: Their hearts are callous and insensitive, but I delight in Your law.
71 GLT خَيْرٌ لِي أَنِّي تَذَلَّلْتُ لِكَيْ أَتَعَلَّمَ فَرَائِضَكَ. BSB BSB: It was good for me to be afflicted, that I might learn Your statutes.
72 GLT شَرِيعَةُ فَمِكَ خَيْرٌ لِي مِنْ أُلُوفِ ذَهَبٍ وَفِضَّةٍ. ي BSB BSB: The law from Your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
73 GLT يَدَاكَ صَنَعَتَانِي وَأَنْشَأَتَانِي. فَهِّمْنِي فَأَتَعَلَّمَ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: Your hands have made me and fashioned me; give me understanding to learn Your commandments.
74 GLT مُتَّقُوكَ يَرَوْنَنِي فَيَفْرَحُونَ، لِأَنِّي ٱنْتَظَرْتُ كَلَامَكَ. BSB BSB: May those who fear You see me and rejoice, for I have hoped in Your word.
75 GLT قَدْ عَلِمْتُ يَا رَبُّ أَنَّ أَحْكَامَكَ عَدْلٌ، وَبِٱلْحَقِّ أَذْلَلْتَنِي. BSB BSB: I know, O LORD, that Your judgments are righteous, and that in faithfulness You have afflicted me.
76 GLT فَلْتَصِرْ رَحْمَتُكَ لِتَعْزِيَتِي، حَسَبَ قَوْلِكَ لِعَبْدِكَ. BSB BSB: May Your loving devotion comfort me, I pray, according to Your promise to Your servant.
77 GLT لِتَأْتِنِي مَرَاحِمُكَ فَأَحْيَا، لِأَنَّ شَرِيعَتَكَ هِيَ لَذَّتِي. BSB BSB: May Your compassion come to me, that I may live, for Your law is my delight.
78 GLT لِيَخْزَ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُونَ لِأَنَّهُمْ زُورًا ٱفْتَرَوْا عَلَيَّ. أَمَّا أَنَا فَأُنَاجِي بِوَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: May the arrogant be put to shame for subverting me with a lie; I will meditate on Your precepts.
79 GLT لِيَرْجِعْ إِلَيَّ مُتَّقُوكَ وَعَارِفُو شَهَادَاتِكَ. BSB BSB: May those who fear You turn to me, those who know Your testimonies.
80 GLT لِيَكُنْ قَلْبِي كَامِلًا فِي فَرَائِضِكَ لِكَيْلَا أَخْزَى. ك BSB BSB: May my heart be blameless in Your statutes, that I may not be put to shame.
81 GLT تَاقَتْ نَفْسِي إِلَى خَلَاصِكَ. كَلَامَكَ ٱنْتَظَرْتُ. BSB BSB: My soul faints for Your salvation; I wait for Your word.
82 GLT كَلَّتْ عَيْنَايَ مِنَ ٱلنَّظَرِ إِلَى قَوْلِكَ، فَأَقُولُ: «مَتَى تُعَزِّينِي؟». BSB BSB: My eyes fail, looking for Your promise; I ask, “When will You comfort me?”
83 GLT لِأَنِّي قَدْ صِرْتُ كَزِقٍّ فِي ٱلدُّخَانِ، أَمَّا فَرَائِضُكَ فَلَمْ أَنْسَهَا. BSB BSB: Though I am like a wineskin dried up by smoke, I do not forget Your statutes.
84 GLT كَمْ هِيَ أَيَّامُ عَبْدِكَ؟ مَتَى تُجْرِي حُكْمًا عَلَى مُضْطَهِدِيَّ؟ BSB BSB: How many days must Your servant wait? When will You execute judgment on my persecutors?
85 GLT ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُونَ قَدْ كَرَوْا لِي حَفَائِرَ. ذَلِكَ لَيْسَ حَسَبَ شَرِيعَتِكَ. BSB BSB: The arrogant have dug pits for me in violation of Your law.
86 GLT كُلُّ وَصَايَاكَ أَمَانَةٌ. زُورًا يَضْطَهِدُونَنِي. أَعِنِّي. BSB BSB: All Your commandments are faithful; I am persecuted without cause—help me!
87 GLT لَوْلَا قَلِيلٌ لَأَفْنَوْنِي مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ. أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَمْ أَتْرُكْ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: They almost wiped me from the earth, but I have not forsaken Your precepts.
88 GLT حَسَبَ رَحْمَتِكَ أَحْيِنِي، فَأَحْفَظَ شَهَادَاتِ فَمِكَ. ل BSB BSB: Revive me according to Your loving devotion, that I may obey the testimony of Your mouth.
89 GLT إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ يَا رَبُّ كَلِمَتُكَ مُثَبَّتَةٌ فِي ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ. BSB BSB: Your word, O LORD, is everlasting; it is firmly fixed in the heavens.
90 GLT إِلَى دَوْرٍ فَدَوْرٍ أَمَانَتُكَ. أَسَّسْتَ ٱلْأَرْضَ فَثَبَتَتْ. BSB BSB: Your faithfulness continues through all generations; You established the earth, and it endures.
91 GLT عَلَى أَحْكَامِكَ ثَبَتَتِ ٱلْيَوْمَ، لِأَنَّ ٱلْكُلَّ عَبِيدُكَ. BSB BSB: Your ordinances stand to this day, for all things are servants to You.
92 GLT لَوْ لَمْ تَكُنْ شَرِيعَتُكَ لَذَّتِي، لَهَلَكْتُ حِينَئِذٍ فِي مَذَلَّتِي. BSB BSB: If Your law had not been my delight, then I would have perished in my affliction.
93 GLT إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ لَا أَنْسَى وَصَايَاكَ، لِأَنَّكَ بِهَا أَحْيَيْتَنِي. BSB BSB: I will never forget Your precepts, for by them You have revived me.
94 GLT لَكَ أَنَا فَخَلِّصْنِي، لِأَنِّي طَلَبْتُ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: I am Yours; save me, for I have sought Your precepts.
95 GLT إِيَّايَ ٱنْتَظَرَ ٱلْأَشْرَارُ لِيُهْلِكُونِي. بِشَهَادَاتِكَ أَفْطُنُ. BSB BSB: The wicked wait to destroy me, but I will ponder Your testimonies.
96 GLT لِكُلِّ كَمَالٍ رَأَيْتُ حَدًّا، أَمَّا وَصِيَّتُكَ فَوَاسِعَةٌ جِدًّا. م BSB BSB: I have seen a limit to all perfection, but Your commandment is without limit.
97 GLT كَمْ أَحْبَبْتُ شَرِيعَتَكَ! ٱلْيَوْمَ كُلَّهُ هِيَ لَهَجِي. BSB BSB: Oh, how I love Your law! All day long it is my meditation.
98 GLT وَصِيَّتُكَ جَعَلَتْنِي أَحْكَمَ مِنْ أَعْدَائِي، لِأَنَّهَا إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ هِيَ لِي. BSB BSB: Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are always with me.
99 GLT أَكْثَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ مُعَلِّمِيَّ تَعَقَّلْتُ، لِأَنَّ شَهَادَاتِكَ هِيَ لَهَجِي. BSB BSB: I have more insight than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation.
100 GLT أَكْثَرَ مِنَ ٱلشُّيُوخِ فَطِنْتُ، لِأَنِّي حَفِظْتُ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: I discern more than the elders, for I obey Your precepts.
101 GLT مِنْ كُلِّ طَرِيقِ شَرٍّ مَنَعْتُ رِجْلَيَّ، لِكَيْ أَحْفَظَ كَلَامَكَ. BSB BSB: I have kept my feet from every evil path, that I may keep Your word.
102 GLT عَنْ أَحْكَامِكَ لَمْ أَمِلْ، لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ عَلَّمْتَنِي. BSB BSB: I have not departed from Your ordinances, for You Yourself have taught me.
103 GLT مَا أَحْلَى قَوْلَكَ لِحَنَكِي! أَحْلَى مِنَ ٱلْعَسَلِ لِفَمِي. BSB BSB: How sweet are Your words to my taste—sweeter than honey in my mouth!
104 GLT مِنْ وَصَايَاكَ أَتَفَطَّنُ، لِذَلِكَ أَبْغَضْتُ كُلَّ طَرِيقِ كَذِبٍ. ن BSB BSB: I gain understanding from Your precepts; therefore I hate every false way.
105 GLT سِرَاجٌ لِرِجْلِي كَلَامُكَ وَنُورٌ لِسَبِيلِي. BSB BSB: Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
106 GLT حَلَفْتُ فَأَبِرُّهُ، أَنْ أَحْفَظَ أَحْكَامَ بِرِّكَ. BSB BSB: I have sworn and confirmed that I will keep Your righteous judgments.
107 GLT تَذَلَّلْتُ إِلَى ٱلْغَايَةِ. يَا رَبُّ، أَحْيِنِي حَسَبَ كَلَامِكَ. BSB BSB: I am severely afflicted, O LORD; revive me through Your word.
108 GLT ٱرْتَضِ بِمَنْدُوبَاتِ فَمِي يَا رَبُّ، وَأَحْكَامَكَ عَلِّمْنِي. BSB BSB: Accept the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me Your judgments.
109 GLT نَفْسِي دَائِمًا فِي كَفِّي، أَمَّا شَرِيعَتُكَ فَلَمْ أَنْسَهَا. BSB BSB: I constantly take my life in my hands, yet I do not forget Your law.
110 GLT ٱلْأَشْرَارُ وَضَعُوا لِي فَخًّا، أَمَّا وَصَايَاكَ فَلَمْ أَضِلَّ عَنْهَا. BSB BSB: The wicked have set a snare for me, but I have not strayed from Your precepts.
111 GLT وَرِثْتُ شَهَادَاتِكَ إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ، لِأَنَّهَا هِيَ بَهْجَةُ قَلْبِي. BSB BSB: Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.
112 GLT عَطَفْتُ قَلْبِي لِأَصْنَعَ فَرَائِضَكَ إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ إِلَى ٱلنِّهَايَةِ. س BSB BSB: I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes, even to the very end.
113 GLT ٱلْمُتَقَلِّبِينَ أَبْغَضْتُ، وَشَرِيعَتَكَ أَحْبَبْتُ. BSB BSB: The double-minded I despise, but Your law I love.
114 GLT سِتْرِي وَمِجَنِّي أَنْتَ. كَلَامَكَ ٱنْتَظَرْتُ. BSB BSB: You are my hiding place and my shield; I put my hope in Your word.
115 GLT ٱنْصَرِفُوا عَنِّي أَيُّهَا ٱلْأَشْرَارُ، فَأَحْفَظَ وَصَايَا إِلَهِي. BSB BSB: Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may obey the commandments of my God.
116 GLT ٱعْضُدْنِي حَسَبَ قَوْلِكَ فَأَحْيَا، وَلَا تُخْزِنِي مِنْ رَجَائِي. BSB BSB: Sustain me as You promised, that I may live; let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117 GLT أَسْنِدْنِي فَأَخْلُصَ، وَأُرَاعِيَ فَرَائِضَكَ دَائِمًا. BSB BSB: Uphold me, and I will be saved, that I may always regard Your statutes.
118 GLT ٱحْتَقَرْتَ كُلَّ ٱلضَّالِّينَ عَنْ فَرَائِضِكَ، لِأَنَّ مَكْرَهُمْ بَاطِلٌ. BSB BSB: You reject all who stray from Your statutes, for their deceitfulness is in vain.
119 GLT كَزَغَلٍ عَزَلْتَ كُلَّ أَشْرَارِ ٱلْأَرْضِ، لِذَلِكَ أَحْبَبْتُ شَهَادَاتِكَ. BSB BSB: All the wicked on earth You discard like dross; therefore I love Your testimonies.
120 GLT قَدِ ٱقْشَعَرَّ لَحْمِي مِنْ رُعْبِكَ، وَمِنْ أَحْكَامِكَ جَزِعْتُ. ع BSB BSB: My flesh trembles in awe of You; I stand in fear of Your judgments.
121 GLT أَجْرَيْتُ حُكْمًا وَعَدْلًا. لَا تُسْلِمْنِي إِلَى ظَالِمِيَّ. BSB BSB: I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors.
122 GLT كُنْ ضَامِنَ عَبْدِكَ لِلْخَيْرِ، لِكَيْلَا يَظْلِمَنِي ٱلْمُسْتَكْبِرُونَ. BSB BSB: Ensure Your servant’s well-being; do not let the arrogant oppress me.
123 GLT كَلَّتْ عَيْنَايَ ٱشْتِيَاقًا إِلَى خَلَاصِكَ وَإِلَى كَلِمَةِ بِرِّكَ. BSB BSB: My eyes fail, looking for Your salvation, and for Your righteous promise.
124 GLT ٱصْنَعْ مَعَ عَبْدِكَ حَسَبَ رَحْمَتِكَ، وَفَرَائِضَكَ عَلِّمْنِي. BSB BSB: Deal with Your servant according to Your loving devotion, and teach me Your statutes.
125 GLT عَبْدُكَ أَنَا. فَهِّمْنِي فَأَعْرِفَ شَهَادَاتِكَ. BSB BSB: I am Your servant; give me understanding, that I may know Your testimonies.
126 GLT إِنَّهُ وَقْتُ عَمَلٍ لِلرَّبِّ. قَدْ نَقَضُوا شَرِيعَتَكَ. BSB BSB: It is time for the LORD to act, for they have broken Your law.
127 GLT لِأَجْلِ ذَلِكَ أَحْبَبْتُ وَصَايَاكَ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ ٱلذَّهَبِ وَٱلْإِبْرِيزِ. BSB BSB: Therefore I love Your commandments more than gold, even the purest gold.
128 GLT لِأَجْلِ ذَلِكَ حَسِبْتُ كُلَّ وَصَايَاكَ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُسْتَقِيمَةً. كُلَّ طَرِيقِ كَذِبٍ أَبْغَضْتُ. ف BSB BSB: Therefore I admire all Your precepts and hate every false way.
129 GLT عَجِيبَةٌ هِيَ شَهَادَاتُكَ، لِذَلِكَ حَفِظَتْهَا نَفْسِي. BSB BSB: Wonderful are Your testimonies; therefore I obey them.
130 GLT فَتْحُ كَلَامِكَ يُنِيرُ، يُعَقِّلُ ٱلْجُهَّالَ. BSB BSB: The unfolding of Your words gives light; it informs the simple.
131 GLT فَغَرْتُ فَمِي وَلَهَثْتُ، لِأَنِّي إِلَى وَصَايَاكَ ٱشْتَقْتُ. BSB BSB: I open my mouth and pant, longing for Your commandments.
132 GLT ٱلْتَفِتْ إِلَيَّ وَٱرْحَمْنِي، كَحَقِّ مُحِبِّي ٱسْمِكَ. BSB BSB: Turn to me and show me mercy, as You do to those who love Your name.
133 GLT ثَبِّتْ خُطُوَاتِي فِي كَلِمَتِكَ، وَلَا يَتَسَلَّطْ عَلَيَّ إِثْمٌ. BSB BSB: Order my steps in Your word; let no sin rule over me.
134 GLT ٱفْدِنِي مِنْ ظُلْمِ ٱلْإِنْسَانِ، فَأَحْفَظَ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: Redeem me from the oppression of man, that I may keep Your precepts.
135 GLT أَضِئْ بِوَجْهِكَ عَلَى عَبْدِكَ، وَعَلِّمْنِي فَرَائِضَكَ. BSB BSB: Make Your face shine upon Your servant, and teach me Your statutes.
136 GLT جَدَاوِلُ مِيَاهٍ جَرَتْ مِنْ عَيْنَيَّ، لِأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَحْفَظُوا شَرِيعَتَكَ. ص BSB BSB: My eyes shed streams of tears because Your law is not obeyed.
137 GLT بَارٌّ أَنْتَ يَا رَبُّ، وَأَحْكَامُكَ مُسْتَقِيمَةٌ. BSB BSB: Righteous are You, O LORD, and upright are Your judgments.
138 GLT عَدْلًا أَمَرْتَ بِشَهَادَاتِكَ، وَحَقًّا إِلَى ٱلْغَايَةِ. BSB BSB: The testimonies You have laid down are righteous and altogether faithful.
139 GLT أَهْلَكَتْنِي غَيْرَتِي، لِأَنَّ أَعْدَائِي نَسُوا كَلَامَكَ. BSB BSB: My zeal has consumed me because my foes forget Your words.
140 GLT كَلِمَتُكَ مُمَحَّصَةٌ جِدًّا، وَعَبْدُكَ أَحَبَّهَا. BSB BSB: Your promise is completely pure; therefore Your servant loves it.
141 GLT صَغِيرٌ أَنَا وَحَقِيرٌ، أَمَّا وَصَايَاكَ فَلَمْ أَنْسَهَا. BSB BSB: I am lowly and despised, but I do not forget Your precepts.
142 GLT عَدْلُكَ عَدْلٌ إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ، وَشَرِيعَتُكَ حَقٌّ. BSB BSB: Your righteousness is everlasting and Your law is true.
143 GLT ضِيْقٌ وَشِدَّةٌ أَصَابَانِي، أَمَّا وَصَايَاكَ فَهِيَ لَذَّاتِي. BSB BSB: Trouble and distress have found me, but Your commandments are my delight.
144 GLT عَادِلَةٌ شَهَادَاتُكَ إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ. فَهِّمْنِي فَأَحْيَا. ق BSB BSB: Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live.
145 GLT صَرَخْتُ مِنْ كُلِّ قَلْبِي. ٱسْتَجِبْ لِي يَا رَبُّ. فَرَائِضَكَ أَحْفَظُ. BSB BSB: I call with all my heart; answer me, O LORD! I will obey Your statutes.
146 GLT دَعَوْتُكَ. خَلِّصْنِي، فَأَحْفَظَ شَهَادَاتِكَ. BSB BSB: I call to You; save me, that I may keep Your testimonies.
147 GLT تَقَدَّمْتُ فِي ٱلصُّبْحِ وَصَرَخْتُ. كَلَامَكَ ٱنْتَظَرْتُ. BSB BSB: I rise before dawn and cry for help; in Your word I have put my hope.
148 GLT تَقَدَّمَتْ عَيْنَايَ ٱلْهُزُعَ، لِكَيْ أَلْهَجَ بِأَقْوَالِكَ. BSB BSB: My eyes anticipate the watches of night, that I may meditate on Your word.
149 GLT صَوْتِيَ ٱسْتَمِعْ حَسَبَ رَحْمَتِكَ. يَا رَبُّ، حَسَبَ أَحْكَامِكَ أَحْيِنِي. BSB BSB: Hear my voice, O LORD, according to Your loving devotion; give me life according to Your justice.
150 GLT ٱقْتَرَبَ ٱلتَّابِعُونَ ٱلرَّذِيلَةَ. عَنْ شَرِيعَتِكَ بَعُدُوا. BSB BSB: Those who follow after wickedness draw near; they are far from Your law.
151 GLT قَرِيبٌ أَنْتَ يَا رَبُّ، وَكُلُّ وَصَايَاكَ حَقٌّ. BSB BSB: You are near, O LORD, and all Your commandments are true.
152 GLT مُنْذُ زَمَانٍ عَرَفْتُ مِنْ شَهَادَاتِكَ أَنَّكَ إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ أَسَّسْتَهَا. ر BSB BSB: Long ago I learned from Your testimonies that You have established them forever.
153 GLT اُنْظُرْ إِلَى ذُلِّي وَأَنْقِذْنِي، لِأَنِّي لَمْ أَنْسَ شَرِيعَتَكَ. BSB BSB: Look upon my affliction and rescue me, for I have not forgotten Your law.
154 GLT أَحْسِنْ دَعْوَايَ. BSB BSB: Defend my cause and redeem me; revive me according to Your word.
155 GLT ٱلْخَلَاصُ بَعِيدٌ عَنِ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ، لِأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَلْتَمِسُوا فَرَائِضَكَ. BSB BSB: Salvation is far from the wicked because they do not seek Your statutes.
156 GLT كَثِيرَةٌ هِيَ مَرَاحِمُكَ يَا رَبُّ. حَسَبَ أَحْكَامِكَ أَحْيِنِي. BSB BSB: Great are Your mercies, O LORD; revive me according to Your ordinances.
157 GLT كَثِيرُونَ مُضْطَهِدِيَّ وَمُضَايِقِيَّ، أَمَّا شَهَادَاتُكَ فَلَمْ أَمِلْ عَنْهَا. BSB BSB: Though my persecutors and foes are many, I have not turned from Your testimonies.
158 GLT رَأَيْتُ ٱلْغَادِرِينَ وَمَقَتُّ، لِأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَحْفَظُوا كَلِمَتَكَ. BSB BSB: I look on the faithless with loathing because they do not keep Your word.
159 GLT ٱنْظُرْ أَنِّي أَحْبَبْتُ وَصَايَاكَ. يَا رَبُّ، حَسَبَ رَحْمَتِكَ أَحْيِنِي. BSB BSB: Consider how I love Your precepts, O LORD; give me life according to Your loving devotion.
160 GLT رَأْسُ كَلَامِكَ حَقٌّ، وَإِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ كُلُّ أَحْكَامِ عَدْلِكَ. ش BSB BSB: The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever.
161 GLT رُؤَسَاءُ ٱضْطَهَدُونِي بِلَا سَبَبٍ، وَمِنْ كَلَامِكَ جَزِعَ قَلْبِي. BSB BSB: Rulers persecute me without cause, but my heart fears only Your word.
162 GLT أَبْتَهِجُ أَنَا بِكَلَامِكَ كَمَنْ وَجَدَ غَنِيمَةً وَافِرَةً. BSB BSB: I rejoice in Your promise like one who finds great spoil.
163 GLT أَبْغَضْتُ ٱلْكَذِبَ وَكَرِهْتُهُ، أَمَّا شَرِيعَتُكَ فَأَحْبَبْتُهَا. BSB BSB: I hate and abhor falsehood, but Your law I love.
164 GLT سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ سَبَّحْتُكَ عَلَى أَحْكَامِ عَدْلِكَ. BSB BSB: Seven times a day I praise You for Your righteous judgments.
165 GLT سَلَامَةٌ جَزِيلَةٌ لِمُحِبِّي شَرِيعَتِكَ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُمْ مَعْثَرَةٌ. BSB BSB: Abundant peace belongs to those who love Your law; nothing can make them stumble.
166 GLT رَجَوْتُ خَلَاصَكَ يَا رَبُّ، وَوَصَايَاكَ عَمِلْتُ. BSB BSB: I wait for Your salvation, O LORD, and I carry out Your commandments.
167 GLT حَفِظَتْ نَفْسِي شَهَادَاتِكَ، وَأُحِبُّهَا جِدًّا. BSB BSB: I obey Your testimonies and love them greatly.
168 GLT حَفِظْتُ وَصَايَاكَ وَشَهَادَاتِكَ، لِأَنَّ كُلَّ طُرُقِي أَمَامَكَ. ت BSB BSB: I obey Your precepts and Your testimonies, for all my ways are before You.
169 GLT لِيَبْلُغْ صُرَاخِي إِلَيْكَ يَا رَبُّ. حَسَبَ كَلَامِكَ فَهِّمْنِي. BSB BSB: May my cry come before You, O LORD; give me understanding according to Your word.
170 GLT لِتَدْخُلْ طِلْبَتِي إِلَى حَضْرَتِكَ. كَكَلِمَتِكَ نَجِّنِي. BSB BSB: May my plea come before You; rescue me according to Your promise.
171 GLT تُنَبِّعُ شَفَتَايَ تَسْبِيحًا إِذَا عَلَّمْتَنِي فَرَائِضَكَ. BSB BSB: My lips pour forth praise, for You teach me Your statutes.
172 GLT يُغَنِّي لِسَانِي بِأَقْوَالِكَ، لِأَنَّ كُلَّ وَصَايَاكَ عَدْلٌ. BSB BSB: My tongue sings of Your word, for all Your commandments are righteous.
173 GLT لِتَكُنْ يَدُكَ لِمَعُونَتِي، لِأَنَّنِي ٱخْتَرْتُ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: May Your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen Your precepts.
174 GLT ٱشْتَقْتُ إِلَى خَلَاصِكَ يَا رَبُّ، وَشَرِيعَتُكَ هِيَ لَذَّتِي. BSB BSB: I long for Your salvation, O LORD, and Your law is my delight.
175 GLT لِتَحْيَ نَفْسِي وَتُسَبِّحَكَ، وَأَحْكَامُكَ لِتُعِنِّي. BSB BSB: Let me live to praise You; may Your judgments sustain me.
176 GLT ضَلَلْتُ، كَشَاةٍ ضَالَّةٍ. ٱطْلُبْ عَبْدَكَ، لِأَنِّي لَمْ أَنْسَ وَصَايَاكَ. BSB BSB: I have strayed like a lost sheep; seek Your servant, for I have not forgotten Your commandments.
